1 Nebuchadnezzar the king made an image of gold, sixty cubits high and six cubits wide: he put it up in the valley of Dura, in the land of Babylon.
1 Le roi Nebucadnetsar fit une statue d'or, haute de soixante coudées et large de six coudées. Il la dressa dans la vallée de Dura, dans la province de Babylone.

1 Der König Nebukadnezar ließ ein goldenes Bild machen, sechzig Ellen hoch und sechs Ellen breit, und ließ es setzen ins Tal Dura in der Landschaft Babel.
2 And Nebuchadnezzar the king sent to get together all the captains, the chiefs, the rulers, the wise men, the keepers of public money, the judges, the overseers, and all the rulers of the divisions of the country, to come to see the unveiling of the image which Nebuchadnezzar the king had put up.
2 Le roi Nebucadnetsar fit convoquer les satrapes, les intendants et les gouverneurs, les grands juges, les trésoriers, les jurisconsultes, les juges, et tous les magistrats des provinces, pour qu'ils se rendissent à la dédicace de la statue qu'avait élevée le roi Nebucadnetsar.
2 Ansin ghairm Nabúcadnazar na satraip, na huachtaráin, na rialtóirí, na comhairleoirí, na cisteoirí, na breithiúna, na giúistisí, agus feidhmeannaigh uile na gcúigí chun teacht chun coisreacan na híomhá a bhí curtha suas ag Nabúcadnazar rí.
2 Y envió el rey Nabucodonosor á juntar los grandes, los asistentes y capitanes, oidores, receptores, los del consejo, presidentes, y á todos los gobernadores de las provincias, para que viniesen á la dedicación de la estatua que el rey Nabucodonosor había levantado.
2 Und der König Nebukadnezar sandte nach den Fürsten, Herren, Landpflegern, Richtern, Vögten, Räten, Amtleuten und allen Gewaltigen im Lande, daß sie zusammenkommen sollten, das Bild zu weihen, daß der König Nebukadnezar hatte setzen lassen.
3 Then the captains, the chiefs, the rulers, the wise men, the keepers of public money, the judges, the overseers, and all the rulers of the divisions of the country, came together to see the unveiling of the image which Nebuchadnezzar the king had put up; and they took their places before the image which Nebuchadnezzar had put up.
3 Alors les satrapes, les intendants et les gouverneurs, les grands juges, les trésoriers, les jurisconsultes, les juges, et tous les magistrats des provinces, s'assemblèrent pour la dédicace de la statue qu'avait élevée le roi Nebucadnetsar. Ils se placèrent devant la statue qu'avait élevée Nebucadnetsar.
3 Ansin bhí na satraip, na huachtaráin, na rialtoirí, na comhairleoirí, na cisteoirí, na breithiúna, na giúistisí, agus feidhmeannaigh uile na gcúigí cruinnithe le chéile do choisreacan na híomhá a bhí curtha suas ag an rí Nabúcadnazar agus iad ina seasamh os comhair na híomhá a bhí curtha suas ag Nabúcadnazar.
3 Fueron pues reunidos los grandes, los asistentes y capitanes, los oidores, receptores, los del consejo, los presidentes, y todos los gobernadores de las provincias, á la dedicación de la estatua que el rey Nabucodonosor había levantado: y estaban en pie delante de la estatua que había levantado el rey Nabucodonosor.
3 Da kamen zusammen die Fürsten, Herren, Landpfleger, Richter, Vögte, Räte, Amtleute und alle Gewaltigen im lande, das Bild zu weihen, das der König Nebukadnezar hatte setzen lassen. Und sie mußten dem Bilde gegenübertreten, das Nebukadnezar hatte setzen lassen.
4 Then one of the king's criers said in a loud voice, To you the order is given, O peoples, nations, and languages,
4 Un héraut cria à haute voix: Voici ce qu'on vous ordonne, peuples, nations, hommes de toutes langues!
4 D'fhógair an callaire os ard: “A dhaoine de gach cine, náisiún, agus teanga, seo daoibh an t‑ordú atá tugtha:
4 Y el pregonero pregonaba en alta voz: Mándase á vosotros, oh pueblos, naciones, y lenguas,
4 Und der Herold rief überlaut: Das laßt euch gesagt sein, ihr Völker, Leute und Zungen!
5 That when the sound of the horn, pipe, harp, trigon, psaltery, bagpipe, and all sorts of instruments, comes to your ears, you are to go down on your faces in worship before the image of gold which Nebuchadnezzar the king has put up:
5 Au moment où vous entendrez le son de la trompette, du chalumeau, de la guitare, de la sambuque, du psaltérion, de la cornemuse, et de toutes sortes d'instruments de musique, vous vous prosternerez et vous adorerez la statue d'or qu'a élevée le roi Nebucadnetsar.
