1 And a great sign was seen in heaven: a A woman clothed with the sun, and with the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of twelve stars.

1 Y UNA grande señal apareció en el cielo: una mujer vestida del sol, y la luna debajo de sus pies, y sobre su cabeza una corona de doce estrellas.
1 Und es erschien ein großes Zeichen im Himmel: ein Weib, mit der Sonne bekleidet, und der Mond unter ihren Füßen und auf ihrem Haupt eine Krone mit zwölf goldenen Sternen.
2 And she was with child; and she gave a cry, in the pains of childbirth.
2 Elle était enceinte, et elle criait, étant en travail et dans les douleurs de l'enfantement.
2 Bhí gin aici ina broinn, agus d'éigh sí ina híona agus ina pianta linbh.
2 Y estando preñada, clamaba con dolores de parto, y sufría tormento por parir.
2 Und sie war schwanger und schrie in Kindesnöten und hatte große Qual zur Geburt.
3 And there was seen another sign in heaven; a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and on his heads seven crowns.
3 Un autre signe parut encore dans le ciel; et voici, c'était un grand dragon rouge, ayant sept têtes et dix cornes, et sur ses têtes sept diadèmes.

3 Y fué vista otra señal en el cielo: y he aquí un grande dragón bermejo, que tenía siete cabezas y diez cuernos, y en sus cabezas siete diademas.
3 Und es erschien ein anderes Zeichen im Himmel, und siehe, ein großer, roter Drache, der hatte sieben Häupter und zehn Hörner und auf seinen Häuptern sieben Kronen;
4 And his tail was pulling a third part of the stars of heaven down to the earth, and the dragon took his place before the woman who was about to give birth, so that when the birth had taken place he might put an end to her child.
4 Sa queue entraînait le tiers des étoiles du ciel, et les jetait sur la terre. Le dragon se tint devant la femme qui allait enfanter, afin de dévorer son enfant, lorsqu'elle aurait enfanté.

4 Y su cola arrastraba la tercera parte de las estrellas del cielo, y las echó en tierra. Y el dragón se paró delante de la mujer que estaba para parir, á fin de devorar á su hijo cuando hubiese parido.
4 und sein Schwanz zog den dritten Teil der Sterne des Himmels hinweg und warf sie auf die Erde. Und der Drache trat vor das Weib, die gebären sollte, auf daß, wenn sie geboren hätte, er ihr Kind fräße.
5 And she gave birth to a son, a male child, who was to have rule over all the nations with a rod of iron: and her child was taken up to God and to his high seat.
5 Elle enfanta un fils, qui doit paître toutes les nations avec une verge de fer. Et son enfant fut enlevé vers Dieu et vers son trône.
5 Agus rug sí gin mic atá chun na ciníocha go léir a rialú le slat iarainn; agus sciobadh a mac suas chun Dé agus chun a ríchathaoireach.
5 Y ella parió un hijo varón, el cual había de regir todas las gentes con vara de hierro: y su hijo fué arrebatado para Dios y á su trono.
5 Und sie gebar einen Sohn, ein Knäblein, der alle Heiden sollte weiden mit eisernem Stabe. Und ihr Kind ward entrückt zu Gott und seinem Stuhl.
6 And the woman went in flight to the waste land, where she has a place made ready by God, so that there they may give her food a thousand, two hundred and sixty days.
6 Et la femme s'enfuit dans le désert, où elle avait un lieu préparé par Dieu, afin qu'elle y fût nourrie pendant mille deux cent soixante jours.
6 Ach theith an bhean léi chun an fhásaigh mar a raibh ansiúd aice áit ullamh ag Dia chun go gcuirfí cóir uirthi ar feadh míle dhá chéad agus trí fichid lá.
6 Y la mujer huyó al desierto, donde tiene lugar aparejado de Dios, para que allí la mantengan mil doscientos y sesenta días.
6 Und das Weib entfloh in die Wüste, wo sie einen Ort hat, bereitet von Gott, daß sie daselbst ernährt würde tausend zweihundertundsechzig Tage.
7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels going out to the fight with the dragon; and the dragon and his angels made war,
7 Et il y eut guerre dans le ciel. Michel et ses anges combattirent contre le dragon. Et le dragon et ses anges combattirent,

7 Y fué hecha una grande batalla en el cielo: Miguel y sus ángeles lidiaban contra el dragón; y lidiaba el dragón y sus ángeles.
7 Und es erhob sich ein Streit im Himmel: Michael und seine Engel stritten mit dem Drachen; und der Drache stritt und seine Engel,
8 And they were overcome, and there was no more place for them in heaven.
8 mais ils ne furent pas les plus forts, et leur place ne fut plus trouvée dans le ciel.

8 Y no prevalecieron, ni su lugar fué más hallado en el cielo.

9 And the great dragon was forced down, the old snake, who is named the Evil One and Satan, by whom all the earth is turned from the right way; he was forced down to the earth, and his angels were forced down with him.
9 Et il fut précipité, le grand dragon, le serpent ancien, appelé le diable et Satan, celui qui séduit toute la terre, il fut précipité sur la terre, et ses anges furent précipités avec lui.

