1 Now it came about in the thirtieth year, in the fourth month, on the fifth day of the month, while I was by the river Chebar among those who had been made prisoners, that the heavens were made open and I saw visions of God.
1 La trentième année, le cinquième jour du quatrième mois, comme j'étais parmi les captifs du fleuve du Kebar, les cieux s'ouvrirent, et j'eus des visions divines.

1 Y FUÉ que á los treinta años, en el mes cuarto, á cinco del mes, estando yo en medio de los trasportados junto al río de Chebar, los cielos se abrieron, y vi visiones de Dios.
1 Im dreißigsten Jahr, am fünften Tage des vierten Monats, da ich war unter den Gefangenen am Wasser Chebar, tat sich der Himmel auf, und Gott zeigte mir Gesichte.
2 On the fifth day of the month, in the fifth year after King Jehoiachin had been made a prisoner,

3 The word of the Lord came to me, Ezekiel the priest, the son of Buzi, in the land of the Chaldaeans by the river Chebar; and the hand of the Lord was on me there.
3 la parole de l'Éternel fut adressée à Ézéchiel, fils de Buzi, le sacrificateur, dans le pays des Chaldéens, près du fleuve du Kebar; et c'est là que la main de l'Éternel fut sur lui.
3 tháinig briathar an Tiarna chuig Eizicéil sagart, mac Bhúizí, i dtír na gCaildéach ar bhruach na habhann Ceabár. Ba ansin a tháinig lámh an Tiarna orm. Fís Charbad an Tiarna
3 Fué palabra de Jehová á Ezequiel sacerdote, hijo de Buzi, en la tierra de los Caldeos, junto al río de Chebar; fué allí sobre él la mano de Jehová.
3 Da geschah das Wort des HERRN zu Hesekiel, dem Sohn Busis, dem Priester, im Lande der Chaldäer, am Wasser Chebar; daselbst kam die Hand des HERRN über ihn.
4 And, looking, I saw a storm-wind coming out of the north, a great cloud with flames of fire coming after one another, and a bright light shining round about it and in the heart of it was something coloured like electrum.
4 Je regardai, et voici, il vint du septentrion un vent impétueux, une grosse nuée, et une gerbe de feu, qui répandait de tous côtés une lumière éclatante, au centre de laquelle brillait comme de l'airain poli, sortant du milieu du feu.
4 D'amharc mé uaim. Bhí stoirm ghaoithe ag séideadh aduaidh, néal mór agus solas uime, tine ag spréacharnach gan stad, agus i lár na tine mar a bheadh prás ag drithliú.
4 Y miré, y he aquí un viento tempestuoso venía del aquilón, una gran nube, con un fuego envolvente, y en derredor suyo un resplandor, y en medio del fuego una cosa que parecía como de ámbar,
4 Und ich sah, und siehe, es kam ein ungestümer Wind von Mitternacht her mit einer großen Wolke voll Feuer, das allenthalben umher glänzte; und mitten in dem Feuer war es lichthell.
5 And in the heart of it were the forms of four living beings. And this was what they were like; they had the form of a man.
5 Au centre encore, apparaissaient quatre animaux, dont l'aspect avait une ressemblance humaine.
5 I lár báire chonaic mé mar a bheadh ceithre ainmhí ann agus an chuma seo a leanas orthu: bhí déanamh duine orthu,
5 Y en medio de ella, figura de cuatro animales. Y este era su parecer; había en ellos semejanza de hombre.
5 Und darin war es gestaltet wie vier Tiere, und dieselben waren anzusehen wie Menschen.
6 And every one had four faces, and every one of them had four wings.
6 Chacun d'eux avait quatre faces, et chacun avait quatre ailes.

6 Y cada uno tenía cuatro rostros, y cuatro alas.
6 Und ein jegliches hatte vier Angesichter und vier Flügel.
7 And their feet were straight feet; and the under sides of their feet were like the feet of oxen; and they were shining like polished brass.
7 Leurs pieds étaient droits, et la plante de leurs pieds était comme celle du pied d'un veau, ils étincelaient comme de l'airain poli.
