1 Give ear to this, O priests; give attention, O Israel, and you, family of the king; for you are to be judged; you have been a deceit at Mizpah and a net stretched out on Tabor.
1 Écoutez ceci, sacrificateurs! Sois attentive, maison d'Israël! Prête l'oreille, maison du roi! Car c'est à vous que le jugement s'adresse, Parce que vous avez été un piège à Mitspa, Et un filet tendu sur le Thabor.
1 Tugaigí aird air seo, a shagarta! Éistigí, a theaghlaigh Iosrael! A theaghlaigh an rí, cuirigí cluas oraibh! Óir is é bhur gcúramsa an ceart a chosaint. Ach dol ba ea sibh i Miozpá, agus líon leata ar Thábór,
1 SACERDOTES, oid esto, y estad atentos, casa de Israel; y casa del rey, escuchad: porque á vosotros es el juicio, pues habéis sido lazo en Mizpa, y red extendida sobre Tabor.
1 So hört nun dies, ihr Priester, und merke auf, du Haus Israel, und nimm zu Ohren, du Haus des Königs! denn es wird eine Strafe über euch gehen, die ihr ein Strick zu Mizpa und ein ausgespanntes Netz zu Thabor geworden seid.
2 They have gone deep in the evil ways of Shittim, but I am the judge of all.
2 Par leurs sacrifices, les infidèles s'enfoncent dans le crime, Mais j'aurai des châtiments pour eux tous.

3 I have knowledge of Ephraim, and Israel is not secret from me; for now, O Ephraim, you have been false to me, Israel has become unclean.
3 Je connais Éphraïm, Et Israël ne m'est point caché; Car maintenant, Éphraïm, tu t'es prostitué, Et Israël s'est souillé.
3 Is aithnid dom Eafráim, níl Iosrael folaithe uaim; ach faoi láthair tá Eafráim ina striapach, agus Iosrael truaillithe.
3 Yo conozco á Ephraim, é Israel no me es desconocido; porque ahora, oh Ephraim, has fornicado, y se ha contaminado Israel.
3 Ich kenne Ephraim wohl, und Israel ist vor mir nicht verborgen, daß Ephraim nun eine Hure und Israel unrein ist.
4 Their works will not let them come back to their God, for a false spirit is in them and they have no knowledge of the Lord.
4 Leurs oeuvres ne leur permettent pas de revenir à leur Dieu, Parce que l'esprit de prostitution est au milieu d'eux, Et parce qu'ils ne connaissent pas l'Éternel.
4 Ní ligeann a ngníomhartha dóibh filleadh ar a nDia, óir tá dúil a gcroí acu sa striapachas, agus ní aithnid dóibh an Tiarna.
4 No pondrán sus pensamientos en volverse á su Dios, porque espíritu de fornicación está en medio de ellos, y no conocen á Jehová.
4 Sie denken nicht daran, daß sie sich kehren zu ihrem Gott; denn sie haben einen Hurengeist in ihrem Herzen, und den HERRN kennen sie nicht.
5 And the pride of Israel gives an answer to his face; and Ephraim will have a fall through his sins, and the fall of Judah will be the same as theirs.
5 L'orgueil d'Israël témoigne contre lui; Israël et Éphraïm tomberont par leur iniquité; Avec eux aussi tombera Juda.
5 Beidh díomas Iosrael mar fhinné ina coinne; bainfidh a cuid urchóide barrthuisle as Eafráim agus tuisleoidh Iúdá mar aon leo.
5 Y la soberbia de Israel le desmentirá en su cara: é Israel y Ephraim tropezarán en su pecado: tropezará también Judá con ellos.
5 Und die Hoffart Israels zeugt wider sie ins Angesicht. Darum sollen beide, Israel und Ephraim, fallen um ihrer Missetat willen; auch soll Juda samt ihnen fallen.
6 They will go, with their flocks and their herds, in search of the Lord, but they will not see him; he has taken himself out of their view.
6 Ils iront avec leurs brebis et leurs boeufs chercher l'Éternel, Mais ils ne le trouveront point: Il s'est retiré du milieu d'eux.
6 Lena dtréada caorach agus bó rachaidh siad ar thóir an Tiarna, ach ní bhfaighidh siad é; is amhlaidh atá sé imithe uathu.
6 Con sus ovejas y con sus vacas andarán buscando á Jehová, y no le hallarán; apartóse de ellos.
6 Alsdann werden sie kommen mit ihren Schafen und Rindern, den HERRN zu suchen, aber ihn nicht finden; denn er hat sich von ihnen gewandt.
7 They have been false to the Lord; they have given birth to strange children; now the new moon will make them waste with their fields.
7 Ils ont été infidèles à l'Éternel, Car ils ont engendré des enfants illégitimes; Maintenant un mois suffira pour les dévorer avec leurs biens.
7 Mar tá siad tar éis feall a dhéanamh ar an Tiarna agus clann bhastard a bhreith. Bíodh acu! Tá [creachadóir] ar tí iad féin agus a gcuid talún a scriosadh. Cogadh na mBráithre
7 Contra Jehová prevaricaron, porque hijos extraños han engendrado: ahora los devorará un mes con sus heredades.

