1 The word which came to Jeremiah from the Lord, saying,
1 La parole qui fut adressée à Jérémie de la part de l'Éternel, en ces mots:
1 An briathar a tháinig go Irimia ón Tiarna.
1 PALABRA que fué á Jeremías de Jehová, diciendo:
1 Dies ist das Wort, das vom HERRN geschah zu Jeremia:
2 The Lord, the God of Israel, has said, Put down in a book all the words which I have said to you.
2 Ainsi parle l'Éternel, le Dieu d'Israël: Écris dans un livre toutes les paroles que je t'ai dites.
2 “Is mar seo a deir an Tiarna, Dia Iosrael: ‘Na briathra uile a labhair mé leat, scríobh i leabhar iad.
2 Así habló Jehová Dios de Israel, diciendo: Escríbete en un libro todas las palabras que te he hablado.
2 So spricht der HERR, der Gott Israels: Schreibe dir alle Worte in ein Buch, die ich zu dir rede.
3 For see, the days are coming, says the Lord, when I will let the fate of my people Israel and Judah be changed, says the Lord: and I will make them come back to the land which I gave to their fathers, so that they may take it for their heritage.
3 Voici, les jours viennent, dit l'Éternel, où je ramènerai les captifs de mon peuple d'Israël et de Juda, dit l'Éternel; je les ramènerai dans le pays que j'ai donné à leurs pères, et ils le posséderont.
3 Óir féach tá na laethanta ag teacht - an Tiarna a labhraíonn - ina gcuirfidh mé an rath arís ar mo phobal Iosrael [agus Iúdá], a deir an Tiarna, agus tabharfaidh mé orthu filleadh ar an tír a thug mé dá sinsir, agus sealbhóidh siad í.’ ”
3 Porque he aquí que vienen días, dice Jehová, en que tornaré la cautividad de mi pueblo Israel y Judá, ha dicho Jehová, y harélos volver á la tierra que dí á sus padres, y la poseerán.
3 Denn siehe, es kommt die Zeit, spricht der HERR, daß ich das Gefängnis meines Volkes Israel und Juda wenden will, spricht der HERR, und will sie wiederbringen in das Land, das ich ihren Vätern gegeben habe, daß sie es besitzen sollen.
4 And these are the words which the Lord said about Israel and about Judah.
4 Ce sont ici les paroles que l'Éternel a prononcées sur Israël et sur Juda.
4 Is iad seo na briathra a labhair an Tiarna i dtaobh Iosrael [agus Iúdá]:
4 Estas pues son las palabras que habló Jehová acerca de Israel y de Judá.
4 Dies sind aber die Worte, welche der HERR redet von Israel und Juda:
5 This is what the Lord has said: A voice of shaking fear has come to our ears, of fear and not of peace.
5 Ainsi parle l'Éternel: Nous entendons des cris d'effroi; C'est l'épouvante, ce n'est pas la paix.
5 “Is mar seo a deir an Tiarna: chuala [mé] guth criothnaithe, guth eagla, agus ní guth síochána é.
5 Porque así ha dicho Jehová: Hemos oído voz de temblor: espanto, y no paz.
5 So spricht der HERR: Wir hören ein Geschrei des Schreckens; es ist eitel Furcht da und kein Friede.
6 Put the question and see if it is possible for a man to have birth-pains: why do I see every man with his hands gripping his sides, as a woman does when the pains of birth are on her, and all faces are turned green?
6 Informez-vous, et regardez si un mâle enfante! Pourquoi vois-je tous les hommes les mains sur leurs reins, Comme une femme en travail? Pourquoi tous les visages sont-ils devenus pâles?
6 Fiafraígí anois, meabhraígí: an mbíonn fir ag breith clainne? Cad chuige a bhfeicim gach fear mar sin agus a lámha ar a leasracha mar bheadh bean in íona? Cad chuige ar tháinig dath bán ar gach aghaidh?
6 Preguntad ahora, y mirad si pare el varón: porque he visto que todo hombre tenía las manos sobre sus lomos, como mujer de parto, y hanse tornado pálidos todos los rostros.
