1 Now in the eleventh year, in the third month, on the first day of the month, the word of the Lord came to me, saying,
1 La onzième année, le premier jour du troisième mois, la parole de l'Éternel me fut adressée, en ces mots:
1 San aonú bliain déag, ar an chéad lá den tríú mí, tháinig briathar an Tiarna chugam:
1 Y ACONTECIO en el año undécimo, en el mes tercero, al primero del mes, que fué á mí palabra de Jehová, diciendo:
1 Und es begab sich im elften jahr, am ersten Tage des dritten Monats, geschah des HERRN Wort zu mir und sprach:
2 Son of man, say to Pharaoh, king of Egypt, and to his people; Whom are you like in your great power?
2 Fils de l'homme, dis à Pharaon, roi d'Égypte, et à sa multitude: A qui ressembles-tu dans ta grandeur?
2 “A mhic an duine, abair le Forann, rí na hÉigipte, agus lena ghéillsinigh: Cad leis is cosúil tú i do mhórgacht?
2 Hijo del hombre, di á Faraón rey de Egipto, y á su pueblo: ¿A quién te comparaste en tu grandeza?
2 Du Menschenkind, sage zu Pharao, dem König von Ägypten, und zu allem seinem Volk: Wem meinst du denn, daß du gleich seist in deiner Herrlichkeit?
3 See, a pine-tree with beautiful branches and thick growth, giving shade and very tall; and its top was among the clouds.
3 Voici, l'Assyrie était un cèdre du Liban; Ses branches étaient belles, Son feuillage était touffu, sa tige élevée, Et sa cime s'élançait au milieu d'épais rameaux.
3 Le céadras sa Liobáin gan amhras, le géaga breátha, beangáin dhlútha agus stoc ard, a bharr i measc na néalta.
3 He aquí era el Asirio cedro en el Líbano, hermoso en ramas, y umbroso con sus ramos, y de grande altura, y su copa estaba entre densas ramas.
3 Siehe, Assur war wie ein Zedernbaum auf dem Libanon, von schönen Ästen und dick von Laub und sehr hoch, daß sein Wipfel hoch stand unter großen, dichten Zweigen.
4 It got strength from the waters and the deep made it tall: its streams went round about its planted land and it sent out its waterways to all the trees of the field.
4 Les eaux l'avaient fait croître, L'abîme l'avait fait pousser en hauteur; Des fleuves coulaient autour du lieu où il était planté, Et envoyaient leurs canaux à tous les arbres des champs.
4 Chothaigh na huiscí é, thug an duibheagán air fás go hard, trína aibhneacha a chur ag sní thar láthair a fhréamhaithe, a shrutháin chun crainn uile na foraoise.
4 Las aguas lo hicieron crecer, encumbrólo el abismo: sus ríos iban alrededor de su pie, y á todos los árboles del campo enviaba sus corrientes.
4 Die Wasser machten, daß er groß ward, und die Tiefe, daß er hoch wuchs. Ihre Ströme gingen rings um seinen Stamm her und ihre Bäche zu allen Bäumen im Felde.
5 In this way it became taller than all the trees of the field; and its branches were increased and its arms became long because of the great waters.
5 C'est pourquoi sa tige s'élevait au-dessus de tous les arbres des champs, Ses branches avaient multiplié, ses rameaux s'étendaient, Par l'abondance des eaux qui l'avaient fait pousser.
5 Uime sin d'fhás sé níb airde ná na crainn eile; mhéadaigh a bheangáin, shín a ghéaga amach de thairbhe flúirse an uisce a tháinig fad leis.
5 Por tanto, se encumbró su altura sobre todos los árboles del campo, y multiplicáronse sus ramos, y á causa de las muchas aguas se alargaron sus ramas que había echado.
5 Darum ist er höher geworden als alle Bäume im Felde und kriegte viel Äste und lange Zweige; denn er hatte Wasser genug, sich auszubreiten.
6 In its branches all the birds of heaven came to rest, and under its arms all the beasts of the field gave birth to their young, and great nations were living in its shade.
6 Tous les oiseaux du ciel nichaient dans ses branches, Toutes les bêtes des champs faisaient leurs petits sous ses rameaux, Et de nombreuses nations habitaient toutes à son ombre.