5 cibé uair a chloisfidh sibh glór na hadhairce, na píbe, na lire, na triogóine, na cruite, na bpíb mála agus gach sort uirlise ceoil, sibh a thitim chun talún agus adhradh a thabhairt don íomhá óir atá curtha suas ag Nabúcadnazar rí.
5 En oyendo el son de la bocina, del pífano, del tamboril, del arpa, del salterio, de la zampoña, y de todo instrumento músico, os postraréis y adoraréis la estatua de oro que el rey Nabucodonosor ha levantado:
5 Wenn ihr hören werdet den Schall der Posaunen, Drommeten, Harfen, Geigen, Psalter, Lauten und allerlei Saitenspiel, so sollt ihr niederfallen und das goldene Bild anbeten, das der König Nebukadnezar hat setzen lassen.
6 And anyone not falling down and worshipping will that same hour be put into a burning and flaming fire.
6 Quiconque ne se prosternera pas et n'adorera pas sera jeté à l'instant même au milieu d'une fournaise ardente.
6 Ach má bhíonn aon duine nach dtitfidh síos agus adhradh a thabhairt, caithfear eisean láithreach baill isteach i lár foirnéise ag spréacharnach le lasair.”
6 Y cualquiera que no se postrare y adorare, en la misma hora será echado dentro de un horno de fuego ardiendo.
6 Wer aber alsdann nicht niederfällt und anbetet, der soll von Stund an in den glühenden Ofen geworfen werden.
7 So at that time, all the people, when the sound of the horn, pipe, harp, trigon, psaltery, and all sorts of instruments, came to their ears, went down on their faces in worship before the image of gold which Nebuchadnezzar the king had put up.
7 C'est pourquoi, au moment où tous les peuples entendirent le son de la trompette, du chalumeau, de la guitare, de la sambuque, du psaltérion, et de toutes sortes d'instruments de musique, tous les peuples, les nations, les hommes de toutes langues se prosternèrent et adorèrent la statue d'or qu'avait élevée le roi Nebucadnetsar.
7 Uime sin a luaithe a chuala na daoine glór na hadhairce, an píbe, na lire, na triogóine, na cruite, na bpíb mála, agus gach sort uirlise ceoil, rinne siad uile, idir chiníocha náisiúin, agus theangacha, iad féin a chaitheamh síos agus adhradh a thabhairt don íomhá óir a bhí curtha suas ag an rí Nabúcadnazar.
7 Por lo cual, en oyendo todos los pueblos el son de la bocina, del pífano, del tamboril, del arpa, del salterio, de la zampoña, y de todo instrumento músico, todos los pueblos, naciones, y lenguas, se postraron, y adoraron la estatua de oro que el rey Nabucodonosor había levantado.
7 Da sie nun hörten den Schall der Posaunen, Drommeten, Harfen, Geigen, Psalter und allerlei Saitenspiel, fielen nieder alle Völker, Leute und Zungen und beteten an das goldene Bild, das der König Nebukadnezar hatte setzen lassen.
8 At that time certain Chaldaeans came near and made a statement against the Jews.
8 A cette occasion, et dans le même temps, quelques Chaldéens s'approchèrent et accusèrent les Juifs.
8 Ansin tháinig Caildéigh áirithe chun tosaigh agus rinne siad gearán go mailíseach in aghaidh na nGiúdach.
8 Por esto en el mismo tiempo algunos varones Caldeos se llegaron, y denunciaron de los Judíos.
8 Von Stund an traten hinzu etliche chaldäische Männer und verklagten die Juden,
9 They made answer and said to Nebuchadnezzar the king, O King, have life for ever.
9 Ils prirent la parole et dirent au roi Nebucadnetsar: O roi, vis éternellement!
9 Dúirt siad leis an rí Nabúcadnazar: “A rí, fad gach aon fhaid ar do shaol!
9 Hablando y diciendo al rey Nabucodonosor: Rey, para siempre vive.
9 fingen an und sprachen zum König Nebukadnezar: Der König lebe ewiglich!
