1 And one of the seven angels who had the seven vessels came and said to me, Come here, so that you may see the judging of the evil woman who is seated on the great waters;
1 Puis un des sept anges qui tenaient les sept coupes vint, et il m'adressa la parole, en disant: Viens, je te montrerai le jugement de la grande prostituée qui est assise sur les grandes eaux.
1 Ansin tháinig ceann de na seacht n‑aingeal leis na seacht soitheach chugam, agus labhair sé liom á rá: “Gabh i leith! taispeánfaidh mé duit an breithiúnas ar an striapach mhór, í siúd atá ina suí ar na tuiltí lána.
1 Y VINO uno de los siete ángeles que tenían las siete copas, y habló conmigo, diciéndome: Ven acá, y te mostraré la condenación de la grande ramera, la cual está sentada sobre muchas aguas:
1 Und es kam einer von den sieben Engeln, die die sieben Schalen hatten, redete mit mir und sprach zu mir: Komm, ich will dir zeigen das Urteil der großen Hure, die da an vielen Wassern sitzt;
2 With whom the kings of the earth made themselves unclean, and those who are on the earth were full of the wine of her evil desires.
2 C'est avec elle que les rois de la terre se sont livrés à l'impudicité, et c'est du vin de son impudicité que les habitants de la terre se sont enivrés.
2 Rinne ríthe an domhain striapachas léi-se, agus chuir fíon a striapachais áitritheoirí an domhain ar meisce.”
2 Con la cual han fornicado los reyes de la tierra, y los que moran en la tierra se han embriagado con el vino de su fornicación.
2 mit welcher gehurt haben die Könige auf Erden; und die da wohnen auf Erden, sind trunken geworden von dem Wein ihrer Hurerei.
3 And he took me away in the Spirit into a waste land: and I saw a woman seated on a bright red beast, full of evil names, having seven heads and ten horns,
3 Il me transporta en esprit dans un désert. Et je vis une femme assise sur une bête écarlate, pleine de noms de blasphème, ayant sept têtes et dix cornes.
3 Rug sé leis isteach i bhfásach ansin mé faoi luí an Spioraid, agus chonaic mé an bhean ina suí ar bheithíoch craorag, agus eisean breac le hainmneacha diamhasla agus seacht gceann air agus deich n‑adharc.
3 Y me llevó en Espíritu al desierto; y vi una mujer sentada sobre una bestia bermeja llena de nombres de blasfemia y que tenía siete cabezas y diez cuernos.
3 Und er brachte mich im Geist in die Wüste. Und ich sah ein Weib sitzen auf einem scharlachfarbenen Tier, das war voll Namen der Lästerung und hatte sieben Häupter und zehn Hörner.
4 And the woman was clothed in purple and bright red, with ornaments of gold and stones of great price and jewels; and in her hand was a gold cup full of evil things and her unclean desires;
4 Cette femme était vêtue de pourpre et d'écarlate, et parée d'or, de pierres précieuses et de perles. Elle tenait dans sa main une coupe d'or, remplie d'abominations et des impuretés de sa prostitution.
4 Bhí an bhean gafa i gcorcra agus i gcraorag, agus í órmhaisithe le hór agus le cloch lómhar agus le péarlaí. Bhí cupán óir ina deaslámh agus é lán d'uafáis agus de shalachair a striapachais.
4 Y la mujer estaba vestida de púrpura y de escarlata, y dorada con oro, y adornada de piedras preciosas y de perlas, teniendo un cáliz de oro en su mano lleno de abominaciones y de la suciedad de su fornicación;
4 Und das Weib war bekleidet mit Purpur und Scharlach und übergoldet mit Gold und edlen Steinen und Perlen und hatte einen goldenen Becher in der Hand, voll Greuel und Unsauberkeit ihrer Hurerei,
5 And on her brow was a name, SECRET, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF THE EVIL WOMEN AND OF THE UNCLEAN THINGS OF THE EARTH.
