1 But there were false prophets among the people, as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly put forward wrong teachings for your destruction, even turning away from the Lord who gave himself for them; whose destruction will come quickly, and they themselves will be the cause of it.
1 Il y a eu parmi le peuple de faux prophètes, et il y aura de même parmi vous de faux docteurs, qui introduiront des sectes pernicieuses, et qui, reniant le maître qui les a rachetés, attireront sur eux une ruine soudaine.
1 Ach tharla fáithe bréige freisin i measc an phobail, faoi mar atá oidí bréige chomh maith in bhur meascsa; déanfaidh siadsan tuairimí díobhálacha a thabhairt isteach go cealgach agus séanfaidh siad fiú an máistir a cheannaigh iad, agus tabharfaidh siad drochíde sa mhullach orthu féin go tobann.
1 PERO hubo también falsos profetas en el pueblo, como habrá entre vosotros falsos doctores, que introducirán encubiertamente herejías de perdición, y negarán al Señor que los rescató, atrayendo sobre sí mismos perdición acelerada.
1 Es waren auch falsche Propheten unter dem Volk, wie auch unter euch sein werden falsche Lehrer, die nebeneinführen werden verderbliche Sekten und verleugnen den HERRN, der sie erkauft hat, und werden über sich selbst herbeiführen eine schnelle Verdammnis.
2 And a great number will go with them in their evil ways, through whom the true way will have a bad name.
2 Plusieurs les suivront dans leurs dissolutions, et la voie de la vérité sera calomniée à cause d'eux.
2 Leanfaidh a lán cosáin a ndrabhláis agus déanfar bealach na fírinne a tharcaisniú dá mbarr.
2 Y muchos seguirán sus disoluciones, por los cuales el camino de la verdad será blasfemado;
2 Und viele werden nachfolgen ihrem Verderben; um welcher willen wird der Weg der Wahrheit verlästert werden.
3 And in their desire for profit they will come to you with words of deceit, like traders doing business in souls: whose punishment has been ready for a long time and their destruction is watching for them.
3 Par cupidité, ils trafiqueront de vous au moyen de paroles trompeuses, eux que menace depuis longtemps la condamnation, et dont la ruine ne sommeille point.
3 Le teann sainte tiocfaidh siad i dtír oraibh le briathra éithigh. Ach tá an daorbhreith orthu siúd á hullmhú ó anallód agus níl codladh ag dul ar a ndrochíde.
3 Y por avaricia harán mercadería de vosotros con palabras fingidas, sobre los cuales la condenación ya de largo tiempo no se tarda, y su perdición no se duerme.
3 Und durch Geiz mit erdichteten Worten werden sie an euch Gewinn suchen; welchen das Urteil von lange her nicht säumig ist, und ihre Verdammnis schläft nicht.
4 For if God did not have pity for the angels who did evil, but sent them down into hell, to be kept in chains of eternal night till they were judged;
4 Car, si Dieu n'a pas épargné les anges qui ont péché, mais s'il les a précipités dans les abîmes de ténèbres et les réserve pour le jugement;

4 Porque si Dios no perdonó á los ángeles que habían pecado, sino que habiéndolos despeñado en el infierno con cadenas de oscuridad, los entregó para ser reservados al juicio;
4 Denn Gott hat die Engel, die gesündigt haben, nicht verschont, sondern hat sie mit Ketten der Finsternis zur Hölle verstoßen und übergeben, daß sie zum Gericht behalten werden;

5 Y si no perdonó al mundo viejo, mas guardó á Noé, pregonero de justicia, con otras siete personas, trayendo el diluvio sobre el mundo de malvados;
5 und hat nicht verschont die vorige Welt, sondern bewahrte Noah, den Prediger der Gerechtigkeit, selbacht und führte die Sintflut über die Welt der Gottlosen;
6 And sent destruction on Sodom and Gomorrah, burning them up with fire as an example to those whose way of life might in the future be unpleasing to him;
6 s'il a condamné à la destruction et réduit en cendres les villes de Sodome et de Gomorrhe, les donnant comme exemple aux impies à venir,

6 Y si condenó por destrucción las ciudades de Sodoma y de Gomorra, tornándolas en ceniza, y poniéndolas por ejemplo á los que habían de vivir sin temor y reverencia de Dios,
6 und hat die Städte Sodom und Gomorra zu Asche gemacht, umgekehrt und verdammt, damit ein Beispiel gesetzt den Gottlosen, die hernach kommen würden;
7 And kept safe Lot, the upright man, who was deeply troubled by the unclean life of the evil-doers
7 et s'il a délivré le juste Lot, profondément attristé de la conduite de ces hommes sans frein dans leur dissolution

7 Y libró al justo Lot, acosado por la nefanda conducta de los malvados;
7 und hat erlöst den gerechten Lot, welchem die schändlichen Leute alles Leid taten mit ihrem unzüchtigen Wandel;
8 (Because the soul of that upright man living among them was pained from day to day by seeing and hearing their crimes):

9 Der HERR weiß die Gottseligen aus der Versuchung zu erlösen, die Ungerechten aber zu behalten zum Tage des Gerichts, sie zu peinigen,
10 But specially those who go after the unclean desires of the flesh, and make sport of authority. Ready to take chances, uncontrolled, they have no fear of saying evil of those in high places:
10 ceux surtout qui vont après la chair dans un désir d'impureté et qui méprisent l'autorité. Audacieux et arrogants, ils ne craignent pas d'injurier les gloires,

10 Y principalmente á aquellos que, siguiendo la carne, andan en concupiscencia é inmundicia, y desprecian la potestad; atrevidos, contumaces, que no temen decir mal de las potestades superiores:
10 allermeist aber die, so da wandeln nach dem Fleisch in der unreinen Lust, und die Herrschaft verachten, frech, eigensinnig, nicht erzittern, die Majestäten zu lästern,
11 Though the angels, who are greater in strength and power, do not make use of violent language against them before the Lord.