6 Neadaíodh ina ghéaga éanlaith uile an aeir; bheireadh na hainmhithe allta uile a n‑óga faoina chraobhacha; shuíodh faoina scáile daoine de gach sórt.
6 En sus ramas hacían nido todas las aves del cielo, y debajo de su ramaje parían todas las bestias del campo, y á su sombra habitaban muchas gentes.
6 Alle Vögel des Himmels nisteten auf seinen Ästen, und alle Tiere im Felde hatten Junge unter seinen Zweigen; und unter seinem Schatten wohnten alle großen Völker.
7 So it was beautiful, being so tall and its branches so long, for its root was by great waters.
7 Il était beau par sa grandeur, par l'étendue de ses branches, Car ses racines plongeaient dans des eaux abondantes.
7 Ba bhreá a mhéid agus fad a bheangán, chuaigh na fréamhacha síos i bhflúirse an uisce.
7 Hízose, pues, hermoso en su grandeza con la extensión de sus ramas; porque su raíz estaba junto á muchas aguas.
7 Er hatte schöne, große und lange Äste; denn seine Wurzeln hatten viel Wasser.
8 No cedars were equal to it in the garden of God; the fir-trees were not like its branches, and plane-trees were as nothing in comparison with its arms; no tree in the garden of God was so beautiful.
8 Les cèdres du jardin de Dieu ne le surpassaient point, Les cyprès n'égalaient point ses branches, Et les platanes n'étaient point comme ses rameaux; Aucun arbre du jardin de Dieu ne lui était comparable en beauté.
8 Ní raibh céadras inchurtha leis i ngairdín Dé; ní raibh a leithéid de ghéaga ag giúis ar bith, ná a leithéid de bheangáin ag crann plána, ná a leithéid de scéimh ag aon chrann i ngairdín Dé.
8 Los cedros no lo cubrieron en el huerto de Dios: las hayas no fueron semejantes á sus ramas, ni los castaños fueron semejantes á sus ramos: ningún árbol en el huerto de Dios fué semejante á él en su hermosura.
8 Und war ihm kein Zedernbaum gleich in Gottes Garten, und die Tannenbäume waren seinen Ästen nicht zu vergleichen, und die Kastanienbäume waren nichts gegen seine Zweige. Ja, er war so schön wie kein Baum im Garten Gottes.
9 I made it beautiful with its mass of branches: so that all the trees in the garden of God were full of envy of it.
9 Je l'avais embelli par la multitude de ses branches, Et tous les arbres d'Éden, dans le jardin de Dieu, lui portaient envie.
9 Rinne mé dóighiúil é lé hiomad a ghéag; bhí gach crann in éad leis in Éidin, i ngairdín Dé.
9 Hícelo hermoso con la multitud de sus ramas; y todos los árboles de Edén, que estaban en el huerto de Dios, tuvieron de él envidia.
9 Ich hatte ihn so schön gemacht, daß er so viel Äste kriegte, daß ihn alle lustigen Bäume im Garten Gottes neideten.
10 For this cause the Lord has said: Because he is tall, and has put his top among the clouds, and his heart is full of pride because he is so high,
10 C'est pourquoi ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Éternel: Parce qu'il avait une tige élevée, Parce qu'il lançait sa cime au milieu d'épais rameaux, Et que son coeur était fier de sa hauteur,
10 “Dá bhrí sin, seo mar a deir an Tiarna Dia: De bhrí gur fhás sé in airde agus gur bhain a bharr na néalta amach, agus gur éirigh sé teann as a airde,
10 Por tanto, así dijo el Señor Jehová: Por cuanto te encumbraste en altura, y puso su cumbre entre densas ramas, y su corazón se elevó con su altura,
10 Darum spricht der HERR HERR also: Weil er so hoch geworden ist, daß sein Wipfel stand unter großen, hohen, dichten Zweigen, und sein Herz sich erhob, daß er so hoch geworden war,
11 I have given him up into the hands of a strong one of the nations; he will certainly give him the reward of his sin, driving him out.
11 Je l'ai livré entre les mains du héros des nations, Qui le traitera selon sa méchanceté; je l'ai chassé.
11 thug mé suas é do thaoiseach na gciníocha, leis an drochíde atá tuillte aige a thabhairt dó go dearfa. Chaith mé uaim é.
