1 I saw the Lord stationed by the side of the altar, giving blows to the tops of the pillars so that the doorsteps were shaking: and he said, I will let all of them be broken with earth-shocks; I will put the last of them to the sword: if any one of them goes in flight he will not get away, not one of them will be safe.
1 Je vis le Seigneur qui se tenait sur l'autel. Et il dit: Frappe les chapiteaux et que les seuils s'ébranlent, Et brise-les sur leurs têtes à tous! Je ferai périr le reste par l'épée. Aucun d'eux ne pourra se sauver en fuyant, Aucun d'eux n'échappera.
1 Chonaic mé an Tiarna ina sheasamh os cionn na haltóra. Bhuail sé mullaigh na gcolún agus chrith na hursaineacha. Dúirt sé: “Scoiltfidh mé iad ar chinn na ndaoine go léir; maróidh mé a mbeidh fágtha leis an gclaíomh, ní éalóidh aon duine, ní thiocfaidh aon duine slán.
1 VI al Señor que estaba sobre el altar, y dijo: Hiere el umbral, y estremézcanse las puertas: y córtales en piezas la cabeza de todos; y el postrero de ellos mataré á cuchillo: no habrá de ellos quien se fugue, ni quien escape.
1 Ich sah den HERRN auf dem Altar stehen, und er sprach: Schlage an den Knauf, daß die Pfosten beben und die Stücke ihnen allen auf den Kopf fallen; und ihre Nachkommen will ich mit dem Schwert erwürgen, daß keiner entfliehen noch irgend einer entgehen soll.
2 Even if they go deep into the underworld, my hand will take them up from there; if they go up to heaven, I will get them down:
2 S'ils pénètrent dans le séjour des morts, Ma main les en arrachera; S'ils montent aux cieux, Je les en ferai descendre.
2 Má thochlann siad a mbealach go Seól tarraingeoidh mo lámhsa as iad; má dhreapann siad go harda neimhe cuirfidh mé d'iallach orthu teacht anuas.
2 Aunque cavasen hasta el infierno, de allá los tomará mi mano; y si subieren hasta el cielo, de allá los haré descender.
2 Und wenn sie sich gleich in die Hölle vergrüben, soll sie doch meine Hand von dort holen; und wenn sie gen Himmel führen, will ich sie doch herunterstoßen;
3 Though they take cover on the top of Carmel, I will go in search of them and get them out; though they keep themselves from my eyes in the bed of the sea, I will give orders to the great snake there and he will give them a bite:
3 S'ils se cachent au sommet du Carmel, Je les y chercherai et je les saisirai; S'ils se dérobent à mes regards dans le fond de la mer, Là j'ordonnerai au serpent de les mordre.
3 Má théann siad i bhfolach ar bharr Chairmeil cuardóidh mé agus ropfaidh mé liom iad; má théann siad i bhfolach uaim i ngrinneall na farraige ordóidh mé don Nathair greim a bhaint astu ansiúd.
3 Y si se escondieren en la cumbre del Carmelo, allí los buscaré y los tomaré; y aunque se escondieren de delante de mis ojos en el profundo de la mar, allí mandaré á la culebra, y morderálos.
3 und wenn sie sich gleich versteckten oben auf dem Berge Karmel, will ich sie doch daselbst suchen und herabholen; und wenn sie sich vor meinen Augen verbürgen im Grunde des Meeres, so will ich doch den Schlangen befehlen, die sie daselbst stechen sollen;
4 And though they are taken away as prisoners by their attackers, even there will I give orders to the sword to put them to death: my eyes will be fixed on them for evil and not for good.
4 S'ils vont en captivité devant leurs ennemis, Là j'ordonnerai à l'épée de les faire périr; Je dirigerai contre eux mes regards Pour faire du mal et non du bien.
4 Fiú má chuireann a naimhde i ngéibheann iad ordóidh mé don chlaíomh iad a mharú ansin, agus ní le gnaoi ach le holc chucu a choimeádfaidh mé súil orthu.”
4 Y si fueren en cautiverio, delante de sus enemigos, allí mandaré al cuchillo, y los matará; y pondré sobre ellos mis ojos para mal, y no para bien.
4 und wenn sie vor ihren Feinde hin gefangen gingen, so will ich doch dem Schwert befehlen, daß es sie daselbst erwürgen soll. Denn ich will meine Augen über sie halten zum Unglück und nicht zum Guten.
5 For the Lord, the God of armies, is he at whose touch the land is turned to water, and everyone in it will be given up to sorrow; all of it will be overflowing like the River, and will go down again like the River of Egypt;
5 Le Seigneur, l'Éternel des armées, touche la terre, et elle tremble, Et tous ses habitants sont dans le deuil; Elle monte tout entière comme le fleuve, Et elle s'affaisse comme le fleuve d'Égypte.
5 An Tiarna Dia na Slua, baineann sé leis an domhan agus leánn é, agus caoineann cách dá gcónaíonn ann; éiríonn borradh sa domhan go léir mar a tharlaíonn sa Níl agus síothlaíonn arís mar Abhainn na hÉigipte.
