1 And the word of the Lord came to me, saying,

1 Und des HERRN Wort geschah zu mir und sprach:
2 Son of man, let your face be turned to the mountains of Israel, and be a prophet to them, and say,
2 Fils de l'homme, tourne ta face vers les montagnes d'Israël, Et prophétise contre elles!
2 “A mhic an duine, iompaigh i dtreo shléibhte Iosrael agus tairngir ina gcoinne.
2 Hijo del hombre, pon tu rostro hacia los montes de Israel, y profetiza contra ellos.
2 Du Menschenkind, kehre dein Angesicht wider die Berge Israels und weissage wider sie
3 You mountains of Israel, give ear to the words of the Lord: this is what the Lord has said to the mountains and the hills, to the waterways and the valleys: See, I, even I, am sending on you a sword for the destruction of your high places.
3 Tu diras: Montagnes d'Israël, Écoutez la parole du Seigneur, de l'Éternel! Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Éternel, Aux montagnes et aux collines, aux ravins et aux vallées: Voici, je fais venir l'épée contre vous, Et je détruirai vos hauts lieux.
3 Abair: A shléibhte Iosrael, éistigí le briathar an Tiarna Dia! Seo mar a deir an Tiarna Dia leis na sléibhte agus na cnoic, leis na cumair agus leis na gleannta: Féach, cuirfidh mé an claíomh anuas oraibh agus scriosfaidh mé bhur n‑áiteanna arda.
3 Y dirás: Montes de Israel, oid palabra del Señor Jehová: Así ha dicho el Señor Jehová á los montes y dicho el Señor Jehová á los montes y á los collados, á los arroyos y á los valles: He aquí que yo, yo haré venir sobre vosotros cuchillo, y destruiré vuestros altos.
3 und sprich: Ihr Berge Israels, hört das Wort des HERRN HERRN! So spricht der HERR HERR zu den Bergen und Hügeln, zu den Bächen und Tälern: Siehe, ich will das Schwert über euch bringen und eure Höhen zerstören,
4 And your altars will be made waste, and your sun-images will be broken: and I will have your dead men placed before your images.
4 Vos autels seront dévastés, Vos statues du soleil seront brisées, Et je ferai tomber vos morts devant vos idoles.
4 Bánófar bhur n‑altóirí, brisfear bhur scrínte túise; teilgfidh mé síos bhur mairbh os comhair bhur n‑íol.
4 Y vuestros altares serán asolados, y vuestras imágenes del sol serán quebradas: y haré que caigan vuestros muertos delante de vuestros ídolos.
4 daß eure Altäre verwüstet und euer Sonnensäulen zerbrochen werden, und will eure Erschlagenen vor eure Bilder werfen;
5 And I will put the dead bodies of the children of Israel in front of their images, sending your bones in all directions about your altars.
5 Je mettrai les cadavres des enfants d'Israël devant leurs idoles, Et je disperserai vos ossements autour de vos autels.
5 Leagfaidh mé corpáin chlann Iosrael os comhair a n‑íol agus scaipfidh mé bhur gcnámha thart timpeall bhur n‑altóirí.
5 Y pondré los cuerpos muertos de los hijos de Israel delante de sus ídolos; y vuestros huesos esparciré en derredor de vuestros altares.
5 ja, ich will die Leichname der Kinder Israel vor ihre Bilder hinwerfen und will ihre Gebeine um eure Altäre her zerstreuen.
6 In all your living-places the towns will become broken walls, and the high places made waste; so that your altars may be broken down and made waste, and your images broken and ended, and so that your sun-images may be cut down and your works rubbed out.
6 Partout où vous habitez, vos villes seront ruinées, Et vos hauts lieux dévastés; Vos autels seront délaissés et abandonnés, Vos idoles seront brisées et disparaîtront, Vos statues du soleil seront abattues, Et vos ouvrages anéantis.
6 Cibé áit a mbeidh cónaí oraibh bánófar bhur gcathracha agus scriosfar bhur n‑áiteanna arda ionas go mbeidh bhur n‑altóirí bánta [millte], bhur n‑íola briste scriosta, bhur scrínte túise réabtha agus bhur n‑oibreacha curtha ar ceal.