5 Sur son front était écrit un nom, un mystère: Babylone la grande, la mère des impudiques et des abominations de la terre.
5 Ar chlár a héadain bhí ainm scríofa [rúndiamhair é]: “An Bhablóin Mhór, Máthair Striapacha agus Uafáis an Domhain.”
5 Y en su frente un nombre escrito: MISTERIO, BABILONIA LA GRANDE, LA MADRE DE LAS FORNICACIONES Y DE LAS ABOMINACIONES DE LA TIERRA.
5 und an ihrer Stirn geschrieben einen Namen, ein Geheimnis: Die große Babylon, die Mutter der Hurerei und aller Greuel auf Erden.
6 And I saw the woman overcome as with the wine of the blood of the saints, and the blood of those put to death because of Jesus. And when I saw her, I was overcome with a great wonder.
6 Et je vis cette femme ivre du sang des saints et du sang des témoins de Jésus. Et, en la voyant, je fus saisi d'un grand étonnement.
6 Agus chonaic mé an bhean agus í ar meisce le fuil na naomh agus le fuil finnéithe Íosa. Arna feiceáil dom ghabh ionadh thar na bearta mé.
6 Y vi la mujer embriagada de la sangre de los santos, y de la sangre de los mártires de Jesús: y cuando la vi, quedé maravillado de grande admiración.
6 Und ich sah das Weib trunken von dem Blut der Heiligen und von dem Blute der Zeugen Jesu. Und ich verwunderte mich sehr, da ich sie sah.
7 And the angel said to me, Why were you surprised? I will make clear to you the secret of the woman, and of the beast on which she is seated, which has the seven heads and the ten horns.
7 Et l'ange me dit: Pourquoi t'étonnes-tu? Je te dirai le mystère de la femme et de la bête qui la porte, qui a les sept têtes et les dix cornes.
7 Agus dúirt an t‑aingeal liom: “Cad a bheir ionadh ort? Inseoidh mise duit rúndiamhair na mná agus an bheithígh atá á hiompar, é siúd ar a bhfuil seacht gceann agus deich n‑adharc.” Diamharchiall an Bheithígh agus na Striapaí
7 Y el ángel me dijo: ¿Por qué te maravillas? Yo te diré el misterio de la mujer, y de la bestia que la trae, la cual tiene siete cabezas y diez cuernos.
7 Und der Engel spricht zu mir: Warum verwunderst du dich? Ich will dir sagen das Geheimnis von dem Weibe und von dem Tier, das sie trägt und hat sieben Häupter und zehn Hörner.
8 The beast which you saw was, and is not; and is about to come up out of the great deep, and to go into destruction. And those who are on the earth, whose names have not been put in the book of life from the first, will be full of wonder when they see the beast, that he was, and is not, and still will be.
8 La bête que tu as vue était, et elle n'est plus. Elle doit monter de l'abîme, et aller à la perdition. Et les habitants de la terre, ceux dont le nom n'a pas été écrit dès la fondation du monde dans le livre de vie, s'étonneront en voyant la bête, parce qu'elle était, et qu'elle n'est plus, et qu'elle reparaîtra. -
8 “An beithíoch a chonaic tú, bhí sé ann agus níl anois, agus tá sé le teacht aníos as an duibheagan agus tá sé ar bhóthar a léirscriosta. Agus iad siúd d'áitritheoirí an domhain, nach bhfuil a n‑ainm scríofa i leabhar na beatha ó chruthú an domhain, beidh ionadh orthu nuair a fheicfidh siad an beithíoch a bhí ann agus nach bhfuil, ach atá le teacht.
8 La bestia que has visto, fué, y no es; y ha de subir del abismo, y ha de ir á perdición: y los moradores de la tierra, cuyos nombres no están escritos en el libro de la vida desde la fundación del mundo, se maravillarán viendo la bestia que era y no es, aunque es.
