1 And he took his place on the sand of the sea. And I saw a beast coming up out of the sea, having ten horns and seven heads, and on his horns ten crowns, and on his heads unholy names.
1 Et il se tint sur le sable de la mer. Puis je vis monter de la mer une bête qui avait dix cornes et sept têtes, et sur ses cornes dix diadèmes, et sur ses têtes des noms de blasphème.

1 Y YO me paré sobre la arena del mar, y vi una bestia subir del mar, que tenía siete cabezas y diez cuernos; y sobre sus cuernos diez diademas; y sobre las cabezas de ella nombre de blasfemia.
1 Und ich trat an den Sand des Meeres und sah ein Tier aus dem Meer steigen, das hatte sieben Häupter und zehn Hörner und auf seinen Hörnern zehn Kronen und auf seinen Häuptern Namen der Lästerung.
2 And the beast which I saw was like a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power and his seat and great authority.
2 La bête que je vis était semblable à un léopard; ses pieds étaient comme ceux d'un ours, et sa gueule comme une gueule de lion. Le dragon lui donna sa puissance, et son trône, et une grande autorité.
2 Agus an beithíoch a chonaic mé ba chuma é nó liopard agus a chosa mar chosa beithre, agus a bhéal mar bhéal leoin; agus thug an dragan dó a neart agus a ríchathaoir agus a mhórchumhacht.
2 Y la bestia que vi, era semejante á un leopardo, y sus pies como de oso, y su boca como boca de león. Y el dragón le dió su poder, y su trono, y grande potestad.
2 Und das Tier, daß ich sah, war gleich einem Parder und seine Füße wie Bärenfüße und sein Mund wie eines Löwen Mund. Und der Drache gab ihm seine Kraft und seinen Stuhl und große Macht.
3 And I saw one of his heads as if it had been given a death-wound; and his death-wound was made well: and all the earth was wondering at the beast.
3 Et je vis l'une de ses têtes comme blessée à mort; mais sa blessure mortelle fut guérie. Et toute la terre était dans l'admiration derrière la bête.
3 Bhí, de réir dealraimh, goin bháis ar cheann leis ach cneasaíodh an ghoin bháis. Agus ghabh ionadh an saol mór ar fad agus lean an beithíoch.
3 Y vi una de sus cabezas como herida de muerte, y la llaga de su muerte fué curada: y se maravilló toda la tierra en pos de la bestia.
3 Und ich sah seiner Häupter eines, als wäre es tödlich wund; und seine tödliche Wunde ward heil. Und der ganze Erdboden verwunderte sich des Tieres
4 And they gave worship to the dragon, because he gave authority to the beast; and worshipping the beast, they said, Who is like the beast? and who is able to go to war with him?
4 Et ils adorèrent le dragon, parce qu'il avait donné l'autorité à la bête; ils adorèrent la bête, en disant: Qui est semblable à la bête, et qui peut combattre contre elle?
4 Shléacht siad le hómós don dragan mar gur thug sé an chumhacht don bheithíoch, agus shléacht siad le hómós don bheithíoch á rá: “Cé atá cosúil leis an mbeithíoch? Agus cé a fhéadann troid leis?”
4 Y adoraron al dragón que había dado la potestad á la bestia, y adoraron á la bestia, diciendo: ¿Quién es semejante á la bestia, y quién podrá lidiar con ella?
4 und sie beteten den Drachen an, der dem Tier die Macht gab, und beteten das Tier an und sprachen: Wer ist dem Tier gleich, und wer kann mit ihm kriegen?
5 And there was given to him a mouth to say words of pride against God; and there was given to him authority to go on for forty-two months.
5 Et il lui fut donné une bouche qui proférait des paroles arrogantes et des blasphèmes; et il lui fut donné le pouvoir d'agir pendant quarante-deux mois.
5 Agus tugadh béal don bheithíoch le diamhaslaí móra a chur as agus tugadh de chead dó sin a dhéanamh ar feadh dhá mhí agus daichead.
5 Y le fué dada boca que hablaba grandes cosas y blasfemias: y le fué dada potencia de obrar cuarenta y dos meses.
5 Und es ward ihm gegeben ein Mund, zu reden große Dinge und Lästerungen, und ward ihm gegeben, daß es mit ihm währte zweiundvierzig Monate lang.
6 And his mouth was open to say evil against God, and against his name and his Tent, even against those who are in heaven.
6 Et elle ouvrit sa bouche pour proférer des blasphèmes contre Dieu, pour blasphémer son nom, et son tabernacle, et ceux qui habitent dans le ciel.