5 El Señor Jehová de los ejércitos es el que toca la tierra, y se derretirá, y llorarán todos los que en ella moran: y subirá toda como un río, y hundiráse luego como el río de Egipto.
5 Denn der HERR, HERR Zebaoth ist ein solcher: Wenn er ein Land anrührt, so zerschmilzt es, daß alle Einwohner trauern müssen; daß es soll ganz überlaufen werden wie mit einem Wasser und überschwemmt werden wie mit dem Fluß Ägyptens.
6 It is he who makes his rooms in the heaven, basing his arch on the earth; whose voice goes out to the waters of the sea, and sends them flowing over the face of the earth; the Lord is his name.
6 Il a bâti sa demeure dans les cieux, Et fondé sa voûte sur la terre; Il appelle les eaux de la mer, Et les répand à la surface de la terre: L'Éternel est son nom.
6 Ardaíonn sé a staighre suas chun na bhflaitheas, agus leagann a stua ar an talamh. Glaonn sé ar uiscí na farraige agus doirteann sé amach iad ar dhromchla na talún. Is é an Tiarna a ainm.
6 El edificó en el cielo sus gradas, y ha establecido su expansión sobre la tierra: él llama las aguas de la mar, y sobre la haz de la tierra las derrama: Jehová es su nombre.
6 Er ist's, der seinen Saal in den Himmel baut und seine Hütte auf Erden gründet; er ruft dem Wasser im Meer und schüttet's auf das Erdreich, er heißt HERR.
7 Are you not as the children of the Ethiopians to me, O children of Israel? says the Lord. Have I not taken Israel up out of the land of Egypt, and the Philistines from Caphtor, and the Aramaeans from Kir?
7 N'êtes-vous pas pour moi comme les enfants des Éthiopiens, Enfants d'Israël? dit l'Éternel. N'ai-je pas fait sortir Israël du pays d'Égypte, Comme les Philistins de Caphtor et les Syriens de Kir?
7 “Nach ionann domsa sibhse agus clann na nAetóipeach, a chlann Iosrael,” a deir an Tiarna. “Nach mise a thug Iosrael aníos ón Éigipt, nár thug mé chomh maith céanna na Filistínigh ó Chaftór agus na hAramaeigh ó Chír?
7 Hijos de Israel, ¿no me sois vosotros, dice Jehová, como hijos de Etiopes? ¿no hice yo subir á Israel de la tierra de Egipto, y á los Palestinos de Caphtor, y de Chîr á los Arameos?
7 Seid ihr Kinder Israel mir nicht gleichwie Mohren? spricht der HERR. Habe ich nicht Israel aus Ägyptenland geführt und die Philister aus Kaphthor und die Syrer aus Kir?
8 See, the eyes of the Lord are on the evil kingdom, and I will put an end to it in all the earth; but I will not send complete destruction on Jacob, says the Lord.
8 Voici, le Seigneur, l'Éternel, a les yeux sur le royaume coupable. Je le détruirai de dessus la face de la terre; Toutefois je ne détruirai pas entièrement la maison de Jacob, Dit l'Éternel.
8 Féach, tá súile an Tiarna Dia ar an ríocht pheacúil agus scriosfaidh mé í de dhromchla na talún; ach ní mhillfidh mé teach Iacóib go hiomlán,” a deir an Tiarna.
8 He aquí los ojos del Señor Jehová están contra el reino pecador, y yo lo asolaré de la haz de la tierra: mas no destruiré del todo la casa de Jacob, dice Jehová.
8 Siehe, die Augen des HERRN HERRN sehen auf das sündige Königreich, daß ich's vom Erdboden vertilge; wiewohl ich das Haus Jakob nicht ganz und gar vertilgen will, spricht der HERR.
9 For see, I will give orders, and I will have Israel moved about among all the nations, as grain is moved about by the shaking of the tray, but not the smallest seed will be dropped on the earth.
9 Car voici, je donnerai mes ordres, Et je secouerai la maison d'Israël parmi toutes les nations, Comme on secoue avec le crible, Sans qu'il tombe à terre un seul grain.
9 “Óir, féach, ordóidh mé teach Iosrael a chraitheadh i measc na gciníocha go léir mar a chraithfeá arbhar le criathar; ach ní thitfidh an gráinne is lú ar an talamh.
9 Porque he aquí yo mandaré, y haré que la casa de Israel sea zarandeada entre todas las gentes, como se zarandea el grano en un harnero, y no cae un granito en la tierra.
9 Denn siehe, ich will befehlen und das Haus Israel unter alle Heiden sichten lassen, gleichwie man mit einem Sieb sichtet, und kein Körnlein soll auf die Erde fallen.
10 All those sinners among my people will be put to the sword who say, Evil will not overtake us or come face to face with us.
10 Tous les pécheurs de mon peuple mourront par l'épée, Ceux qui disent: Le malheur n'approchera pas, ne nous atteindra pas.