6 Forschet doch und sehet, ob ein Mann gebären könne? Wie geht es denn zu, daß ich alle Männer sehe ihre Hände auf ihren Hüften haben wie Weiber in Kindsnöten und alle Angesichter sind bleich?
7 Ha! for that day is so great that there is no day like it: it is the time of Jacob's trouble: but he will get salvation from it.
7 Malheur! car ce jour est grand; Il n'y en a point eu de semblable. C'est un temps d'angoisse pour Jacob; Mais il en sera délivré.
7 Go deimhin is mór an lá é seo, ionas nach bhfuil aon lá cosúil leis; is í uair bhuartha Iacóib í; ach sábhálfar aisti é.
7 ¡Ah, cuán grande es aquel día! tanto, que no hay otro semejante á él: tiempo de angustia para Jacob; mas de ella será librado.
7 Es ist ja ein großer Tag, und seinesgleichen ist nicht gewesen, und ist eine Zeit der Angst in Jakob; doch soll ihm daraus geholfen werden.
8 For it will come about on that day, says the Lord of armies, that his yoke will be broken off his neck, and his bands will be burst; and men of strange lands will no longer make use of him as their servant:
8 En ce jour-là, dit l'Éternel des armées, Je briserai son joug de dessus ton cou, Je romprai tes liens, Et des étrangers ne t'assujettiront plus.
8 “Ar an lá sin - Tiarna na Slua a labhraíonn - brisfidh mise an chuing dá muiníl, agus scaoilfidh mé a gcuibhreacha. Ní dhéanfaidh siad fónamh níos mó do choimhthíocha.
8 Y será en aquel día, dice Jehová de los ejércitos, que yo quebraré su yugo de tu cuello, y romperé tus coyundas, y extraños no lo volverán más á poner en servidumbre,
8 Es soll aber geschehen zu derselben Zeit, spricht der HERR Zebaoth, daß ich sein Joch von deinem Halse zerbrechen will und deine Bande zerreißen, daß er nicht mehr den Fremden dienen muß,
9 But they will be servants to the Lord their God and to David their king, whom I will give back to them.
9 Ils serviront l'Éternel, leur Dieu, Et David, leur roi, que je leur susciterai.
9 Ach déanfaidh don Tiarna a nDia, agus do Dháiví a rí a thógfaidh mise suas dóibh.
9 Sino que servirán á Jehová su Dios, y á David su rey, el cual les levantaré.
9 sondern sie werden dem HERRN, ihrem Gott, dienen und ihrem König David, welchen ich ihnen erwecken will.
10 So have no fear, O Jacob, my servant, says the Lord; and do not be troubled, O Israel: for see, I will make you come back from far away, and your seed from the land where they are prisoners; and Jacob will come back, and will be quiet and at peace, and no one will give him cause for fear.
10 Et toi, mon serviteur Jacob, ne crains pas, dit l'Éternel; Ne t'effraie pas, Israël! Car je te délivrerai de la terre lointaine, Je délivrerai ta postérité du pays où elle est captive; Jacob reviendra, il jouira du repos et de la tranquillité, Et il n'y aura personne pour le troubler.
10 Mar sin, ná bíodh eagla ort, a shearbhónta liom, a Iacóib, - an Tiarna a labhraíonn - Ná bíodh scanradh ort, a Iosrael: féach, sábhálfaidh mise thú as tíortha i gcéin, agus do shliocht as tír a ndaoirse. Beidh Iacób arís i suaimhneas agus mairfidh go sóúil; ní chuirfidh aon duine eagla air.
10 Tú pues, siervo mío Jacob, no temas, dice Jehová, ni te atemorices, Israel: porque he aquí que yo soy el que te salvo de lejos, y á tu simiente de la tierra de su cautividad; y Jacob tornará, y descansará y sosegará, y no habrá quien le espante.