7 Bhí a gcosa díreach agus a gcrúba mar a bheadh crúba gamhna ann, ag drithliú mar phrás snasta.
7 Y los pies de ellos eran derechos, y la planta de sus pies como la planta de pie de becerro; y centelleaban á manera de bronce muy bruñido.
7 Und ihre Beine standen gerade, und ihre Füße waren gleich wie Rinderfüße und glänzten wie helles glattes Erz.
8 And they had the hands of a man under their wings; the four of them had faces on their four sides.
8 Ils avaient des mains d'homme sous les ailes à leurs quatre côtés; et tous les quatre avaient leurs faces et leurs ailes.
8 Faoina sciatháin ar na ceithre thaobh bhí lámha duine acu. Bhí a n‑aghaidheanna agus a sciatháin ag an gceathrar mar seo:
8 Y debajo de sus alas, á sus cuatro lados, tenían manos de hombre; y sus rostros y sus alas por los cuatro lados.
8 Und sie hatten Menschenhände unter ihren Flügeln an ihren vier Seiten; denn sie hatten alle vier ihre Angesichter und ihre Flügel.
9 They went without turning, every one went straight forward.
9 Leurs ailes étaient jointes l'une à l'autre; ils ne se tournaient point en marchant, mais chacun marchait droit devant soi.
9 theagmhaigh a sciatháin lena chéile; ghluais gach ceann acu caol díreach roimhe gan claonadh óna chúrsa.
9 Con las alas se juntaban el uno al otro. No se volvían cuando andaban; cada uno caminaba en derecho de su rostro.
9 Und je einer der Flügel rührte an den andern; und wenn sie gingen, mußten sie nicht herumlenken, sondern wo sie hin gingen, gingen sie stracks vor sich.
10 As for the form of their faces, they had the face of a man, and the four of them had the face of a lion on the right side, and the four of them had the face of an ox on the left side, and the four of them had the face of an eagle.
10 Quand à la figure de leurs faces, ils avaient tous une face d'homme, tous quatre une face de lion à droite, tous quatre une face de boeuf à gauche, et tous quatre une face d'aigle.
10 Maidir le cuma a n‑aghaidheanna bhí aghaidh duine ag gach ceann acu ar tosach, bhí aghaidh leoin ag an gceathrar ar dheis, aghaidh tairbh ag an gceathrar ar chlé agus aghaidh iolair ag an gceathrar ar chúl.
10 Y la figura de sus rostros era rostro de hombre; y rostro de león á la parte derecha en los cuatro; y á la izquierda rostro de buey en los cuatro; asimismo había en los cuatro rostro de águila.
10 Ihre Angesichter waren vorn gleich einem Menschen, und zur rechten Seite gleich einem Löwen bei allen vieren, und zur linken Seite gleich einem Ochsen bei allen vieren, und hinten gleich einem Adler bei allen vieren.
11 And their wings were separate at the top; two of the wings of every one were joined one to another, and two were covering their bodies.
11 Leurs faces et leurs ailes étaient séparées par le haut; deux de leurs ailes étaient jointes l'une à l'autre, et deux couvraient leurs corps.
11 Sin mar a bhí a n‑aghaidheanna. Bhí a sciatháin spréite suas; dhá sciathán ag gach ainmhí a theagmhaigh lena chéile agus dhá sciathán a chlúdaigh a chorp.
11 Tales eran sus rostros; y tenían sus alas extendidas por encima, cada uno dos, las cuales se juntaban; y las otras dos cubrían sus cuerpos.
11 Und ihre Angesichter und Flügel waren obenher zerteilt, daß je zwei Flügel zusammenschlugen, und mit zwei Flügeln bedeckten sie ihren Leib.
12 Every one of them went straight forward; wherever the spirit was to go they went; they went on without turning.
12 Chacun marchait droit devant soi; ils allaient où l'esprit les poussait à aller, et ils ne se tournaient point dans leur marche.
12 Chuaigh siad go léir díreach rompu aon áit ar thiomáin an spiorad iad, gan claonadh óna gcúrsa.
12 Y cada uno caminaba en derecho de su rostro: hacia donde el espíritu era que anduviesen, andaban; cuando andaban, no se volvían.
12 Wo sie hin gingen, da gingen sie stracks vor sich, sie gingen aber, wo der sie hin trieb, und mußten nicht herumlenken, wenn sie gingen.
