1 The Lord gave me a vision, and I saw two baskets full of figs put in front of the Temple of the Lord, after Nebuchadrezzar, king of Babylon, had taken prisoner Jeconiah, the son of Jehoiakim, king of Judah, and the chiefs of Judah, and the expert workmen and metal-workers from Jerusalem, and had taken them to Babylon.
1 L'Éternel me fit voir deux paniers de figues posés devant le temple de l'Éternel, après que Nebucadnetsar, roi de Babylone, eut emmené de Jérusalem et conduit à Babylone Jeconia, fils de Jojakim, roi de Juda, les chefs de Juda, les charpentiers et les serruriers.
1 Thaispeáin an Tiarna fís dom: bhí dhá chliabh fígí curtha os comhair Theampall an Tiarna amach. Tharla sé seo tar éis Nabúcadnazar, rí na Bablóine, a bhreith Iacoiniá mac Iahóiácaím, rí Iúdá, leis i láimh as Iarúsailéim, agus uaisle uile Iúdá, in éineacht leis na gaibhne agus na ceardaithe, agus iad a bhreith don Bhablóin.
1 MOSTROME Jehová, y he aquí dos cestas de higos puestas delante del templo de Jehová, después de haber trasportado Nabucodonosor rey de Babilonia á Jechônías hijo de Joacim, rey de Judá, y á los príncipes de Judá, y á los oficiales y herreros de Jerusalem, y haberlos llevado á Babilonia.
1 Siehe, der HERR zeigte mir zwei Feigenkörbe, gestellt vor den Tempel des HERRN, nachdem der König zu Babel, Nebukadnezar, hatte weggeführt Jechonja, den Sohn Jojakims, den König Juda's, samt den Fürsten Juda's und den Zimmerleuten und Schmieden von Jerusalem und gen Babel gebracht.
2 One basket had very good figs, like the figs which first come to growth: and the other basket had very bad figs, so bad that they were of no use for food.
2 L'un des paniers contenait de très bonnes figues, comme les figues de la première récolte, et l'autre panier de très mauvaises figues, qu'on ne pouvait manger à cause de leur mauvaise qualité.
2 Bhí fígí maithe i gcliabh amháin díobh, cosúil leis na fígí a bhíonn aibí i dtús; sa chliabh eile bhí fígí an olca, nárbh fhéidir a ithe ar a n‑olcas.
2 La una cesta tenía higos muy buenos, como brevas; y la otra cesta tenía higos muy malos, que no se podían comer de malos.
2 In dem einen Korbe waren sehr gute Feigen, wie die ersten reifen Feigen sind; im andern Korb waren sehr schlechte Feigen, daß man sie nicht essen konnte, so schlecht waren sie.
3 Then the Lord said to me, What do you see, Jeremiah? And I said, Figs; the good figs are very good, and the bad very bad, and of no use for food, they are so bad.
3 L'Éternel me dit: Que vois-tu, Jérémie? Je répondis: Des figues, Les bonnes figues sont très bonnes, et les mauvaises sont très mauvaises et ne peuvent être mangées à cause de leur mauvaise qualité.
3 Ansin dúirt an Tiarna liomsa: “Céard a fheiceann tú, a Irimia?” Dúirt mise: “Fígí, na cinn mhaithe rómhaith, na droch-chinn ró-olc ionas nach féidir iad a ithe ar a n‑olcas.”
3 Y díjome Jehová: ¿Qué ves tú, Jeremías? Y dije: Higos, higos buenos, muy buenos; y malos, muy malos, que de malos no se pueden comer.
3 Und der HERR sprach zu mir: Jeremia, was siehst du? Ich sprach: Feigen; die guten Feigen sind sehr gut, und die schlechten sind sehr schlecht, daß man sie nicht essen kann, so schlecht sind sie.
4 And the word of the Lord came to me, saying,
4 La parole de l'Éternel me fut adressée, en ces mots:
4 Tháinig briathar an Tiarna chugam á rá:
4 Y fué á mí palabra de Jehová, diciendo:
4 Da geschah des HERRN Wort zu mir und sprach:
5 This is what the Lord, the God of Israel, has said: Like these good figs, so in my eyes will be the prisoners of Judah, whom I have sent from this place into the land of the Chaldaeans for their good.
5 Ainsi parle l'Éternel, le Dieu d'Israël: Comme tu distingues ces bonnes figues, ainsi je distinguerai, pour leur être favorable, les captifs de Juda, que j'ai envoyés de ce lieu dans le pays des Chaldéens.
5 “Is mar seo a deir an Tiarna, Dia Iosrael: ‘Faoi mar is maith iad na fígí seo, is amhlaidh sin a rachaidh mé i gcúram lucht deoraíocht Iúdá a sheol mé amach as an áit seo go tír na gCaildéach.
5 Así ha dicho Jehová Dios de Israel: Como á estos buenos higos, así conoceré la trasportación de Judá al cual eché de este lugar á tierra de Caldeos, para bien.