6 En todas vuestras habitaciones las ciudades serán desiertas, y los altos serán asolados, para que sean asolados y se hagan desiertos vuestros altares; y quebrados serán vuestros ídolos, y cesarán; y vuestras imágenes del sol serán destruídas, y vuestras obras serán desechas.
6 Wo ihr wohnet, da sollen die Städte wüst und die Höhen zur Einöde werden; denn man wird eure Altäre wüst und zur Einöde machen und eure Götzen zerbrechen und zunichte machen und eure Sonnensäulen zerschlagen und eure Machwerke vertilgen.
7 And the dead will be falling down among you, and you will be certain that I am the Lord.
7 Les morts tomberont au milieu de vous, Et vous saurez que je suis l'Éternel.
7 Titfidh daoine marbh in bhur láthair agus tuigfidh sibh gur mise an Tiarna.
7 Y los muertos caerán en medio de vosotros; y sabréis que soy Jehová.
7 Und sollen Erschlagene unter euch daliegen, daß ihr erfahrt, ich sei der HERR.
8 But still, I will keep a small band safe from the sword among the nations, when you are sent wandering among the countries.
8 Mais je laisserai quelques restes d'entre vous, Qui échapperont à l'épée parmi les nations, Lorsque vous serez dispersés en divers pays.
8 “Ach fágfaidh mé cuid agaibh beo; tiocfaidh siad slán ón gclaíomh agus scaipfidh mé i measc na gciníocha iad.
8 Mas dejaré que haya de vosotros quien escape del cuchillo entre las gentes, cuando fuereis esparcidos por las tierras.
8 Ich will aber etliche von euch übrigbleiben lassen, die dem Schwert entgehen unter den Heiden, wenn ich euch in die Länder zerstreut habe.
9 And those of you who are kept safe will have me in mind among the nations where they have been taken away as prisoners, how I sent punishment on their hearts which were untrue to me, and on their eyes which were turned to their false gods: and they will be full of hate for themselves because of the evil things which they have done in all their disgusting ways.
9 Vos réchappés se souviendront de moi Parmi les nations où ils seront captifs, Parce que j'aurai brisé leur coeur adultère et infidèle, Et leurs yeux qui se sont prostitués après leurs idoles; Ils se prendront eux-mêmes en dégoût, A cause des infamies qu'ils ont commises, A cause de toutes leurs abominations.
9 Ansin cuimhneoidh siadsan a d'éalaigh ormsa, agus iad ar díbirt i measc na gciníocha. Mar beidh a gcroí a chuaigh ar seachrán uaim go macnasach [briste agam]; beidh a súile a théann go striapúil i ndiaidh a n‑íol dallta agam; agus ar fhéachaint orthu féin dóibh beidh gráin acu orthu mar gheall ar an olc a rinne siad, mar gheall ar a n‑uafáis go léir.
9 Y los que de vosotros escaparen, se acordarán de mí entre las gentes entre las cuales serán cautivos: porque yo me quebranté á causa de su corazón fornicario, que se apartó de mí, y á causa de sus ojos, que fornicaron tras sus ídolos: y se avergonzarán de sí mismos, á causa de los males que hicieron en todas sus abominaciones.
9 Diese eure Entronnenen werden dann an mich gedenken unter den Heiden, da sie gefangen sein müssen, wenn ich ihr abgöttisches Herz, so von mir gewichen, und ihre abgöttischen Augen, so nach ihren Götzen gesehen, zerschlagen habe; und es wird sie gereuen die Bosheit, die sie durch alle ihre Greuel begangen haben;
10 And they will be certain that I am the Lord: not for nothing did I say that I would do this evil to them.
10 Et ils sauront que je suis l'Éternel, Et que ce n'est pas en vain que je les ai menacés De leur envoyer tous ces maux.
10 Tuigfidh siad mar sin gur mise an Tiarna; ní in aisce a dúirt mé go ndéanfainn an t‑olc seo orthu.”
10 Y sabrán que yo soy Jehová: no en vano dije que les había de hacer este mal.
10 und sie sollen erfahren, daß ich der HERR sei und nicht umsonst geredet habe, solches Unglück ihnen zu tun.