13 And between the living beings it was like burning coals of fire, as if flames were going one after the other between the living beings; and the fire was bright, and out of the fire went thunder-flames.
13 L'aspect de ces animaux ressemblait à des charbons de feu ardents, c'était comme l'aspect des flambeaux, et ce feu circulait entre les animaux; il jetait une lumière éclatante, et il en sortait des éclairs.
13 Istigh i measc na n‑ainmhithe bhí rud éigin a raibh cosúlacht aibhleog air, nó cosúlacht tóirsí ag preabadh anonn agus anall idir na hainmhithe; ba gheal í an tine agus tintreach ag scalladh aisti.
13 Cuanto á la semejanza de los animales, su parecer era como de carbones de fuego encendidos, como parecer de hachones encendidos: discurría entre los animales; y el fuego resplandecía, y del fuego salían relámpagos.
13 Und die Tiere waren anzusehen wie feurige Kohlen, die da brennen, und wie Fackeln; und das Feuer fuhr hin zwischen den Tieren und gab einen Glanz von sich, und aus dem Feuer gingen Blitze.
14 And the living beings went out and came back as quickly as a thunder-flame.
14 Et les animaux couraient et revenaient comme la foudre.

14 Y los animales corrían y tornaban á semejanza de relámpagos.
14 Die Tiere aber liefen hin und her wie der Blitz.
15 Now while I was looking at the four living beings, I saw one wheel on the earth, by the side of the living beings, for the four of them.
15 Je regardais ces animaux; et voici, il y avait une roue sur la terre, près des animaux, devant leurs quatre faces.
15 D'amharc mé ar na hainmhithe: bhí roth ar an talamh le hais gach ainmhí acu, roth amháin le hais gach ainmhí faoi leith den cheathrar.
15 Y estando yo mirando los animales, he aquí una rueda en la tierra junto á los animales, á sus cuatro caras.
15 Als ich die Tiere so sah, siehe, da stand ein Rad auf der Erde bei den vier Tieren und war anzusehen wie vier Räder.
16 The form of the wheels and their work was like a beryl; the four of them had the same form and design, and they were like a wheel inside a wheel.
16 A leur aspect et à leur structure, ces roues semblaient être en chrysolithe, et toutes les quatre avaient la même forme; leur aspect et leur structure étaient tels que chaque roue paraissait être au milieu d'une autre roue.
16 Maidir le cuma na rothaí agus a ndéanamh bhí a gcuma mar dhrithliú criosailít. Bhí an chuma chéanna ar an gceathrar agus iad déanta mar a bheadh roth amháin i lár rotha eile.
16 Y el parecer de las ruedas y su obra semejábase al color del topacio. Y las cuatro tenían una misma semejanza: su apariencia y su obra como rueda en medio de rueda.
16 Und die Räder waren wie Türkis und waren alle vier eins wie das andere, und sie waren anzusehen, als wäre ein Rad im andern.
17 The four of them went straight forward without turning to one side.
17 En cheminant, elles allaient de leurs quatre côtés, et elles ne se tournaient point dans leur marche.
17 Ag gluaiseacht dóibh d'imigh siad i dtreo aon cheann de cheithre aird gan claonadh óna gcúrsa.
17 Cuando andaban, se movían sobre sus cuatro costados: no se volvían cuando andaban.
17 Wenn sie gehen wollten, konnten sie nach allen ihren vier Seiten gehen und sie mußten nicht herumlenken, wenn sie gingen.
18 And I saw that they had edges, and their edges, even of the four, were full of eyes round about.
18 Elles avaient une circonférence et une hauteur effrayantes, et à leur circonférence les quatre roues étaient remplies d'yeux tout autour.
18 Dhealraigh na fleascanna bheith an-mhór nuair a d'fhéach mé orthu agus bhí súile sna fleascanna thart timpeall.
18 Y sus cercos eran altos y espantosos, y llenos de ojos alrededor en las cuatro.
18 Ihre Felgen und Höhe waren schrecklich; und ihre Felgen waren voller Augen um und um an allen vier Rädern.
19 And when the living beings went on, the wheels went by their side; and when the living beings were lifted up from the earth, the wheels were lifted up.