10 You, O King, have given an order that every man, when the sound of the horn, pipe, harp, trigon, psaltery, bagpipe, and all sorts of instruments, comes to his ears, is to go down on his face in worship before the image of gold:
10 Tu as donné un ordre d'après lequel tous ceux qui entendraient le son de la trompette, du chalumeau, de la guitare, de la sambuque, du psaltérion, de la cornemuse, et de toutes sortes d'instruments, devraient se prosterner et adorer la statue d'or,
10 Thug tú ordú, a rí, gach aon duine a chloisfeadh glór na hadhairce, na píbe, na lire, na triogóine, na cruite, na bpíb mála, agus gach sórt uirlise ceoil, a thitim chun talún agus adhradh a thabhairt don íomhá óir;
10 Tú, oh rey, pusiste ley que todo hombre en oyendo el son de la bocina, del pífano, del tamboril, del arpa, del salterio, de la zampoña, y de todo instrumento músico, se postrase y adorase la estatua de oro:
10 Du hast ein Gebot lassen ausgehen, daß alle Menschen, wenn sie hören würden den Schall der Posaunen, Drommeten, Harfen, Geigen, Psalter, Lauten und allerlei Saitenspiel, sollten sie niederfallen und das goldene Bild anbeten;
11 And anyone not falling down and worshipping is to be put into a burning and flaming fire.
11 et d'après lequel quiconque ne se prosternerait pas et n'adorerait pas serait jeté au milieu d'une fournaise ardente.
11 dá mbeadh aon duine nach dtitfeadh chun talún agus nach n‑adhrfadh, é a chaitheamh isteach i lár foirnéise ag spréacharnach le lasair.
11 Y el que no se postrase y adorase, fuese echado dentro de un horno de fuego ardiendo.
11 wer aber nicht niederfiele und anbetete, sollte in den glühenden Ofen geworfen werden.
12 There are certain Jews whom you have put over the business of the land of Babylon, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego; these men have not given attention to you, O King: they are not servants of your gods or worshippers of the gold image which you have put up.
12 Or, il y a des Juifs à qui tu as remis l'intendance de la province de Babylone, Schadrac, Méschac et Abed Nego, hommes qui ne tiennent aucun compte de toi, ô roi; ils ne servent pas tes dieux, et ils n'adorent point la statue d'or que tu as élevée.
12 Tá Giúdaigh áirithe a chuir tú i bhfeighil gnóthaí chúige na Bablóine, Seadrac, Méiseac agus Aibéid Neagó; rinne na daoine seo beag de d'orduithe, a rí; ní fhónann siad do do dhéithe ná ní adhrann siad an íomhá órga atá curtha in airde agat.”
12 Hay unos varones Judíos, los cuales pusiste tú sobre los negocios de la provincia de Babilonia; Sadrach, Mesach, y Abed-nego: estos varones, oh rey, no han hecho cuenta de ti; no adoran tus dioses, no adoran la estatua de oro que tú levantaste.
12 Nun sind da jüdische Männer, welche du über die Ämter der Landschaft Babel gesetzt hast: Sadrach, Mesach und Abed-Nego; die verachten dein Gebot und ehren deine Götter nicht und beten nicht an das goldene Bild, das du hast setzen lassen.
13 Then Nebuchadnezzar in his wrath and passion gave orders for Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego to be sent for. Then they made these men come in before the king.
13 Alors Nebucadnetsar, irrité et furieux, donna l'ordre qu'on amenât Schadrac, Méschac et Abed Nego. Et ces hommes furent amenés devant le roi.
13 Ansin d'aithin Nabúcadnazar agus cuthach feirge air, Seadrac, Méiseac agus Aibéid Neagó a bhreith chuige. Ansin thug siad iad seo i láthair an rí.
13 Entonces Nabucodonosor dijo con ira y con enojo que trajesen á Sadrach, Mesach, y Abed-nego. Al punto fueron traídos estos varones delante del rey.
13 Da befahl Nebukadnezar mit Grimm und Zorn, daß man vor ihn stellte Sadrach, Mesach und Abed-Nego. Und die Männer wurden vor den König gestellt.
