TikTok shuts down “inciting malicious network”.

Social media platform TikTok has revealed that it has shut down a “malicious network that was spreading poisonous content”.

The network reportedly had 72 accounts and over 94,000 followers.

According to TikTok, extremist comments were being posted by the administrators of the web with a desire to foster conflict between people.

It appears that the network was operational during the first two quarters of this year.

The details of the story have been published in a report that TikTok has submitted to the European Commission as part of the medium’s duty under the European Union’s Code of Practice on Biography.