19 Quand les animaux marchaient, les roues cheminaient à côté d'eux; et quand les animaux s'élevaient de terre, les roues s'élevaient aussi.
19 Nuair a ghluaiseadh na hainmhithe ghluaiseadh na rothaí lena n‑ais; agus nuair a d'éiríodh na hainmhithe ón talamh d'éiríodh na rothaí ón talamh.
19 Y cuando los animales andaban, las ruedas andaban junto á ellos: y cuando los animales se levantaban de la tierra, las ruedas se levantaban.
19 Auch wenn die vier Tiere gingen, so gingen die Räder auch neben ihnen; und wenn die Tiere sich von der Erde emporhoben, so hoben sich die Räder auch empor.
20 Wherever the spirit was to go they went; and the wheels were lifted up by their side: for the spirit of the living beings was in the wheels.
20 Ils allaient où l'esprit les poussait à aller; et les roues s'élevaient avec eux, car l'esprit des animaux était dans les roues.
20 Aon áit a dtéadh an spiorad théidís-sean, agus d'éiríodh na rothaí leo de bhrí go raibh spiorad na n‑ainmhithe sna rothaí.
20 Hacia donde el espíritu era que anduviesen, andaban; hacia donde era el espíritu que anduviesen, las ruedas también se levantaban tras ellos; porque el espíritu de los animales estaba en las ruedas.
20 Wo der Geist sie hin trieb, da gingen sie hin, und die Räder hoben sich neben ihnen empor; denn es war der Geist der Tiere in den Rädern.
21 When these went on, the others went; and when these came to rest, the others came to rest; and when these were lifted up from the earth, the wheels were lifted up by their side: for the spirit of the living beings was in the wheels.
21 Quand ils marchaient, elles marchaient; quand ils s'arrêtaient, elles s'arrêtaient; quand ils s'élevaient de terre, les roues s'élevaient avec eux, car l'esprit des animaux était dans les roues.
21 Nuair a ghluaiseadh na hainmhithe ghluaisidís-sean, nuair a stadaidís stadaidís-sean, nuair a d'éiridís ón talamh d'éiríodh na rothaí mar aon leo, de bhrí go raibh spiorad na n‑ainmhithe sna rothaí.
21 Cuando ellos andaban, andaban ellas; y cuando ellos se paraban, se paraban ellas; asimismo cuando se levantaban de la tierra, las ruedas se levantaban tras ellos; porque el espíritu de los animales estaba en las ruedas.
21 Wenn sie gingen, so gingen diese auch; wenn sie standen, so standen diese auch; und wenn sie sich emporhoben von der Erde, so hoben sich auch die Räder neben ihnen empor; denn es war der Geist der Tiere in den Rädern.
22 And over the heads of the living beings there was the form of an arch, looking like ice, stretched out over their heads on high.
22 Au-dessus des têtes des animaux, il y avait comme un ciel de cristal resplendissant, qui s'étendait sur leurs têtes dans le haut.
22 Os cionn chloigne na n‑ainmhithe bhí mar a bheadh firmimint ann, ag soilsiú mar chriostal, agus é ag déanamh stua os a gcionn.
22 Y sobre las cabezas de cada animal aparecía expansión á manera de cristal maravilloso, extendido encima sobre sus cabezas.
22 Oben aber über den Tieren war es gestaltet wie ein Himmel, wie ein Kristall, schrecklich, gerade oben über ihnen ausgebreitet,
23 Under the arch their wings were straight, one stretched out to another: every one had two wings covering their bodies on this side and two covering their bodies on that side.
23 Sous ce ciel, leurs ailes étaient droites l'une contre l'autre, et ils en avaient chacun deux qui les couvraient, chacun deux qui couvraient leurs corps.

23 Y debajo de la expansión estaban las alas de ellos derechas la una á la otra; á cada uno dos, y otras dos con que se cubrían sus cuerpos.

24 And when they went, the sound of their wings was like the sound of great waters to my ears, like the voice of the Ruler of all, a sound like the rushing of an army: when they came to rest they let down their wings.