14 Nebuchadnezzar made answer and said to them, Is it true, O Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, that you will not be servants of my god or give worship to the image of gold which I have put up?
14 Nebucadnetsar prit la parole et leur dit: Est-ce de propos délibéré, Schadrac, Méschac et Abed Nego, que vous ne servez pas mes dieux, et que vous n'adorez pas la statue d'or que j'ai élevée?
14 Dúirt Nabúcadnazar leo: “An fíor, a Sheadrac, a Mhéiseac, a Aibéid Neagó, nach bhfónann sibh do mo dhéithe agus nach n‑adhrann sibh an íomhá óir atá curtha in airde agam?
14 Habló Nabucodonosor, y díjoles: ¿Es verdad Sadrach, Mesach, y Abed-nego, que vosotros no honráis á mi dios, ni adoráis la estatua de oro que he levantado?
14 Da fing Nebukadnezar an und sprach zu ihnen: Wie? wollt ihr Sadrach, Mesach, Abed-Nego, meinen Gott nicht ehren und das goldenen Bild nicht anbeten, das ich habe setzen lassen?
15 Now if you are ready, on hearing the sound of the horn, pipe, harp, trigon, psaltery, bagpipe, and all sorts of instruments, to go down on your faces in worship before the image which I have made, it is well: but if you will not give worship, that same hour you will be put into a burning and flaming fire; and what god is there who will be able to take you out of my hands?
15 Maintenant tenez-vous prêts, et au moment où vous entendrez le son de la trompette, du chalumeau, de la guitare, de la sambuque, du psaltérion, de la cornemuse, et de toutes sortes d'instruments, vous vous prosternerez et vous adorerez la statue que j'ai faite; si vous ne l'adorez pas, vous serez jetés à l'instant même au milieu d'une fournaise ardente. Et quel est le dieu qui vous délivrera de ma main?
15 Nuair a chloisfidh sibh glór na hadhairce, na píbe, na lire, na triogóine, na cruite, na bpíb mála, agus gach sórt uirlise ceoil, an bhfuil sibh ullamh sibh féin a chaitheamh chun talún agus adhradh a thabhairt don íomhá atá déanta agam? Mura ndéanann sibh í a adhradh, caithfear sibh láithreach baill isteach i lár foirnéise ag spréacharnach le lasair, agus cé hé an dia a fhuasclóidh sibh ó mo láimhse?”
15 Ahora pues, ¿estáis prestos para que en oyendo el son de la bocina, del pífano, del tamboril, del arpa, del salterio, de la zampoña, y de todo instrumento músico, os postréis, y adoréis la estatua que he hecho? Porque si no la adorareis, en la misma hora seréis echados en medio de un horno de fuego ardiendo: ¿y qué dios será aquel que os libre de mis manos?
15 Wohlan schickt euch! Sobald ihr hören werdet den Schall der Posaunen, Drommeten, Harfen, Geigen, Psalter, Lauten und allerlei Saitenspiel, so fallt nieder und betet das Bild an, das ich habe machen lassen! Werdet ihr's nicht anbeten, so sollt ihr von Stund an in den glühenden Ofen geworfen werden. Laßt sehen, wer der Gott sei, der euch aus meiner Hand erretten werde!
16 Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, answering Nebuchadnezzar the king, said, There is no need for us to give you an answer to this question.
16 Schadrac, Méschac et Abed Nego répliquèrent au roi Nebucadnetsar: Nous n'avons pas besoin de te répondre là-dessus.
16 D'fhreagair Seadrac, Méiseac agus Aibéid Neagó an rí Nabúcadnazar: “Ní gá dúinn,” arsa siad, “freagra a thabhairt ort sa ghnó seo.
16 Sadrach, Mesach, y Abed-nego respondieron y dijeron al rey Nabucodonosor: no cuidamos de responderte sobre este negocio.
16 Da fingen an Sadrach, Mesach, Abed-Nego und sprachen zum König Nebukadnezar: Es ist nicht not, daß wir darauf antworten.
17 If our God, whose servants we are, is able to keep us safe from the burning and flaming fire, and from your hands, O King, he will keep us safe.
17 Voici, notre Dieu que nous servons peut nous délivrer de la fournaise ardente, et il nous délivrera de ta main, ô roi.
