1 This is what the Lord has said: Go and get for money a potter's bottle made of earth, and take with you some of the responsible men of the people and of the priests;
1 Ainsi a parlé l'Éternel: Va, achète d'un potier un vase de terre, et prends avec toi des anciens du peuple et des anciens des sacrificateurs.
1 Ansin dúirt an Tiarna le Irimia: “Imigh agus ceannaigh crúsca cré. Beir leat roinnt de sheanóirí an phobail agus de na sagairt.
1 ASI dijo Jehová: Ve, y compra una vasija de barro de alfarero, y lleva contigo de los ancianos del pueblo, y de los ancianos de los sacerdotes;
1 So spricht nun der HERR: Gehe hin und kaufe dir einen irdenen Krug vom Töpfer, samt etlichen von den Ältesten des Volks und von den Ältesten der Priester,
2 And go out to the valley of the son of Hinnom, by the way into the door of broken pots, and there say in a loud voice the words which I will give you;
2 Rends-toi dans la vallée de Ben Hinnom, qui est à l'entrée de la porte de la poterie; et là, tu publieras les paroles que je te dirai.
2 Imigh amach i dtreo Gleann Bhein Hionnom, go béal Gheata na Sligí Cré. Fógair ansin na briathra a inseoidh mise duit.
2 Y saldrás al valle del hijo de Hinnom, que está á la entrada de la puerta oriental, y publicarás allí las palabras que yo te hablaré.
2 und gehe hinaus ins Tal Ben-Hinnom, das vor dem Ziegeltor liegt, und predige daselbst die Worte, die ich dir sage,
3 Say, Give ear to the word of the Lord, O kings of Judah and people of Jerusalem; the Lord of armies, the God of Israel, has said, See, I will send evil on this place which will be bitter to the ears of anyone hearing of it.
3 Tu diras: Écoutez la parole de l'Éternel, rois de Juda, et vous, habitants de Jérusalem! Ainsi parle l'Éternel des armées, le Dieu d'Israël: Voici, je vais faire venir sur ce lieu un malheur Qui étourdira les oreilles de quiconque en entendra parler.
3 Abair: ‘Éistigí le briathar an Tiarna, a ríthe Iúdá agus a áitritheoirí Iarúsailéim! Is mar seo a deir Tiarna na Slua, Dia Iosrael: Táim ag breith a leithéid d'anachain ar an áit seo, agus cibé duine a chluinfidh é, beidh tormán ina chluasa.
3 Dirás pues: Oid palabra de Jehová, oh reyes de Judá, y moradores de Jerusalem. Así dice Jehová de los ejércitos, Dios de Israel: He aquí que yo traigo mal sobre este lugar, tal que quien lo oyere, le retiñan los oídos.
3 und sprich: Höret des HERRN Wort, ihr Könige Juda's und Bürger zu Jerusalem! So spricht der HERR Zebaoth, der Gott Israels: Siehe, ich will ein solch Unglück über diese Stätte gehen lassen, daß, wer es hören wird, dem die Ohren klingen sollen,
4 Because they have given me up, and made this place a strange place, burning perfumes in it to other gods, of whom they and their fathers and the kings of Judah had no knowledge; and they have made this place full of the blood of those who have done no wrong;
4 Ils m'ont abandonné, ils ont profané ce lieu, Ils y ont offert de l'encens à d'autres dieux, Que ne connaissaient ni eux, ni leurs pères, ni les rois de Juda, Et ils ont rempli ce lieu de sang innocent;
4 De bhrí gur thréig siad mise, gur thruailligh an áit seo, gur loisc túis inti do dhéithe eile nárbh aithnid dóibh féin, ná dá n‑aithreacha, ná do ríthe Iúdá riamh cheana. Líon siad an áit seo le fuil neamhchiontaigh.
4 Porque me dejaron, y enajenaron este lugar, y ofrecieron en él perfumes á dioses ajenos, los cuales no habían ellos conocido, ni sus padres, ni los reyes de Judá; y llenaron este lugar de sangre de inocentes;
4 darum daß sie mich verlassen und diese Stätte einem fremden Gott gegeben haben und andern Göttern darin geräuchert haben, die weder sie noch ihre Väter noch die Könige Juda's gekannt haben, und haben die Stätte voll unschuldigen Bluts gemacht
5 And they have put up the high places of the Baal, burning their sons in the fire; a thing which was not ordered by me, and it was never in my mind:
5 Ils ont bâti des hauts lieux à Baal, Pour brûler leurs enfants au feu en holocaustes à Baal: Ce que je n'avais ni ordonné ni prescrit, Ce qui ne m'était point venu à la pensée.
5 Thóg siad áiteanna arda do Bhál san áit do loscadh a gclann mhac, rud nár aithin ná nár achtaigh mise, ná nár tháinig riamh i m'intinn.
5 Y edificaron alto á Baal, para quemar con fuego sus hijos en holocaustos al mismo Baal; cosa que no les mandé, ni hablé, ni me vino al pensamiento.