11 Como quiera que los mismos ángeles, que son mayores en fuerza y en potencia, no pronuncian juicio de maldición contra ellas delante del Señor.
11 so doch die Engel, die größere Stärke und Macht haben, kein lästerlich Urteil wider sie fällen vor dem HERRN.
12 But these men, like beasts without reason, whose natural use is to be taken and put to death, crying out against things of which they have no knowledge, will undergo that same destruction which they are designing for others;
12 Mais eux, semblables à des brutes qui s'abandonnent à leurs penchants naturels et qui sont nées pour êtres prises et détruites, ils parlent d'une manière injurieuse de ce qu'ils ignorent, et ils périront par leur propre corruption,

12 Mas éstos, diciendo mal de las cosas que no entienden, como bestias brutas, que naturalmente son hechas para presa y destrucción, perecerán en su perdición,
12 Aber sie sind wie die unvernünftigen Tiere, die von Natur dazu geboren sind, daß sie gefangen und geschlachtet werden, lästern, davon sie nichts wissen, und werden in ihrem verderblichen Wissen umkommen
13 For the evil which overtakes them is the reward of their evil-doing: such men take their pleasure in the delights of the flesh even in the daytime; they are like the marks of a disease, like poisoned wounds among you, feasting together with you in joy;
13 recevant ainsi le salaire de leur iniquité. Ils trouvent leurs délices à se livrer au plaisir en plein jour; hommes tarés et souillés, ils se délectent dans leurs tromperies, en faisant bonne chère avec vous.

13 Recibiendo el galardón de su injusticia, ya que reputan por delicia poder gozar de deleites cada día. Estos son suciedades y manchas, los cuales comiendo con vosotros, juntamente se recrean en sus errores;
13 und den Lohn der Ungerechtigkeit davonbringen. Sie achten für Wollust das zeitliche Wohlleben, sie sind Schandflecken und Laster, prangen von euren Almosen, prassen mit dem Euren,
14 Having eyes full of evil desire, never having enough of sin; turning feeble souls out of the true way; they are children of cursing, whose hearts are well used to bitter envy;
14 Ils ont les yeux pleins d'adultère et insatiables de péché; ils amorcent les âmes mal affermies; ils ont le coeur exercé à la cupidité; ce sont des enfants de malédiction.
14 Tá a súile lán d'adhaltranas, doshásta le peacaí; bíonn siad ag mealladh anamacha corrthónacha, agus a gcroí cleachtaithe ar an tsaint. Clann na mallachta!
14 Teniendo los ojos llenos de adulterio, y no saben cesar de pecar; cebando las almas inconstantes; teniendo el corazón ejercitado en codicias, siendo hijos de maldición;
14 haben Augen voll Ehebruchs, lassen sich die Sünde nicht wehren, locken an sich die leichtfertigen Seelen, haben ein Herz, durchtrieben mit Geiz, verfluchte Leute.
15 Turning out of the true way, they have gone wandering in error, after the way of Balaam, the son of Beor, who was pleased to take payment for wrongdoing;

18 For with high-sounding false words, making use of the attraction of unclean desires of the flesh, they get into their power those newly made free from those who are living in error;
18 Avec des discours enflés de vanité, ils amorcent par les convoitises de la chair, par les dissolutions, ceux qui viennent à peine d'échapper aux hommes qui vivent dans l'égarement;

19 und verheißen ihnen Freiheit, ob sie wohl selbst Knechte des Verderbens sind. Denn von wem jemand überwunden ist, des Knecht ist er geworden.
20 For if, after they have got free from the unclean things of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again taken in the net and overcome, their last condition is worse than their first.
20 En effet, si, après s'être retirés des souillures du monde, par la connaissance du Seigneur et Sauveur Jésus Christ, ils s'y engagent de nouveau et sont vaincus, leur dernière condition est pire que la première.

20 Ciertamente, si habiéndose ellos apartado de las contaminaciones del mundo, por el conocimiento del Señor y Salvador Jesucristo, y otra vez envolviéndose en ellas, son vencidos, sus postrimerías les son hechas peores que los principios.
20 Denn so sie entflohen sind dem Unflat der Welt durch die Erkenntnis des HERRN und Heilandes Jesu Christi, werden aber wiederum in denselben verflochten und überwunden, ist mit ihnen das Letzte ärger geworden denn das Erste.
21 For it would have been better for them to have had no knowledge of the way of righteousness, than to go back again from the holy law which was given to them, after having knowledge of it.
21 Car mieux valait pour eux n'avoir pas connu la voie de la justice, que de se détourner, après l'avoir connue, du saint commandement qui leur avait été donné.
21 Óir b'fhearr dóibhsean gan eolas a chur ar bhealach na fíréantachta ná tar éis eolas a chur air casadh i leataobh ón aithne naofa a seachadadh dóibh.
21 Porque mejor les hubiera sido no haber conocido el camino de la justicia, que después de haberlo conocido, tornarse atrás del santo mandamiento que les fué dado.
21 Denn es wäre ihnen besser, daß sie den Weg der Gerechtigkeit nicht erkannt hätten, als daß sie erkennen und sich kehren von dem heiligen Gebot, das ihnen gegeben ist.
22 They are an example of that true saying, The dog has gone back to the food it had put out, and the pig which had been washed to its rolling in the dirty earth.
22 Il leur est arrivé ce que dit un proverbe vrai: Le chien est retourné à ce qu'il avait vomi, et la truie lavée s'est vautrée dans le bourbier.