11 Yo lo entregaré en mano del fuerte de las gentes, que de cierto le manejará: por su impiedad lo he arrojado.
11 darum gab ich ihn dem Mächtigen unter den Heiden in die Hände, daß der mit ihm umginge und ihn vertriebe, wie er verdient hat mit seinem gottlosen Wesen,
12 And men from strange lands, who are to be feared among the nations, after cutting him off, have let him be: on the mountains and in all the valleys his branches have come down; his arms are broken by all the waterways of the land; all the peoples of the earth have gone from his shade, and have let him be.
12 Des étrangers, les plus violents des peuples, l'ont abattu et rejeté; Ses branches sont tombées dans les montagnes et dans toutes les vallées. Ses rameaux se sont brisés dans tous les ravins du pays; Et tous les peuples de la terre se sont retirés de son ombre, Et l'ont abandonné.
12 Gearradh anuas é ag coimhthígh, an dream is barbartha amuigh, agus caitheadh ar leataobh é. Tá a ghéaga scaipthe ar na sléibhte agus san uile ghleann; tá a bheangáin bhriste ag líonadh gach cumair sa tír; d'imigh gach duine sa tír óna scáth agus thréig é.
12 Y le cortarán extraños, los fuertes de las gentes, y lo abandonarán: sus ramas caerán sobre los montes y por todos los valles, y por todas las arroyadas de la tierra serán quebrados sus ramos; é iránse de su sombra todos los pueblos de la tierra, y lo dejarán.
12 daß Fremde ihn ausrotten sollten, nämlich die Tyrannen der Heiden, und ihn zerstreuen, und seine Äste auf den Bergen und in allen Tälern liegen mußten und seine Zweige zerbrachen an allen Bächen im Lande; daß alle Völker auf Erden von seinem Schatten wegziehen mußten und ihn verlassen;
13 All the birds of heaven have come to rest on his broken stem where it is stretched on the earth, and all the beasts of the field will be on his branches:
13 Sur ses débris sont venus se poser tous les oiseaux du ciel, Et toutes les bêtes des champs ont fait leur gîte parmi ses rameaux,
13 Tuirlingíonn éanlaith uile an aeir ar an raic; tá pluaiseanna ag na hainmhithe allta faoina chraobhacha.
13 Sobre su ruina habitarán todas las aves del cielo, y sobre su ramas estarán todas las bestias del campo:
13 und alle Vögel des Himmels auf seinem umgefallenen Stamm saßen und alle Tiere im Felde sich legten auf seine Äste;
14 In order that no trees by the waters may be lifted up in their growth, putting their tops among the clouds; and that no trees which are watered may take their place on high: for they are all given up to death, to the lowest parts of the earth among the children of men, with those who go down to the underworld.
14 Afin que tous les arbres près des eaux n'élèvent plus leur tige, Et qu'ils ne lancent plus leur cime au milieu d'épais rameaux, Afin que tous les chênes arrosés d'eau ne gardent plus leur hauteur; Car tous sont livrés à la mort, aux profondeurs de la terre, Parmi les enfants des hommes, Avec ceux qui descendent dans la fosse.
14 As seo amach ná fásadh aon chrann in airde mhór le hais na n‑uiscí, ná baineadh barr aon chrainn na néalta amach, ná síneadh aon chrann dea-uiscithe a airde iomlán ina dtreo. Tá an bás i ndán dóibh uile, an réigiún in íochtar na talún mar a dtéann daoine i gcoitinne chomh maith leosan a théann síos go Seól.
14 Para que no se eleven en su altura los árboles todos de las aguas, ni levanten su cumbre entre las espesuras, ni en sus ramas se paren por su altura todos los que beben aguas: porque todos serán entregados á muerte, á la tierra baja, en medio de los hijos de los hombres, con los que descienden á la huesa.
14 auf daß sich forthin kein Baum am Wasser seiner Höhe überhebe, daß sein Wipfel unter großen, dichten Zweigen stehe, und kein Baum am Wasser sich erhebe über die andern; denn sie müssen alle unter die Erde und dem Tod übergeben werden wie andere Menschen, die in die Grube fahren.
15 This is what the Lord has said: The day when he goes down to the underworld, I will make the deep full of grief for him; I will keep back her streams and the great waters will be stopped: I will make Lebanon dark for him, and all the trees of the field will be feeble because of him.
