The Minister of Health has failed to register a place of residence with the RTB.

Health Minister Stephen Donnelly has confirmed that he has failed to register a residence he has let out with the Residential Tenancies Board since 2019.

A spokesperson for the Minister said today that it was a mistake and that the situation has now been rectified.

It was said that the tenancy registration failed to be renewed in 2019 but that the situation was rectified last week.

This story comes on the heels of the story of Deputy Dáil Robert Troy who resigned as Minister of State last week because he failed to give an accurate account of all his holdings.

In a statement from a spokesman for Stephen Donnelly this afternoon it was said that the Minister has a property with tenants who have been there for a long time and that the property was registered and that registration was renewed in 2011 and in 2015 but that it was forgotten in 2019 without renew the registration with the RTB.