10 Éagfaidh an uile pheacach de mo phobalsa leis an gclaíomh, iadsan a deir: ‘Ní bhéarfaidh an t‑olc orainne ná ní thiocfaidh sé fhad linn.’ ” Dúnadh: Athbhunú Iosrael
10 A cuchillo morirán todos los pecadores de mi pueblo, que dicen: No se acercará, ni nos alcanzará el mal.
10 Alle Sünder in meinem Volk sollen durchs Schwert sterben, die da sagen: Es wird das Unglück nicht so nahe sein noch uns begegnen.
11 In that day I will put up the tent of David which has come down, and make good its broken places; and I will put up again his damaged walls, building it up as in the past;
11 En ce temps-là, je relèverai de sa chute la maison de David, J'en réparerai les brèches, j'en redresserai les ruines, Et je la rebâtirai comme elle était autrefois,
11 “An lá sin tógfaidh mé athuair both Dháiví, atá ar lár, druidfidh mé a bhearnaí, deiseoidh mé na fothraigh, atógfaidh mé é mar a bhí anallód,
11 En aquel día yo levantaré el tabernáculo de David, caído, y cerraré sus portillos, y levantaré sus ruinas, y edificarélo como en el tiempo pasado;
11 Zur selben Zeit will ich die zerfallene Hütte Davids wieder aufrichten und ihre Lücken verzäunen, und was abgebrochen ist, wieder aufrichten und will sie bauen wie sie vorzeiten gewesen ist,
12 So that the rest of Edom may be their heritage, and all the nations who have been named by my name, says the Lord, who is doing this.
12 Afin qu'ils possèdent le reste d'Édom et toutes les nations Sur lesquelles mon nom a été invoqué, Dit l'Éternel, qui accomplira ces choses.
12 ionas go mbeidh ar a gcumas iarmhar Eadóm agus na náisiúin uile arb é m'ainmse atá orthu a ghabháil,” a deir an Tiarna, an té a chuirfidh na nithe sin i gcríoch.
12 Para que aquellos sobre los cuales es llamado mi nombre, posean el resto de Idumea, y á todas las naciones, dice Jehová que hace esto.
12 auf daß sie besitzen die übrigen zu Edom und alle Heiden, über welche mein Namen genannt ist, spricht der HERR, der solches tut.
13 See, the days will come, says the Lord, when the ploughman will overtake him who is cutting the grain, and the crusher of the grapes him who is planting seed; and sweet wine will be dropping from the mountains, and the hills will be turned into streams of wine.
13 Voici, les jours viennent, dit l'Éternel, Où le laboureur suivra de près le moissonneur, Et celui qui foule le raisin celui qui répand la semence, Où le moût ruissellera des montagnes Et coulera de toutes les collines.
13 “Féach, tiocfaidh na laethanta,” a deir an Tiarna, “nuair a thiocfaidh an treabhdóir suas leis an mbuannaí, agus fear brúite na bhfíonchaor suas leis an síoladóir; silfidh na sléibhte fíon milis a rithfidh ina slaoda ón uile chnoc.
13 He aquí vienen días, dice Jehová en que el que ara alcanzará al segador, y el pisador de las uvas al que lleva la simiente; y los montes destilarán mosto, y todos los collados se derretirán.
13 Siehe, es kommt die Zeit, spricht der HERR, daß man zugleich ackern und ernten und zugleich keltern und säen wird; und die Berge werden von süßem Wein triefen, und alle Hügel werden fruchtbar sein.
14 And I will let the fate of my people Israel be changed, and they will be building up again the waste towns and living in them; they will again be planting vine-gardens and taking the wine for their drink; and they will make gardens and get the fruit of them.
14 Je ramènerai les captifs de mon peuple d'Israël; Ils rebâtiront les villes dévastées et les habiteront, Ils planteront des vignes et en boiront le vin, Ils établiront des jardins et en mangeront les fruits.
14 Cuirfidh mé bail ar mo phobal Iosrael athuair; tógfaidh siad na cathracha scriosta agus cónóidh siad iontu; cuirfidh siad fíniúna agus ólfaidh siad a bhfíon; saothróidh siad gairdíní agus íosfaidh siad dá dtorthaí.
14 Y tornaré el cautiverio de mi pueblo Israel, y edificarán ellos las ciudades asoladas, y las habitarán; y plantarán viñas, y beberán el vino de ellas; y harán huertos, y comerán el fruto de ellos.
14 Denn ich will das Gefängnis meines Volkes Israel wenden, daß sie sollen die wüsten Städte bauen und bewohnen, Weinberge pflanzen und Wein davon trinken, Gärten machen und Früchte daraus essen.
15 And I will have them planted in their land, and never again will they be uprooted from their land which I have given them, says the Lord your God.
15 Je les planterai dans leur pays, Et ils ne seront plus arrachés du pays que je leur ai donné, Dit L'Éternel, ton Dieu.
