1 Now certain men came down from Judaea, teaching the brothers and saying that without circumcision, after the rule of Moses, there is no salvation.
1 Quelques hommes, venus de la Judée, enseignaient les frères, en disant: Si vous n'êtes circoncis selon le rite de Moïse, vous ne pouvez être sauvés.

1 ENTONCES algunos que venían de Judea enseñaban á los hermanos: Que si no os circuncidáis conforme al rito de Moisés, no podéis ser salvos.
1 Und etliche kamen herab von Judäa und lehrten die Brüder: Wo ihr euch nicht beschneiden lasset nach der Weise Mose's, so könnt ihr nicht selig werden.
2 And after Paul and Barnabas had had no little argument and discussion with them, the brothers made a decision to send Paul and Barnabas and certain others of them to the Apostles and the rulers of the church at Jerusalem about this question.
2 Paul et Barnabas eurent avec eux un débat et une vive discussion; et les frères décidèrent que Paul et Barnabas, et quelques-uns des leurs, monteraient à Jérusalem vers les apôtres et les anciens, pour traiter cette question.

3 So they, being sent on their way by the church, went through Phoenicia and Samaria, giving news of the salvation of the Gentiles, to the great joy of all the brothers.
3 Après avoir été accompagnés par l'Église, ils poursuivirent leur route à travers la Phénicie et la Samarie, racontant la conversion des païens, et ils causèrent une grande joie à tous les frères.

3 Und sie wurden von der Gemeinde geleitet und zogen durch Phönizien und Samarien und erzählten die Bekehrung der Heiden und machten große Freude allen Brüdern.
4 And when they came to Jerusalem, they had a meeting with the church and the Apostles and the rulers, and they gave an account of all the things which God had done through them.
4 Arrivés à Jérusalem, ils furent reçus par l'Église, les apôtres et les anciens, et ils racontèrent tout ce que Dieu avait fait avec eux.

5 But some of the Pharisees, who were of the faith, got up and said, It is necessary for these to have circumcision and to keep the law of Moses.

6 And the Apostles and the rulers of the church came together and gave thought to the question.

7 And when there had been much discussion, Peter got up and said to them, My brothers, you have knowledge that some time back it was God's pleasure that by my mouth the good news might be given to the Gentiles so that they might have faith.
7 Une grande discussion s'étant engagée, Pierre se leva, et leur dit: Hommes frères, vous savez que dès longtemps Dieu a fait un choix parmi vous, afin que, par ma bouche, les païens entendissent la parole de l'Évangile et qu'ils crussent.

12 And all the people were quiet while Barnabas and Paul gave an account of the signs and wonders which God had done among the Gentiles by them.

22 Entonces pareció bien á los apóstoles y á los ancianos, con toda la iglesia, elegir varones de ellos, y enviarlos á Antioquía con Pablo y Bernabé: á Judas que tenía por sobrenombre Barsabas, y á Silas, varones principales entre los hermanos;
22 Und es deuchte gut die Apostel und Ältesten samt der ganzen Gemeinde, aus ihnen Männer zu erwählen und zu senden gen Antiochien mit Paulus und Barnabas, nämlich Judas, mit dem Zunamen Barsabas, und Silas, welche Männer Lehrer waren unter den Brüdern.
23 And they sent a letter by them, saying, The Apostles and the older brothers, to the brothers who are of the Gentiles in Antioch and Syria and Cilicia, may joy be with you:
23 Ils les chargèrent d'une lettre ainsi conçue: Les apôtres, les anciens, et les frères, aux frères d'entre les païens, qui sont à Antioche, en Syrie, et en Cilicie, salut!

23 Und sie gaben Schrift in ihre Hand, also: Wir, die Apostel und Ältesten und Brüder, wünschen Heil den Brüdern aus den Heiden, die zu Antiochien und Syrien und Zilizien sind.
24 Because we have knowledge that some who went from us have been troubling you with their words, putting your souls in doubt; to whom we gave no such order;
24 Ayant appris que quelques hommes partis de chez nous, et auxquels nous n'avions donné aucun ordre, vous ont troublés par leurs discours et ont ébranlé vos âmes,

25 It seemed good to us, having come to an agreement together, to send these men to you, with our well loved Barnabas and Paul,

29 To keep from things offered to false gods, and from blood, and from things put to death in ways which are against the law, and from the evil desires of the body; if you keep yourselves from these, you will do well. May you be happy.
29 savoir, de vous abstenir des viandes sacrifiées aux idoles, du sang, des animaux étouffés, et de l'impudicité, choses contre lesquelles vous vous trouverez bien de vous tenir en garde. Adieu.

29 daß ihr euch enthaltet vom Götzenopfer und vom Blut und vom Erstickten und von der Hurerei; so ihr euch vor diesen bewahrt, tut ihr recht. Gehabt euch wohl!
30 So they, being sent away, came down to Antioch, and having got the people together, they gave them the letter.