8 Das Tier, das du gesehen hast, ist gewesen und ist nicht und wird wiederkommen aus dem Abgrund und wird fahren in die Verdammnis, und es werden sich verwundern, die auf Erden wohnen, deren Namen nicht geschrieben stehen in dem Buch des Lebens von Anfang der Welt, wenn sie sehen das Tier, daß es gewesen ist und nicht ist und dasein wird.
9 Here is the mind which has wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman is seated:
9 C'est ici l'intelligence qui a de la sagesse. -Les sept têtes sont sept montagnes, sur lesquelles la femme est assise.
9 Éilíonn sé seo ceann lán d'eagna. Na seacht gceann, seacht gcnoc iadsan ar a bhfuil a suíochán ag an mbean,
9 Y aquí hay mente que tiene sabiduría. Las siete cabezas son siete montes, sobre los cuales se asienta la mujer.
9 Hier ist der Sinn, der zur Weisheit gehört! Die sieben Häupter sind sieben Berge, auf welchen das Weib sitzt, und sind sieben Könige.
10 And they are seven kings; the five have come to an end, the one is, the other has not come; and when he comes, he will have to go on for a little time.
10 Ce sont aussi sept rois: cinq sont tombés, un existe, l'autre n'est pas encore venu, et quand il sera venu, il doit rester peu de temps.
10 agus seachtar ríthe leis; tá cúigear díobhsan tite, tá duine díobh faoi réim, agus duine eile gan teacht fós; nuair a thiocfaidh sé, ní mór an mhoill a bheidh air.
10 Y son siete reyes. Los cinco son caídos; el uno es, el otro aun no es venido; y cuando viniere, es necesario que dure breve tiempo.
10 Fünf sind gefallen, und einer ist, und der andere ist noch nicht gekommen; und wenn er kommt, muß er eine kleine Zeit bleiben.
11 And the beast which was, and is not, is himself the eighth, and is of the seven; and he goes into destruction.
11 Et la bête qui était, et qui n'est plus, est elle-même un huitième roi, et elle est du nombre des sept, et elle va à la perdition.
11 Agus an beithíoch, a bhí ann, agus nach bhfuil, eisean an t‑ochtú duine, cé go bhfuil sé ar an seachtar, agus tá sé ar bhóthar a léirscriosta.
11 Y la bestia que era, y no es, es también el octavo, y es de los siete, y va á perdición.
11 Und das Tier, das gewesen und ist nicht, das ist der achte und ist von den sieben und fährt in die Verdammnis.
12 And the ten horns which you saw are ten kings, which still have been given no kingdom; but they are given authority as kings, with the beast, for one hour.
12 Les dix cornes que tu as vues sont dix rois, qui n'ont pas encore reçu de royaume, mais qui reçoivent autorité comme rois pendant une heure avec la bête.
12 Agus na deich n‑adharc a chonaic tú, deichniúr ríthe iad nár ghabh ríocht fós, ach tá cumhacht le fáil acu ar feadh aon uaire amháin mar ríthe le cois an bheithígh.
12 Y los diez cuernos que has visto, son diez reyes, que aun no han recibido reino; mas tomarán potencia por una hora como reyes con la bestia.
12 Und die zehn Hörner, die du gesehen hast, das sind zehn Könige, die das Reich noch nicht empfangen haben; aber wie Könige werden sie eine Zeit Macht empfangen mit dem Tier.
13 These have one mind, and they give their power and authority to the beast.
13 Ils ont un même dessein, et ils donnent leur puissance et leur autorité à la bête.
13 Táid d'aon mhéin agus ag toirbhirt a nirt agus a gcumhachta don bheithíoch.
13 Estos tienen un consejo, y darán su potencia y autoridad á la bestia.
13 Die haben eine Meinung und werden ihre Kraft und Macht geben dem Tier.
14 These will make war against the Lamb, and the Lamb will overcome them, because he is the Lord of lords and King of kings; and those who are with him are named, marked out, and true.