6 D'oscail sé a bhéal do mhaslaí in aghaidh Dé, chun a ainm a mhaslú, agus a áitreabh agus cách a bhfuil a n‑áitreabh acu sna flaithis.
6 Y abrió su boca en blasfemias contra Dios, para blasfemar su nombre, y su tabernáculo, y á los que moran en el cielo.
6 und es tat seinen Mund auf zur Lästerung gegen Gott, zu lästern seinen Namen und seine Hütte und die im Himmel wohnen.
7 And it was given to him to make war on the saints and to overcome them: and there was given to him authority over every tribe and people and language and nation.
7 Et il lui fut donné de faire la guerre aux saints, et de les vaincre. Et il lui fut donné autorité sur toute tribu, tout peuple, toute langue, et toute nation.
7 Agus tugadh cead dó cogadh a fhearadh ar na naoimh, agus iad a chloí; agus tugadh údarás dó ar gach treibh agus pobal agus teanga agus cine.
7 Y le fué dado hacer guerra contra los santos, y vencerlos. También le fué dada potencia sobre toda tribu y pueblo y lengua y gente.
7 Und ward ihm gegeben, zu streiten mit den Heiligen und sie zu überwinden; und ward ihm gegeben Macht über alle Geschlechter und Sprachen und Heiden.
8 And all who are on the earth will give him worship, everyone whose name has not been from the first in the book of life of the Lamb who was put to death.
8 Et tous les habitants de la terre l'adoreront, ceux dont le nom n'a pas été écrit dès la fondation du monde dans le livre de vie de l'agneau qui a été immolé.
8 Agus áitritheoirí uile an domhain, nach bhfuil a n‑ainm scríofa ó thúsú an domhain i leabhar beatha an Uain a básaíodh, sléachtfaidh siad le hómós dó.
8 Y todos los que moran en la tierra le adoraron, cuyos nombres no están escritos en el libro de la vida del Cordero, el cual fué muerto desde el principio del mundo.
8 Und alle, die auf Erden wohnen, beten es an, deren Namen nicht geschrieben sind in dem Lebensbuch des Lammes, das erwürgt ist, von Anfang der Welt.
9 If any man has ears, let him give ear.
9 Si quelqu'un a des oreilles, qu'il entende!
9 An té a bhfuil cluas air, éisteadh sé:
9 Si alguno tiene oído, oiga.
9 Hat jemand Ohren, der höre!
10 If any man sends others into prison, into prison he will go: if any man puts to death with the sword, with the sword will he be put to death. Here is the quiet strength and the faith of the saints.
10 Si quelqu'un mène en captivité, il ira en captivité; si quelqu'un tue par l'épée, il faut qu'il soit tué par l'épée. C'est ici la persévérance et la foi des saints.

10 El que lleva en cautividad, va en cautividad: el que á cuchillo matare, es necesario que á cuchillo sea muerto. Aquí está la paciencia y la fe de los santos.

11 And I saw another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and his voice was like that of a dragon.
11 Puis je vis monter de la terre une autre bête, qui avait deux cornes semblables à celles d'un agneau, et qui parlait comme un dragon.
11 Ansin chonaic mé, ag éirí ón talamh, beithíoch eile ar a raibh dhá adharc mar uan agus a labhair mar dhragan.
11 Después vi otra bestia que subía de la tierra; y tenía dos cuernos semejantes á los de un cordero, mas hablaba como un dragón.
11 Und ich sah ein anderes Tier aufsteigen aus der Erde; das hatte zwei Hörner gleichwie ein Lamm und redete wie ein Drache.
12 And he makes use of all the authority of the first beast before his eyes. And he makes the earth and those who are in it give worship to the first beast, whose death-wound was made well.
12 Elle exerçait toute l'autorité de la première bête en sa présence, et elle faisait que la terre et ses habitants adoraient la première bête, dont la blessure mortelle avait été guérie.
12 Tá cumhacht uile an chéad bheithígh aige seo á cur i bhfeidhm ina láthair; agus cuireann sé faoi deara don domhan, agus do gach duine a áitíonn ann, sléachtadh le hómós don chéad bheithíoch a bhfuil an ghoin bháis air leigheasta.
12 Y ejerce todo el poder de la primera bestia en presencia de ella; y hace á la tierra y á los moradores de ella adorar la primera bestia, cuya llaga de muerte fué curada.