11 This is what the Lord has said: Give blows with your hand, stamping with your foot, and say, O sorrow! because of all the evil and disgusting ways of the children of Israel: for death will overtake them by the sword and through need of food and by disease.
11 Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Éternel: Frappe de la main, frappe du pied, et dis: Hélas! Sur toutes les méchantes abominations de la maison d'Israël, Qui tombera par l'épée, par la famine et par la peste.
11 Seo mar a deir an Tiarna Dia: “Buail bosa, buail cosa ar an talamh agus abair: Mo léan, ar son imeachtaí gránna uile mhuintir Iosrael; óir titfidh siad leis an gclaíomh, leis an ngorta agus leis an bplá.
11 Así ha dicho el Señor Jehová: Hiere con tu mano, y huella con tu pie, y di: ¡Ay de los males de la casa de Israel por todas las abominaciones! porque con cuchillo, y con hambre, y con pestilencia caerán.
11 So spricht der HERR HERR: Schlage deine Hände zusammen und stampfe mit deinem Fuß und sprich: Weh über alle Greuel der Bosheit im Hause Israel, darum sie durch Schwert, Hunger und Pestilenz fallen müssen!
12 He who is far away will come to his death by disease; he who is near will be put to the sword; he who is shut up will come to his death through need of food; and I will give full effect to my passion against them.
12 Celui qui sera loin mourra de la peste, Celui qui sera près tombera par l'épée, Celui qui restera et sera assiégé périra par la famine. J'assouvirai ainsi ma fureur sur eux.
12 An duine atá i gcéin, éagfaidh sé den phlá; an duine atá sa chongar, titfidh sé leis an gclaíomh; agus an duine a thagann slán uathusan, éagfaidh sé leis an ngorta; mar sin a ídeoidh mé mo chuthach orthu.
12 El que estuviere lejos, morirá de pestilencia; y el que estuviere cerca caerá á cuchillo; y el que quedare, y fuere cercado, morirá de hambre: así cumpliré en ellos mi enojo.
12 Wer fern ist, wird an der Pestilenz sterben, und wer nahe ist, wird durchs Schwert fallen; wer aber übrigbleibt und davor behütet ist, wird Hungers sterben. Also will ich meinen Grimm unter ihnen vollenden,
13 And you will be certain that I am the Lord, when their dead men are stretched among their images round about their altars on every high hill, on all the tops of the mountains, and under every branching tree, and under every thick oak-tree, the places where they made sweet smells to all their images.
13 Et vous saurez que je suis l'Éternel, Quand leurs morts seront au milieu de leurs idoles, Autour de leurs autels, Sur toute colline élevée, sur tous les sommets des montagnes, Sous tout arbre vert, sous tout chêne touffu, Là où ils offraient des parfums d'une agréable odeur A toutes leurs idoles.
13 Agus tuigfidh sibh gur mise an Tiarna nuair a luífidh a gcorpáin ansin i measc a n‑íol timpeall a n‑altóirí máguaird, ar gach cnoc ard, ar mhullach gach sléibhe, faoi gach crann glas, faoi gach dair dhuilleach, cibé áit ar íobair siad boladh cumhra dá n‑íola uile.
13 Y sabréis que yo soy Jehová, cuando sus muertos estarán en medio de sus ídolos, en derredor de sus altares, en todo collado alto, y en todas las cumbres de los montes, y debajo de todo árbol sombrío, y debajo de toda encina espesa, lugares donde dieron olor suave á todos sus ídolos.
13 daß ihr erfahren sollt, ich sei der HERR, wenn ihre Erschlagenen unter ihren Götzen liegen werden um ihre Altäre her, oben auf allen Hügeln und oben auf allen Bergen und unter allen grünen Bäumen und unter allen dichten Eichen, an welchen Orten sie allerlei Götzen süßes Räuchopfer taten.
14 And my hand will be stretched out against them, making the land waste and unpeopled, from the waste land to Riblah, through all their living-places: and they will be certain that I am the Lord.
14 J'étendrai ma main contre eux, Et je rendrai le pays plus solitaire et plus désolé Que le désert de Dibla, Partout où ils habitent. Et ils sauront que je suis l'Éternel.