17 Is féidir sa chás sin lenár nDia, dá bhfónaimid, sinn a shaoradh ón bhfoirnéis ag spréacharnach le lasair agus ó do láimhse, a rí; agus déanfaidh sé sinn a shaoradh.
17 He aquí nuestro Dios á quien honramos, puede librarnos del horno de fuego ardiendo; y de tu mano, oh rey, nos librará.
17 Siehe, unser Gott, den wir ehren, kann uns wohl erretten aus dem glühenden Ofen, dazu auch von deiner Hand erretten.
18 But if not, be certain, O King, that we will not be the servants of your gods, or give worship to the image of gold which you have put up.
18 Simon, sache, ô roi, que nous ne servirons pas tes dieux, et que nous n'adorerons pas la statue d'or que tu as élevée.
18 Mura ndéana sé amhlaidh, bíodh a fhios agat, a rí, nach bhfónfaimid do do dhia ná nach n‑adhrfaimid an íomhá atá curtha in airde agat.”
18 Y si no, sepas, oh rey, que tu dios no adoraremos, ni tampoco honraremos la estatua que has levantado.
18 Und wo er's nicht tun will, so sollst du dennoch wissen, daß wir deine Götter nicht ehren noch das goldene Bild, das du hast setzen lassen, anbeten wollen.
19 Then Nebuchadnezzar was full of wrath, and the form of his face was changed against Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego: and he gave orders that the fire was to be heated up seven times more than it was generally heated.
19 Sur quoi Nebucadnetsar fut rempli de fureur, et il changea de visage en tournant ses regards contre Schadrac, Méschac et Abed Nego. Il reprit la parole et ordonna de chauffer la fournaise sept fois plus qu'il ne convenait de la chauffer.
19 Ansin líon Nabúcadnazar le fearg, agus chlaochlaigh dealramh a ghnúise i leith Sheadrac, Mhéiseac agus Aibéid Neagó. D'aithin sé an fhoirnéis a théamh níos teo faoi sheacht ná mar ba ghnáth
19 Entonces Nabucodonosor fué lleno de ira, y demudóse la figura de su rostro sobre Sadrach, Mesach, y Abed-nego: así habló, y ordenó que el horno se encendiese siete veces tanto de lo que cada vez solía.
19 Da ward Nebukadnezar voll Grimms, und sein Angesicht verstellte sich wider Sadrach, Mesach und Abed-Nego, und er befahl man sollte den Ofen siebenmal heißer machen, denn man sonst zu tun pflegte.
20 And he gave orders to certain strong men in his army to put cords on Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-nego and put them into the burning and flaming fire.
20 Puis il commanda à quelques-uns des plus vigoureux soldats de son armée de lier Schadrac, Méschac et Abed Nego, et de les jeter dans la fournaise ardente.
20 agus d'ordaigh sé do thréanfhir áirithe dá shluaite Seadrac, Méiseac agus Aibéid Neagó a cheangal agus a theilgean isteach san fhoirnéis ag spréacharnach le lasair.
20 Y mandó á hombres muy vigorosos que tenía en su ejército, que atasen á Sadrach, Mesach, y Abed-nego, para echarlos en el horno de fuego ardiendo.
20 Und er befahl den besten Kriegsleuten, die in seinem Heer waren, daß sie Sadrach, Mesach und Abed-Nego bänden und in den glühenden Ofen würfen.
21 Then these men had cords put round them as they were, in their coats, their trousers, their hats, and their clothing, and were dropped into the burning and flaming fire.
21 Ces hommes furent liés avec leurs caleçons, leurs tuniques, leurs manteaux et leurs autres vêtements, et jetés au milieu de la fournaise ardente.
21 Ansin ceanglaíodh iad agus idir mhatail agus chótaí, idir hataí agus éidí eile á gcaitheamh acu, agus teilgeadh iad isteach san fhoirnéis ag spréacharnach le lasair.
21 Entonces estos varones fueron atados con sus mantos, y sus calzas, y sus turbantes, y sus vestidos, y fueron echados dentro del horno de fuego ardiendo.
21 Also wurden diese Männer in ihren Mänteln, Schuhen, Hüten und andern Kleidern gebunden und in den glühenden Ofen geworfen;
22 And because the king's order was not to be put on one side, and the heat of the fire was so great, the men who took up Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego were burned to death by the flame of the fire.