8 Let the horn be sounded in Gibeah and in Ramah; give a loud cry in Beth-aven, They are after you, O Benjamin.
8 Sonnez de la trompette à Guibea, Sonnez de la trompette à Rama! Poussez des cris à Beth Aven! Derrière toi, Benjamin!

11 Ephraim is troubled; he is crushed by his judges, because he took pleasure in walking after deceit.

12 And so to Ephraim I am like a wasting insect, and a destruction to the children of Judah.

13 Éphraïm voit son mal, et Juda ses plaies; Éphraïm se rend en Assyrie, et s'adresse au roi Jareb; Mais ce roi ne pourra ni vous guérir, Ni porter remède à vos plaies.
13 Nuair a bhraith Eafráim a tinneas agus Iúdá a chneá, d'imigh Eafráim chun na hAsaíre agus chuir Iúdá fios ar an [Ardrí]; ach ní féidir leis-sean sibhse a leigheas ná bhur gcneá a chneasú.
13 Y verá Ephraim su enfermedad, y Judá su llaga: irá entonces Ephraim al Assur, y enviará al rey Jareb; mas él no os podrá sanar, ni os curará la llaga.
13 Und da Ephraim seine Krankheit und Juda seine Wunde fühlte, zog Ephraim hin zu Assur und schickte den König Jareb; aber er kann euch nicht helfen noch eure Wunde heilen.
14 For I will be to Ephraim as a lion, and as a young lion to the children of Judah; I, even I, will give him wounds and go away; I will take him away, and there will be no helper.
14 Je serai comme un lion pour Éphraïm, Comme un lionceau pour la maison de Juda; Moi, moi, je déchirerai, puis je m'en irai, J'emporterai, et nul n'enlèvera ma proie.
14 Óir amhail leon a bheidh mise d'Eafráim, agus mar liopard do theaghlach Iúdá. Is mise, is ea, mise a stróicfidh sula a n‑imeoidh mé; ardóidh mé liom mo chreach agus ní sciobfar uaim í.
14 Porque yo seré como león á Ephraim, y como cachorro de león á la casa de Judá: yo, yo arrebataré, y andaré; tomaré, y no habrá quien liberte.
14 Denn ich bin dem Ephraim wie ein Löwe und dem Hause Juda wie ein junger Löwe. Ich, ich zerreiße sie und gehe davon; ich führe sie weg, und niemand kann sie retten.
15 I will go back to my place till they are made waste; in their trouble they will go after me early and will make search for me.
15 Je m'en irai, je reviendrai dans ma demeure, Jusqu'à ce qu'ils s'avouent coupables et cherchent ma face. Quand ils seront dans la détresse, ils auront recours à moi.