15 Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Éternel: Le jour où il est descendu dans le séjour des morts, J'ai répandu le deuil, j'ai couvert l'abîme à cause de lui, Et j'en ai retenu les fleuves; Les grandes eaux ont été arrêtées; J'ai rendu le Liban triste à cause de lui, Et tous les arbres des champs ont été desséchés.
15 “Seo mar a deir an Tiarna Dia: An lá a ndeachaigh sé síos go Seól, thug mé ar an duibheagán caoineadh ar a shon trína aibhneacha a chosc agus a bhflúirse uisce a dhul i ndísc. Chuir mé an Liobáin faoi ghruaim ar a shon agus thug ar chrainn uile na páirce seargadh.
15 Así ha dicho el Señor Jehová: El día que descendió á la sepultura, hice hacer luto, hice cubrir por él el abismo, y detuve sus ríos, y las muchas aguas fueron detenidas: y al Líbano cubrí de tinieblas por él, y todos los árboles del campo se desmayaron.
15 So spricht der HERR HERR: Zu der Zeit, da er hinunter in die Hölle fuhr, da machte ich ein Trauern, daß ihn die Tiefe bedeckte und seine Ströme stillstehen mußten und die großen Wasser nicht laufen konnten; und machte, daß der Libanon um ihn trauerte und alle Feldbäume verdorrten über ihm.
16 I will send shaking on the nations at the sound of his fall, when I send him down to the underworld with those who go down into the deep: and on earth they will be comforting themselves, all the trees of Eden, the best of Lebanon, even all the watered ones.
16 Par le bruit de sa chute j'ai fait trembler les nations, Quand je l'ai précipité dans le séjour des morts, Avec ceux qui descendent dans la fosse; Tous les arbres d'Éden ont été consolés dans les profondeurs de la terre, Les plus beaux et les meilleurs du Liban, Tous arrosés par les eaux.
16 Chuir mé na ciníocha ar crith le callán a thitime nuair a theilg mé síos é go Seól ina gcuideachta siúd a théann síos sa pholl. Sa réigiún thíos ghlac crainn uile Éidin sólás, crainn uaisle áille uile na Liobáine a chothaítí lé huisce.
16 Del estruendo de su caída hice temblar las gentes, cuando les hice descender á la fosa con todos los que descienden á la sepultura; y todos los árboles de Edén escogidos, y los mejores del Líbano, todos los que beben aguas, tomaron consolación en la tierra baja.
16 Ich erschreckte die Heiden, da sie ihn hörten fallen, da ich ihn hinunterließ zur Hölle, zu denen, so in die Grube gefahren sind. Und alle lustigen Bäume unter der Erde, die edelsten und besten auf dem Libanon, und alle, die am Wasser gestanden hatten, gönnten's ihm wohl.
17 And they will go down with him to the underworld, to those who have been put to the sword; even those who were his helpers, living under his shade among the nations
17 Eux aussi sont descendus avec lui dans le séjour des morts, Vers ceux qui ont péri par l'épée; Ils étaient son bras et ils habitaient à son ombre parmi les nations.
17 Na ciníocha a dhéanadh cónaí faoina scáth, chuaigh siad uile síos leis go Seól chucu siúd a bascadh leis an gclaíomh.
17 También ellos descendieron con él á la fosa, con los muertos á cuchillo, los que fueron su brazo, los que estuvieron á su sombra en medio de las gentes.
17 Denn sie mußten auch mit ihm hinunter zur Hölle, zu den Erschlagenen mit dem Schwert, weil sie unter dem Schatten seines Arms gewohnt hatten unter den Heiden.
18 Whom then are you like? for you will be sent down with the trees of Eden into the lowest parts of the earth: there you will be stretched out among those without circumcision, with those who were put to the sword. This is Pharaoh and all his people, says the Lord.
18 A qui ressembles-tu ainsi en gloire et en grandeur Parmi les arbres d'Éden? Tu seras précipité avec les arbres d'Éden Dans les profondeurs de la terre, Tu seras couché au milieu des incirconcis, Avec ceux qui ont péri par l'épée. Voilà Pharaon et toute sa multitude! Dit le Seigneur, l'Éternel.