22 Comme l'ordre du roi était sévère, et que la fournaise était extraordinairement chauffée, la flamme tua les hommes qui y avaient jeté Schadrac, Méschac et Abed Nego.
22 Ba theann é ordú an rí agus ba the í an tine, agus dá bharr sin loisc lasair na tine ina mbeatha na fir a d'iompair Seadrac, Méiseac agus Aibéid Neagó.
22 Y porque la palabra del rey daba priesa, y había procurado que se encendiese mucho, la llama del fuego mató á aquellos que habían alzado á Sadrach, Mesach, y Abed-nego.
22 denn des Königs Gebot mußte man eilends tun. Und man schürte das Feuer im Ofen so sehr, daß die Männer, so den Sadrach, Mesach und Abed-Nego hinaufbrachten, verdarben von des Feuers Flammen.
23 And these three men, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, with the cords about them, went down into the burning and flaming fire.
23 Et ces trois hommes, Schadrac, Méschac et Abed Nego, tombèrent liés au milieu de la fournaise ardente.
23 Ach maidir leis an triúr, Seadrac, Méiseac agus Aibéid Neagó, thit siad faoina gceangail isteach san fhoirnéis ag spréacharnach le lasair. Urnaí Azairiá san Fhoirnéis
23 Y estos tres varones, Sadrach, Mesach, y Abed-nego, cayeron atados dentro del horno de fuego ardiendo.
23 Aber die drei Männer, Sadrach, Mesach und Abed-Nego fielen hinab in den glühenden Ofen, wie sie gebunden waren.
24 Then King Nebuchadnezzar, full of fear and wonder, got up quickly, and said to his wise men, Did we not put three men in cords into the fire? and they made answer and said to the king, True, O King.
24 Alors le roi Nebucadnetsar fut effrayé, et se leva précipitamment. Il prit la parole, et dit à ses conseillers: N'avons-nous pas jeté au milieu du feu trois hommes liés? Ils répondirent au roi: Certainement, ô roi!
24 Shiúil siad timpeall i lár na lasrach ag moladh Dé, agus ag glóiriú an Tiarna.
24 Entonces el rey Nabucodonosor se espantó, y levantóse apriesa, y habló, y dijo á los de su consejo: ¿No echaron tres varones atados dentro del fuego? Ellos respondieron y dijeron al rey: Es verdad, oh rey.
24 Da entsetzte sich der König Nebukadnezar und fuhr auf und sprach zu seinen Räten: Haben wir nicht drei Männer gebunden in das Feuer lassen werfen? Sie antworteten und sprachen zum König: Ja, Herr König.
25 He made answer and said, Look! I see four men loose, walking in the middle of the fire, and they are not damaged; and the form of the fourth is like a son of the gods.
25 Il reprit et dit: Eh bien, je vois quatre hommes sans liens, qui marchent au milieu du feu, et qui n'ont point de mal; et la figure du quatrième ressemble à celle d'un fils des dieux.
25 Sheas Azairiá agus ghuigh mar a leanas ag oscailt a bhéil i lár na lasrach ag rá:
25 Respondió él y dijo: He aquí que yo veo cuatro varones sueltos, que se pasean en medio del fuego, y ningún daño hay en ellos: y el parecer del cuarto es semejante á hijo de los dioses.
25 Er antwortete und sprach: Sehe ich doch vier Männer frei im Feuer gehen, und sie sind unversehrt; und der vierte ist gleich, als wäre er ein Sohn der Götter.
26 Then Nebuchadnezzar came near the door of the burning and flaming fire: he made answer and said, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, you servants of the Most High God, come out and come here. Then Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego came out of the fire.
26 Ensuite Nebucadnetsar s'approcha de l'entrée de la fournaise ardente, et prenant la parole, il dit: Schadrac, Méschac et Abed Nego, serviteurs du Dieu suprême, sortez et venez! Et Schadrac, Méschac et Abed Nego sortirent du milieu du feu.
26 Glóir duit, a Thiarna, Dia ár n‑aithreacha, a thuilleann moladh, agus moladh go deo le d'ainm.
26 Entonces Nabucodonosor se acercó á la puerta del horno de fuego ardiendo, y habló y dijo: Sadrach, Mesach, y Abed-nego, siervos del alto Dios, salid y venid. Entonces Sadrach, Mesach, y Abed-nego, salieron de en medio del fuego.
