The work of a mushroom company in Tipperary has been suspended following the confirmation of Covid-19 on a number of workers.

Walsh’s Mushrooms in Gowlin village says a staff member was diagnosed with the crown virus while the person was self-isolated at home and when several other people who had been in contact with that person were tested – it was found that they also had Covid-19.

The company says they are working with the Health Service Executive to test all their staff.