5 So spricht der HERR, der Gott Israels: Gleichwie diese Feigen gut sind, also will ich mich gnädig annehmen der Gefangenen aus Juda, welche ich habe aus dieser Stätte lassen ziehen in der Chaldäer Land,
6 For I will keep my eyes on them for good, and I will take them back again to this land, building them up and not pulling them down, planting them and not uprooting them.
6 Je les regarderai d'un oeil favorable, et je les ramènerai dans ce pays; je les établirai et ne les détruirai plus, je les planterai et ne les arracherai plus.
6 Cuirfidh mé mo shúile orthu ar mhaithe leo agus tabharfaidh mé ar ais don dúiche seo arís iad. Tógfaidh mé iad agus ní leagfaidh mé anuas iad, cuirfidh mé i dtalamh iad agus ní tharraingeoidh mé aníos iad.
6 Porque pondré mis ojos sobre ellos para bien, y volverélos á esta tierra; y los edificaré, y no los destruiré: plantarélos, y no los arrancaré.
6 und will sie gnädig ansehen, und will sie wieder in dies Land bringen, und will sie bauen und nicht abbrechen; ich will sie pflanzen und nicht ausraufen,
7 And I will give them a heart to have knowledge of me, that I am the Lord: and they will be my people, and I will be their God: for they will come back to me with all their heart.
7 Je leur donnerai un coeur pour qu'ils connaissent que je suis l'Éternel; ils seront mon peuple, et je serai leur Dieu, s'ils reviennent à moi de tout leur coeur.
7 Tabharfaidh mé croí dóibh le go n‑aithneoidh siad gur mise an Tiarna. Beidh siad ina bpobal agamsa agus beidh mise i mo Dhia acusan, óir fillfidh siad orm ó lán a gcroí.
7 Y les daré corazón para que me conozcan, que yo soy Jehová: y me serán por pueblo, y yo les seré á ellos por Dios; porque se volverán á mí de todo su corazón.
7 und will ihnen ein Herz geben, daß sie mich kennen sollen, daß ich der HERR sei. Und sie sollen mein Volk sein, so will ich ihr Gott sein; denn sie werden sich von ganzem Herzen zu mir bekehren.
8 And like the bad figs which are so bad that they are of no use for food, so I will give up Zedekiah, king of Judah, and his chiefs and the rest of Jerusalem who are still in this land, and those who are in the land of Egypt:
8 Et comme les mauvaises figues qui ne peuvent être mangées à cause de leur mauvaise qualité, dit l'Éternel, ainsi ferai-je devenir Sédécias, roi de Juda, ses chefs, et le reste de Jérusalem, ceux qui sont restés dans ce pays et ceux qui habitent dans le pays d'Égypte.
8 Maidir leis na drochfhígí, nárbh fhéidir a ithe ar a n‑olcas - go deimhin is mar seo a deir an Tiarna - is amhlaidh sin a dhéanfaidh mé le Zidicíá rí Iúdá, a phrionsaí agus fuílleach Iarúsailéim a d'fhan sa tír seo, agus fós an dream a chónaíonn i gcríoch na hÉigipte.
8 Y como los malos higos, que de malos no se pueden comer, así, ha dicho Jehová, daré á Sedechîas rey de Judá, y á sus príncipes, y al resto de Jerusalem que quedaron en esta tierra, y que moran en la tierra de Egipto.
8 Aber wie die schlechten Feigen so schlecht sind, daß man sie nicht essen kann, spricht der HERR, also will ich dahingeben Zedekia, den König Juda's samt seinen Fürsten, und was übrig ist zu Jerusalem und übrig in diesem Lande und die in Ägyptenland wohnen.
9 I will give them up to be a cause of fear and of trouble among all the kingdoms of the earth; to be a name of shame and common talk and a cutting word and a curse in all the places wherever I will send them wandering.
9 Je les rendrai un objet d'effroi, de malheur, pour tous les royaumes de la terre, un sujet d'opprobre, de sarcasme, de raillerie, et de malédiction, dans tous les lieux où je les chasserai.
9 Déanfaidh mé díol uafáis díobh i súile ríochtaí uile na talún, chun bheith ina scannal, ina leathfhocal, ina gceap magaidh, ina mallú san uile áit a ndíbreoidh mé iad.
9 Y darélos por escarnio, por mal á todos los reinos de la tierra: por infamia, y por ejemplo, y por refrán, y por maldición á todos los lugares adonde yo los arrojaré.
9 Und will ihnen Unglück zufügen und sie in keinem Königreich auf Erden bleiben lassen, daß sie sollen zu Schanden werden, zum Sprichwort, zur Fabel und zum Fluch an allen Orten, dahin ich sie verstoßen werde;
10 And I will send the sword, and need of food, and disease, among them till they are all cut off from the land which I gave to them and to their fathers.
10 J'enverrai parmi eux l'épée, la famine et la peste, jusqu'à ce qu'ils aient disparu du pays que j'avais donné à eux et à leurs pères.