14 Ils combattront contre l'agneau, et l'agneau les vaincra, parce qu'il est le Seigneur des seigneurs et le Roi des rois, et les appelés, les élus et les fidèles qui sont avec lui les vaincront aussi.
14 Fearfaidh siad sin cogadh ar an Uan, ach cloífidh an tUan iad mar is é sin tiarna na dtiarnaí agus rí na ríthe; agus a lucht leanúna, is iadsan an lucht a glaodh, na tofaigh, na dílsigh.”
14 Ellos pelearán contra el Cordero, y el Cordero los vencerá, porque es el Señor de los señores, y el Rey de los reyes: y los que están con él son llamados, y elegidos, y fieles.
14 Diese werden streiten mit dem Lamm, und das Lamm wird sie überwinden (denn es ist der HERR aller Herren und der König aller Könige) und mit ihm die Berufenen und Auserwählten und Gläubigen.
15 And he said to me, The waters which you saw, where the evil woman is seated, are peoples, and armies, and nations and languages.
15 Et il me dit: Les eaux que tu as vues, sur lesquelles la prostituée est assise, ce sont des peuples, des foules, des nations, et des langues.
15 Lean sé air ag caint liom: “Na huiscí a chonaic tú mar a bhfuil an striapach ina suí, pobail agus slóite iad, agus ciníocha agus teangacha.
15 Y él me dice: Las aguas que has visto donde la ramera se sienta, son pueblos y muchedumbres y naciones y lenguas.
15 Und er sprach zu mir: Die Wasser, die du gesehen hast, da die Hure sitzt, sind Völker und Scharen und Heiden und Sprachen.
16 And the ten horns which you saw, and the beast, these will be turned against the evil woman, and will make her waste and uncovered, and will take her flesh for food, and will have her burned with fire.
16 Les dix cornes que tu as vues et la bête haïront la prostituée, la dépouilleront et la mettront à nu, mangeront ses chairs, et la consumeront par le feu.
16 Agus na deich n‑adharc a chonaic tú, agus an beithíoch, tiocfaidh fuath acu don striapach, agus fágfaidh siad tréigthe lomnocht í; íosfaidh siad a cuid feola agus loiscfidh í féin le tine,
16 Y los diez cuernos que viste en la bestia, éstos aborrecerán á la ramera, y la harán desolada y desnuda: y comerán sus carnes, y la quemarán con fuego:
16 Und die zehn Hörner, die du gesehen hast, und das Tier, die werden die Hure hassen und werden sie einsam machen und bloß und werden ihr Fleisch essen und werden sie mit Feuer verbrennen.
17 Because God has put it in their hearts to do his purpose, and to be of one mind, giving their kingdom to the beast, till the words of God have effect and are complete.
17 Car Dieu a mis dans leurs coeurs d'exécuter son dessein et d'exécuter un même dessein, et de donner leur royauté à la bête, jusqu'à ce que les paroles de Dieu soient accomplies.
17 óir chuir Dia ina gcroí a mhian féin a dhéanamh, a bheith d'aon mhéin, agus a ríocht a thoirbhirt don bheithíoch nó go gcomhlíonfar briathra Dé.
17 Porque Dios ha puesto en sus corazones ejecutar lo que le plugo, y el ponerse de acuerdo, y dar su reino á la bestia, hasta que sean cumplidas las palabras de Dios.
17 Denn Gott hat's ihnen gegeben in ihr Herz, zu tun seine Meinung und zu tun einerlei Meinung und zu geben ihr Reich dem Tier, bis daß vollendet werden die Worte Gottes.
18 And the woman whom you saw is the great town, which is ruling over the kings of the earth.
18 Et la femme que tu as vue, c'est la grande ville qui a la royauté sur les rois de la terre.