10 Darum fürchte du dich nicht, mein Knecht Jakob, spricht der HERR, und entsetze dich nicht Israel. Denn siehe, ich will dir helfen aus fernen Landen und deinen Samen aus dem Lande des Gefängnisses, daß Jakob soll wiederkommen, in Frieden leben und Genüge haben, und niemand soll ihn schrecken.
11 For I am with you, says the Lord, to be your saviour: for I will put an end to all the nations where I have sent you wandering, but I will not put an end to you completely: though with wise purpose I will put right your errors, and will not let you go quite without punishment.
11 Car je suis avec toi, dit l'Éternel, pour te délivrer; J'anéantirai toutes les nations parmi lesquelles je t'ai dispersé, Mais toi, je ne t'anéantirai pas; Je te châtierai avec équité, Je ne puis pas te laisser impuni.
11 Óir táimse in éineacht leat, do do shábháil. Cuirfidh mé deireadh leis na ciníocha uile mar ar scaip mé thú; ní chuirfidh mé críochnú ortsa, ach smachtóidh mé thú go measartha, le nach bhfágfaidh mé ar fad gan pianadh thú.
11 Porque yo soy contigo, dice Jehová, para salvarte: y haré consumación en todas las gentes entre la cuales te esparcí; en ti empero no haré consumación, sino que te castigaré con juicio, y no te talaré del todo.
11 Denn ich bin bei dir, spricht der HERR, daß ich dir helfe. Denn ich will mit allen Heiden ein Ende machen, dahin ich dich zerstreut habe; aber mit dir will ich nicht ein Ende machen; züchtigen aber will ich dich mit Maßen, daß du dich nicht für unschuldig haltest.
12 For the Lord has said, Your disease may not be made well and your wound is bitter.
12 Ainsi parle l'Éternel: Ta blessure est grave, Ta plaie est douloureuse.
12 Sea, is mar seo a deir an Tiarna: Tá do chneá doleigheasta, tá do lot gan cneasú.
12 Porque así ha dicho Jehová: Desahuciado es tu quebrantamiento, y dificultosa tu llaga.
12 Denn also spricht der HERR: Dein Schade ist verzweifelt böse, und deine Wunden sind unheilbar.
13 There is no help for your wound, there is nothing to make you well.
13 Nul ne défend ta cause, pour bander ta plaie; Tu n'as ni remède, ni moyen de guérison.
13 Níl aon duine chun aire a thabhairt do do chréachtaí, níl luibh ná leigheas i ndán duit.
13 No hay quien juzgue tu causa para salud: no hay para ti eficaces medicamentos.
13 Deine Sache behandelt niemand, daß er dich verbände; es kann dich niemand heilen.
14 Your lovers have no more thought for you, they go after you no longer; for I have given you the wound of a hater, even cruel punishment;
14 Tous ceux qui t'aimaient t'oublient, Aucun ne prend souci de toi; Car je t'ai frappée comme frappe un ennemi, Je t'ai châtiée avec violence, A cause de la multitude de tes iniquités, Du grand nombre de tes péchés.
14 Rinne d'aos grá uile dearmad díot, ní iarrann siad níos mó thú. Sea, bhuail mé le buille namhad thú, buille neamhthrócaireach [mar gheall ar mhéid do chiontachta agus ar iomadúlacht do pheacaí].
14 Todos tus enamorados te olvidaron; no te buscan; porque de herida de enemigo te herí, con azote de cruel, á causa de la muchedumbre de tu maldad, y de la multitud de tus pecados.
14 Alle deine Liebhaber vergessen dein, und fragen nichts darnach. Ich habe dich geschlagen, wie ich einen Feind schlüge, mit unbarmherziger Staupe um deiner großen Missetat und deiner starken Sünden willen.
15 Why are you crying for help because of your wound? for your pain may never be taken away: because your evil-doing was so great and because your sins were increased, I have done these things to you.
15 Pourquoi te plaindre de ta blessure, De la douleur que cause ton mal? C'est à cause de la multitude de tes iniquités, Du grand nombre de tes péchés, Que je t'ai fait souffrir ces choses.