24 J'entendis le bruit de leurs ailes, quand ils marchaient, pareil au bruit de grosses eaux, ou à la voix du Tout Puissant; c'était un bruit tumultueux, comme celui d'une armée; quand ils s'arrêtaient, ils laissaient tomber leurs ailes.
24 Ag imeacht dóibh, chuala mé fuaim a sciathán amhail coipeadh uiscí, amhail glór an Uilechumhachtaigh, torann clampair amhail torann slua. Ar stad dóibh, lig siad a sciatháin síos,
24 Y oí el sonido de sus alas cuando andaban, como sonido de muchas aguas, como la voz del Omnipotente, como ruido de muchedumbre, como la voz de un ejército. Cuando se paraban, aflojaban sus alas.
24 Und ich hörte die Flügel rauschen wie große Wasser und wie ein Getön des Allmächtigen, wenn sie gingen, und wie ein Getümmel in einem Heer. Wenn sie aber still standen, so ließen sie die Flügel nieder.
25 And there was a voice from the top of the arch which was over their heads: when they came to rest they let down their wings.
25 Et il se faisait un bruit qui partait du ciel étendu sur leurs têtes, lorsqu'ils s'arrêtaient et laissaient tomber leurs ailes.
25 agus bhí gleo ann [os cionn na firmiminte, lastuas dá gcloigne; ar stad dóibh, lig siad a sciatháin síos].
25 Y cuando se paraban y aflojaban sus alas, oíase voz de arriba de la expansión que había sobre sus cabezas.
25 Und wenn sie stillstanden und die Flügel niederließen, so donnerte es in dem Himmel oben über ihnen.
26 And on the top of the arch which was over their heads was the form of a king's seat, like a sapphire stone; and on the form of the seat was the form of a man seated on it on high.
26 Au-dessus du ciel qui était sur leurs têtes, il y avait quelque chose de semblable à une pierre de saphir, en forme de trône; et sur cette forme de trône apparaissait comme une figure d'homme placé dessus en haut.
26 Os cionn na firmiminte thuas bhí mar a bheadh ríchathaoir ann cosúil le saifír, agus ina shuí os cionn na ríchathaoireach seo bhí neach i gcosúlacht fir.
26 Y sobre la expansión que había sobre sus cabezas, veíase la figura de un trono y que parecía de piedra de zafiro; y sobre la figura del trono había una semejanza que parecía de hombre sentado sobre él.
26 Und über dem Himmel, so oben über ihnen war, war es gestaltet wie ein Saphir, gleichwie ein Stuhl; und auf dem Stuhl saß einer gleichwie ein Mensch gestaltet.
27 And I saw it coloured like electrum, with the look of fire in it and round it, going up from what seemed to be the middle of his body; and going down from what seemed to be the middle of his body I saw what was like fire, and there was a bright light shining round him.
27 Je vis encore comme de l'airain poli, comme du feu, au dedans duquel était cet homme, et qui rayonnait tout autour; depuis la forme de ses reins jusqu'en haut, et depuis la forme de ses reins jusqu'en bas, je vis comme du feu, et comme une lumière éclatante, dont il était environné.
27 In airde ó chosúlacht a leasraigh bhí mar a bheadh prás ag drithliú, cosúil le tine faoi iamh mórthimpeall; agus anuas ó chosúlacht a leasraigh chonaic mé mar a bheadh tine agus drithliú mórthimpeall.
27 Y vi apariencia como de ámbar, como apariencia de fuego dentro de ella en contorno, por el aspecto de sus lomos para arriba; y desde sus lomos para abajo, vi que parecía como fuego, y que tenía resplandor alrededor.
27 Und ich sah, und es war lichthell, und inwendig war es gestaltet wie ein Feuer um und um. Von seinen Lenden überwärts und unterwärts sah ich's wie Feuer glänzen um und um.
28 Like the bow in the cloud on a day of rain, so was the light shining round him. And this is what the glory of the Lord was like. And when I saw it I went down on my face, and the voice of one talking came to my ears.
28 Tel l'aspect de l'arc qui est dans la nue en un jour de pluie, ainsi était l'aspect de cette lumière éclatante, qui l'entourait: c'était une image de la gloire de l'Éternel. A cette vue, je tombai sur ma face, et j'entendis la voix de quelqu'un qui parlait.