26 Und Nebukadnezar trat hinzu vor das Loch des glühenden Ofens und sprach: Sadrach, Mesach, Abed-Nego, ihr Knechte Gottes des Höchsten, geht heraus und kommt her! Da gingen Sadrach, Mesach und Abed-Nego heraus aus dem Feuer.
27 And the captains, the chiefs, and the rulers, and the king's wise men who had come together, saw these men, over whose bodies the fire had no power, and not a hair of their heads was burned, and their coats were not changed, and there was no smell of fire about them.
27 Les satrapes, les intendants, les gouverneurs, et les conseillers du roi s'assemblèrent; ils virent que le feu n'avait eu aucun pouvoir sur le corps de ces hommes, que les cheveux de leur tête n'avaient pas été brûlés, que leurs caleçons n'étaient point endommagés, et que l'odeur du feu ne les avait pas atteints.

27 Y juntáronse los grandes, los gobernadores, los capitanes, y los del consejo del rey, para mirar estos varones, como el fuego no se enseñoreó de sus cuerpos, ni cabello de sus cabezas fué quemado, ni sus ropas se mudaron, ni olor de fuego había pasado por ellos.
27 Und die Fürsten, Herren, Vögte und Räte kamen zusammen und sahen, daß das Feuer keine Macht am Leibe dieser Männer bewiesen hatte und ihr Haupthaar nicht versengt und ihre Mäntel nicht versehrt waren; ja man konnte keinen Brand an ihnen riechen.
28 Nebuchadnezzar made answer and said, Praise be to the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, who has sent his angel and kept his servants safe who had faith in him, and who put the king's word on one side and gave up their bodies to the fire, so that they might not be servants or worshippers of any other god but their God.
28 Nebucadnetsar prit la parole et dit: Béni soit le Dieu de Schadrac, de Méschac et d'Abed Nego, lequel a envoyé son ange et délivré ses serviteurs qui ont eu confiance en lui, et qui ont violé l'ordre du roi et livré leur corps plutôt que de servir et d'adorer aucun autre dieu que leur Dieu!
28 Thug tú breith chóir i ngach ar sheol tú orainn agus ar chathair naofa ár n‑aithreacha, Iarúsailéim. Mar san fhírinne agus sa cheart thug tú iad seo uile orainn trínár bpeacaí.
28 Nabucodonosor habló y dijo: Bendito el Dios de ellos, de Sadrach, Mesach, y Abed-nego, que envió su ángel, y libró sus siervos que esperaron en él, y el mandamiento del rey mudaron, y entregaron sus cuerpos antes que sirviesen ni adorasen otro dios que su Dios.
28 Da fing Nebukadnezar an und sprach: Gelobt sei der Gott Sadrachs, Mesachs und Abed-Negos, der seinen Engel gesandt und seine Knechte errettet hat, die ihm vertraut und des Königs Gebot nicht gehalten, sondern ihren Leib dargegeben haben, daß sie keinen Gott ehren noch anbeten wollten als allein ihren Gott!
29 And it is my decision that any people, nation, or language saying evil against the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, will be cut to bits and their houses made waste: because there is no other god who is able to give salvation such as this.
29 Voici maintenant l'ordre que je donne: tout homme, à quelque peuple, nation ou langue qu'il appartienne, qui parlera mal du Dieu de Schadrac, de Méschac et d'Abed Nego, sera mis en pièces, et sa maison sera réduite en un tas d'immondices, parce qu'il n'y a aucun autre dieu qui puisse délivrer comme lui.
29 Sea, pheacaíomar uile agus rinneamar thú a thréigean go héagórach. Pheacaíomar go mór agus níor ghéilleamar do d'aitheanta.
29 Por mí pues se pone decreto, que todo pueblo, nación, ó lengua, que dijere blasfemia contra el Dios de Sadrach, Mesach, y Abed-nego, sea descuartizado, y su casa sea puesta por muladar; por cuanto no hay dios que pueda librar como éste.
29 So sei nun dies mein Gebot: Welcher unter allen Völkern, Leuten und Zungen den Gott Sadrachs, Mesachs und Abed-Negos lästert, der soll in Stücke zerhauen und sein Haus schändlich verstört werden. Denn es ist kein andrer Gott, der also erretten kann, als dieser.
30 Then the king gave Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego even greater authority in the land of Babylon.