15 Cad chuige a n‑éagaoineann tú d'ainnise? Tá do phian doleigheasta. Rinne mé na nithe sin uile leat, mar gheall ar mhéid do chiontachta, agus ar iomadúlacht do pheacaí.
15 ¿Por qué gritas á causa de tu quebrantamiento? Desahuciado es tu dolor: porque por la grandeza de tu iniquidad, y por tus muchos pecados te he hecho esto.
15 Was schreist du über deinen Schaden und über dein verzweifelt böses Leiden? Habe ich dir doch solches getan um deiner großen Missetat und um deiner starken Sünden willen.
16 For this cause, all those who take you for their food will themselves become your food; and all your attackers, every one of them, will be taken prisoners; and those who send destruction on you will come to destruction; and all those who take away your goods by force will undergo the same themselves.
16 Cependant, tous ceux qui te dévorent seront dévorés, Et tout tes ennemis, tous, iront en captivité; Ceux qui te dépouillent seront dépouillés, Et j'abandonnerai au pillage tous ceux qui te pillent.
16 Ach gach aon a shlog thusa slogfar iad féin, rachaidh lucht d'ansmachta uile i ndaoirse, creachfar lucht do chreachta, agus gach aon dár airg thusa, tabharfaidh mise mar argain iad.
16 Empero serán consumidos todos los que te consumen; y todos tus afligidores, todos irán en cautiverio; y hollados serán los que te hollaron, y á todos los que hicieron presa de ti daré en presa.
16 Darum alle, die dich gefressen haben, sollen gefressen werden, und alle, die dich geängstet haben, sollen alle gefangen werden; die dich beraubt haben sollen beraubt werden, und alle, die dich geplündert haben, sollen geplündert werden.
17 For I will make you healthy again and I will make you well from your wounds, says the Lord; because they have given you the name of an outlaw, saying, It is Zion cared for by no man.
17 Mais je te guérirai, je panserai tes plaies, Dit l'Éternel. Car ils t'appellent la repoussée, Cette Sion dont nul ne prend souci.
17 Ach casfaidh mise do shláinte ar ais chugat, agus leigeasfaidh mé do chréachtaí - an Tiarna a labhraíonn. Óir ghairidís ‘An Díbeartach'díot, ‘Éadáil linn ar cuma le haon duine í!’
17 Mas yo haré venir sanidad para ti, y te sanaré de tus heridas, dice Jehová; porque Arrojada te llamaron, diciendo: Esta es Sión, á la que nadie busca.
17 Aber dich will ich wieder gesund machen und deine Wunden heilen, spricht der HERR, darum daß man dich nennt die Verstoßene und Zion, nach der niemand frage.
18 The Lord has said, See, I am changing the fate of the tents of Jacob, and I will have pity on his houses; the town will be put up on its hill, and the great houses will be living-places again.
18 Ainsi parle l'Éternel: Voici, je ramène les captifs des tentes de Jacob, J'ai compassion de ses demeures; La ville sera rebâtie sur ses ruines, Le palais sera rétabli comme il était.
18 Seo mar a deir an Tiarna: Tabharfaidh mé ar ais anois both an Tiarna, agus déanfaidh mé trua dá áiteanna cónaithe; tógfar an chathair arís ar a carn féin, atógfar an daingean ar a láithreán.
18 Así ha dicho Jehová: He aquí yo hago tornar la cautividad de las tiendas de Jacob, y de sus tiendas tendré misericordia; y la ciudad será edificada sobre su collado, y el templo será asentado según su forma.
18 So spricht der HERR: Siehe, ich will das Gefängnis der Hütten Jakobs wenden und mich über seine Wohnungen erbarmen, und die Stadt soll wieder auf ihre Hügel gebaut werden, und der Tempel soll stehen nach seiner Weise.
19 And from them will go out praise and the sound of laughing: and I will make them great in number, and they will not become less; and I will give them glory, and they will not be small.
19 Du milieu d'eux s'élèveront des actions de grâces Et des cris de réjouissance; Je les multiplierai, et ils ne diminueront pas; Je les honorerai, et ils ne seront pas méprisés.