12 Und es übt alle Macht des ersten Tiers vor ihm; und es macht, daß die Erde und die darauf wohnen, anbeten das erste Tier, dessen tödliche Wunde heil geworden war;
13 And he does great signs, even making fire come down from heaven on the earth before the eyes of men.
13 Elle opérait de grands prodiges, même jusqu'à faire descendre du feu du ciel sur la terre, à la vue des hommes.
13 Agus déanann sé comharthaí móra, á chur faoi deara fiú amháin do thine tuirlingt ar talamh ó neamh os comhair daoine.
13 Y hace grandes señales, de tal manera que aun hace descender fuego del cielo á la tierra delante de los hombres.
13 und tut große Zeichen, daß es auch macht Feuer vom Himmel fallen vor den Menschen;
14 And those who are on the earth are turned from the true way by him through the signs which he was given power to do before the beast; giving orders to those who are on the earth to make an image to the beast, who was wounded by the sword, and came to life.
14 Et elle séduisait les habitants de la terre par les prodiges qu'il lui était donné d'opérer en présence de la bête, disant aux habitants de la terre de faire une image à la bête qui avait la blessure de l'épée et qui vivait.
14 Meallann sé áitritheoirí an domhain leis na comharthaí a cheadaítear dó a dhéanamh os comhair an bheithígh, agus deir sé le háitritheoirí an domhain dealbh a dhéanamh don bheithíoch ar a raibh goin an chlaímh agus a mhair.
14 Y engaña á los moradores de la tierra por las señales que le ha sido dado hacer en presencia de la bestia, mandando á los moradores de la tierra que hagan la imagen de la bestia que tiene la herida de cuchillo, y vivió.
14 und verführt, die auf Erden wohnen, um der Zeichen willen, die ihm gegeben sind zu tun vor dem Tier; und sagt denen, die auf Erden wohnen, daß sie ein Bild machen sollen dem Tier, das die Wunde vom Schwert hatte und lebendig geworden war.
15 And he had power to give breath to the image of the beast, so that words might come from the image of the beast, and that he might have all those who did not give worship to the image of the beast put to death.
15 Et il lui fut donné d'animer l'image de la bête, afin que l'image de la bête parlât, et qu'elle fît que tous ceux qui n'adoreraient pas l'image de la bête fussent tués.
15 Agus ceadaíodh dó anam a chur i ndealbh an bheithígh, i dtreo go labhródh dealbh an bheithígh fiú amháin; agus go marófaí cibé duine nach sléachtfadh le hómós do dhealbh an bheithígh.
15 Y le fué dado que diese espíritu á la imagen de la bestia, para que la imagen de la bestia hable; y hará que cualesquiera que no adoraren la imagen de la bestia sean muertos.
15 Und es ward ihm gegeben, daß es dem Bilde des Tiers den Geist gab, daß des Tiers Bild redete und machte, daß alle, welche nicht des Tiers Bild anbeteten, getötet würden.
16 And he gives to all, small and great, the poor and those who have wealth, the free and those who are not free, a mark on their right hand or on their brows;
16 Et elle fit que tous, petits et grands, riches et pauvres, libres et esclaves, reçussent une marque sur leur main droite ou sur leur front,
16 Cuireann sé iallach ar gach duine idir bheag agus mhór, idir shaibhir agus dhaibhir, idir shaor agus dhaor, marc a bhualadh ar a ndeaslámh nó ar a n‑éadan
16 Y hacía que á todos, á los pequeños y grandes, ricos y pobres, libres y siervos, se pusiese una marca en su mano derecha, ó en sus frentes:
16 Und es macht, daß die Kleinen und die Großen, die Reichen und die Armen, die Freien und die Knechte-allesamt sich ein Malzeichen geben an ihre rechte Hand oder an ihre Stirn,
17 So that no man might be able to do trade but he who has the mark, even the name of the beast or the number of his name.
17 et que personne ne pût acheter ni vendre, sans avoir la marque, le nom de la bête ou le nombre de son nom.
17 agus sin i dtreo nach bhféadfadh aon duine ceannach ná díol gan an marc, ainm an bheithígh is é sin, nó uimhir a ainm, a bheith air.
17 Y que ninguno pudiese comprar ó vender, sino el que tuviera la señal, ó el nombre de la bestia, ó el número de su nombre.
17 daß niemand kaufen oder verkaufen kann, er habe denn das Malzeichen, nämlich den Namen des Tiers oder die Zahl seines Namens.
18 Here is wisdom. He who has knowledge let him get the number of the beast; because it is the number of a man: and his number is Six hundred and sixty-six.
18 C'est ici la sagesse. Que celui qui a de l'intelligence calcule le nombre de la bête. Car c'est un nombre d'homme, et son nombre est six cent soixante-six.