9 Y fué lanzado fuera aquel gran dragón, la serpiente antigua, que se llama Diablo y Satanás, el cual engaña á todo el mundo; fué arrojado en tierra, y sus ángeles fueron arrojados con él.
9 Und es ward ausgeworfen der große Drache, die alte Schlange, die da heißt der Teufel und Satanas, der die ganze Welt verführt, und ward geworfen auf die Erde, und seine Engel wurden auch dahin geworfen.
10 And a great voice in heaven came to my ears, saying, Now is come the salvation, and the power, and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Christ: because he who says evil against our brothers before our God day and night is forced down.
10 Et j'entendis dans le ciel une voix forte qui disait: Maintenant le salut est arrivé, et la puissance, et le règne de notre Dieu, et l'autorité de son Christ; car il a été précipité, l'accusateur de nos frères, celui qui les accusait devant notre Dieu jour et nuit.
10 Agus chuala mé guth tréan sna flaithis á rá: “Anois tá slánú agus neart agus tiarnas ár nDé agus údarás a Chríost tagtha, óir teilgeadh anuas cúisitheoir ár mbráithre, an té a bhíodh á gcúisiú os comhair Dé de lá agus d'oíche.
10 Y oí una grande voz en el cielo que decía: Ahora ha venido la salvación, y la virtud, y el reino de nuestro Dios, y el poder de su Cristo; porque el acusador de nuestros hermanos ha sido arrojado, el cual los acusaba delante de nuestro Dios día y noche.
10 Und ich hörte eine große Stimme, die sprach im Himmel: Nun ist das Heil und die Kraft und das Reich unsers Gottes geworden und die Macht seines Christus, weil der Verkläger unserer Brüder verworfen ist, der sie verklagte Tag und Nacht vor Gott.
11 And they overcame him through the blood of the Lamb and the word of their witness; and loving not their lives they freely gave themselves up to death.
11 Ils l'ont vaincu à cause du sang de l'agneau et à cause de la parole de leur témoignage, et ils n'ont pas aimé leur vie jusqu'à craindre la mort.

12 Be glad then, O heavens, and you who are in them. But there is trouble for the earth and the sea: because the Evil One has come down to you, being very angry, having the knowledge that he has but a short time.
12 C'est pourquoi réjouissez-vous, cieux, et vous qui habitez dans les cieux. Malheur à la terre et à la mer! car le diable est descendu vers vous, animé d'une grande colère, sachant qu'il a peu de temps.

12 Por lo cual alegraos, cielos, y los que moráis en ellos. ¡Ay de los moradores de la tierra y del mar! porque el diablo ha descendido á vosotros, teniendo grande ira, sabiendo que tiene poco tiempo.
12 Darum freuet euch, ihr Himmel und die darin wohnen! Weh denen, die auf Erden wohnen und auf dem Meer! denn der Teufel kommt zu euch hinab und hat einen großen Zorn und weiß, daß er wenig Zeit hat.
13 And when the dragon saw that he was forced down to the earth, he made cruel attacks on the woman who gave birth to the male child.
13 Quand le dragon vit qu'il avait été précipité sur la terre, il poursuivit la femme qui avait enfanté l'enfant mâle.

13 Y cuando vió el dragón que él había sido arrojado á la tierra, persiguió á la mujer que había parido al hijo varón.

14 And there were given to the woman two wings of a great eagle, so that she might go in flight into the waste land, to her place, where she is given food for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the snake.
14 Et les deux ailes du grand aigle furent données à la femme, afin qu'elle s'envolât au désert, vers son lieu, où elle est nourrie un temps, des temps, et la moitié d'un temps, loin de la face du serpent.
14 Tugadh don bhean dhá sciathán iolair mhóir chun go n‑eitleodh sí léi amach san fhásach ón dragan go dtí a háit féin, mar a gcuirfear cóir uirthi ar feadh trátha, dhá thráth agus leath trátha.
14 Y fueron dadas á la mujer dos alas de grande águila, para que de la presencia de la serpiente volase al desierto, á su lugar, donde es mantenida por un tiempo, y tiempos, y la mitad de un tiempo.
14 Und es wurden dem Weibe zwei Flügel gegeben wie eines Adlers, daß sie in die Wüste flöge an ihren Ort, da sie ernährt würde eine Zeit und zwei Zeiten und eine halbe Zeit vor dem Angesicht der Schlange.
15 And the snake sent out of his mouth after the woman a river of water, so that she might be taken away by the stream.
15 Et, de sa bouche, le serpent lança de l'eau comme un fleuve derrière la femme, afin de l'entraîner par le fleuve.
15 Sceith an nathair nimhe uisce, mar abhainn, as a bhéal i ndiaidh na mná d'fhonn go bhfuadódh sé le sruth í.
15 Y la serpiente echó de su boca tras la mujer agua como un río, á fin de hacer que fuese arrebatada del río.
15 Und die Schlange schoß nach dem Weibe aus ihrem Munde ein Wasser wie einen Strom, daß er sie ersäufte.
16 And the earth gave help to the woman, and with open mouth took up the river which the dragon sent out of his mouth.
16 Et la terre secourut la femme, et la terre ouvrit sa bouche et engloutit le fleuve que le dragon avait lancé de sa bouche.
16 Ach tháinig an talamh i gcabhair ar an mbean, agus d'oscail an talamh a chraos agus shlog sé an abhainn a sceith an dragan as a bhéal.
16 Y la tierra ayudó á la mujer, y la tierra abrió su boca, y sorbió el río que había echado el dragón de su boca.

17 And the dragon was angry with the woman and went away to make war on the rest of her seed, who keep the orders of God, and the witness of Jesus:
17 Et le dragon fut irrité contre la femme, et il s'en alla faire la guerre au restes de sa postérité, à ceux qui gardent les commandements de Dieu et qui ont le témoignage de Jésus.