19 Tiocfaidh astu amach buíochas agus glórtha daoine a dhéanann lúcháir. Déanfaidh mé líonmhar iad, agus ní bheidh laghdú orthu; déanfaidh mé glórmhar iad, agus ní bheidh siad faoi dhímheas.
19 Y saldrá de ellos alabanza, y voz de gente que está en regocijo: y los multiplicaré, y no serán disminuídos; multiplicarélos, y no serán menoscabados.
19 Und soll von dannen herausgehen Lob-und Freudengesang; denn ich will sie mehren und nicht mindern, ich will sie herrlich machen und nicht geringer.
20 And their children will be as they were in the old days, and the meeting of the people will have its place before me, and I will send punishment on all who are cruel to them.
20 Ses fils seront comme autrefois, Son assemblée subsistera devant moi, Et je châtierai tous ses oppresseurs.
20 Beidh a gclann mhac mar a bhí siad féin anallód, beidh a gcomhthionól go daingean i mo láthair, agus smachtóidh mé lucht leatroim orthu.
20 Y serán sus hijos como de primero y su congregación delante de mí será confirmada; y visitaré á todos sus opresores.
20 Ihre Söhne sollen sein gleichwie vormals und ihre Gemeinde vor mir gedeihen; denn ich will heimsuchen alle, die sie plagen.
21 And their chief will be of their number; their ruler will come from among themselves; and I will let him be present before me, so that he may come near to me: for who may have strength of heart to come near me? says the Lord.
21 Son chef sera tiré de son sein, Son dominateur sortira du milieu de lui; Je le ferai approcher, et il viendra vers moi; Car qui oserait de lui-même s'approcher de moi? Dit l'Éternel.
21 Is duine díobh féin a bheidh ina phrionsa orthu, as a muintir féin a thiocfaidh a rialtóir. Ligfidh mise dó teacht i mo láthair agus féadfaidh sé teacht i ngar dom; go deimhin, cé eile a chuirfeadh a anam i gcontúirt agus teacht i ngar domsa? - an Tiarna a labhraíonn.
21 Y de él será su fuerte, y de en medio de él saldrá su enseñoreador; y haréle llegar cerca, y acercaráse á mí: porque ¿quién es aquel que ablandó su corazón para llegarse á mí? dice Jehová.
21 Und ihr Fürst soll aus ihnen herkommen und ihr Herrscher von ihnen ausgehen, und er soll zu mir nahen; denn wer ist der, so mit willigem Herzen zu mir naht? spricht der HERR.
22 And you will be my people, and I will be your God.
22 Vous serez mon peuple, Et je serai votre Dieu.
22 Agus beidh sibhse in bhur bpobal agamsa, agus beidh mise i mo Dhia agaibhse.”
22 Y me seréis por pueblo, y yo seré vuestro Dios.
22 Und ihr sollt mein Volk sein, und ich will euer Gott sein.
23 See, the storm-wind of the Lord, even the heat of his wrath, has gone out, a rolling storm, bursting on the heads of the evil-doers.
23 Voici, la tempête de l'Éternel, la fureur éclate, L'orage se précipite, Il fond sur la tête des méchants.
23 Anois éiríonn anfa an Tiarna, séideann an stoirm ghaoithe, briseann sí ar cheann na ndrochdhaoine;
23 He aquí, la tempestad de Jehová sale con furor, la tempestad que se apareja; sobre la cabeza de los impíos reposará.
23 Siehe, es wird ein Wetter des HERRN mit Grimm kommen; ein schreckliches Ungewitter wird den Gottlosen auf den Kopf fallen.
24 The wrath of the Lord will not be turned back till he has done, till he has put into effect, the purposes of his heart: in days to come you will have full knowledge of this.
24 La colère ardente de l'Éternel ne se calmera pas, Jusqu'à ce qu'il ait accompli, exécuté les desseins de son coeur. Vous le comprendrez dans la suite des temps.