5 und haben dem Baal Höhen gebaut, ihre Kinder zu verbrennen, dem Baal zu Brandopfern, was ich ihnen weder geboten noch davon geredet habe, was auch in mein Herz nie gekommen ist.
6 For this cause, see, a time is coming, says the Lord, when this place will no longer be named Topheth, or, The valley of the son of Hinnom, but, The valley of Death.
6 C'est pourquoi voici, les jours viennent, dit l'Éternel, Où ce lieu ne sera plus appelé Topheth et vallée de Ben Hinnom, Mais où on l'appellera vallée du carnage.
6 Mar sin tá na laethanta ag teacht anois - an Tiarna a labhraíonn - nach dtabharfar Toifit, ná Gleann Bhein Hionnom níos mó ar an áit seo, ach Gleann an Áir.
6 Por tanto, he aquí vienen días, dice Jehová, que este lugar no se llamará más Topheth, ni Valle del hijo de Hinnom, sino Valle de la Matanza.
6 Darum siehe, es wird die Zeit kommen, spricht der HERR, daß man diese Stätte nicht mehr Thopheth noch das Tal Ben-Hinnom, sondern Würgetal heißen wird.
7 I will make the purpose of Judah and Jerusalem come to nothing in this place; I will have them put to the sword by their haters, and by the hands of those who have designs on their life; and their dead bodies I will give to be food for the birds of heaven and the beasts of the earth.
7 J'anéantirai dans ce lieu le conseil de Juda et de Jérusalem; Je les ferai tomber par l'épée devant leurs ennemis Et par la main de ceux qui en veulent à leur vie; Je donnerai leurs cadavres en pâture Aux oiseaux du ciel et aux bêtes de la terre.
7 Mar gheall ar an áit seo, taoscfaidh mé dea-chomhairle as Iúdá agus Iarúsailéim; tabharfaidh mé orthu titim le claíomh a naimhde, le láimh na droinge a iarrann a mbás; tabharfaidh mé a gcoirp mar bhia d'éanlaith an aeir agus do bheithígh na talún.
7 Y desvaneceré el consejo de Judá y de Jerusalem en este lugar; y haréles caer á cuchillo delante de sus enemigos, y en las manos de los que buscan sus almas; y daré sus cuerpos para comida de las aves del cielo y de las bestias de la tierra:
7 Und ich will den Gottesdienst Juda's und Jerusalems an diesem Ort zerstören und will sie durchs Schwert fallen lassen vor ihren Feinden, unter der Hand derer, die nach ihrem Leben stehen, und will ihre Leichname den Vögeln des Himmels und den Tieren auf Erden zu fressen geben
8 And I will make this town a thing of wonder and a cause of surprise; everyone who goes by will be overcome with wonder and make sounds of surprise, because of all its troubles.
8 Je ferai de cette ville un objet de désolation et de moquerie; Tous ceux qui passeront près d'elle Seront dans l'étonnement et siffleront sur toutes ses plaies.
8 Déanfaidh mé an chathair seo uaigneach, ina hábhar scige; beidh uafás ar an té a ghabhfaidh thairsti agus ligfidh sé fead iontais as faoina leithéid de thubaiste.
8 Y pondré á esta ciudad por espanto y silbo: todo aquel que pasare por ella se maravillará, y silbará sobre todas sus plagas.
8 und will diese Stadt wüst machen und zum Spott, daß alle, die vorübergehen, werden sich verwundern über alle ihre Plage und ihrer spotten.
9 I will make them take the flesh of their sons and the flesh of their daughters for food, they will be making a meal of one another, because of their bitter need and the cruel grip of their haters and those who have made designs against their life.
9 Je leur ferai manger la chair de leurs fils et la chair de leurs filles, Et les uns mangeront la chair des autres, Au milieu de l'angoisse et de la détresse Où les réduiront leurs ennemis Et ceux qui en veulent à leur vie.
9 Tabharfaidh mé orthu feoil a mac agus a n‑iníonacha féin a ithe; íosfaidh siad a chéile i rith an léigir, sa chruóg lena gcúnglóidh a naimhde iad le fonn a maraithe.”
9 Y haréles comer la carne de sus hijos y la carne de sus hijas; y cada uno comerá la carne de su amigo, en el cerco y en el apuro con que los estrecharán sus enemigos y los que buscan sus almas.
9 Ich will sie lassen ihrer Söhne und Töchter Fleisch fressen, und einer soll des andern Fleisch fressen in der Not und Angst, damit sie ihre Feinde und die, so nach ihrem Leben stehen, bedrängen werden.
10 Then let the potter's bottle be broken before the eyes of the men who have gone with you,
10 Tu briseras ensuite le vase, sous les yeux des hommes qui seront allés avec toi.
10 Brisfidh tú an crúsca seo i radharc na bhfear atá in éineacht leat,
10 Y quebrarás la vasija ante los ojos de los varones que van contigo,
10 Und du sollst den Krug zerbrechen vor den Männern, die mit dir gegangen sind,
11 And say to them, This is what the Lord of armies has said: Even so will this people and this town be broken by me, as a potter's bottle is broken and may not be put together again: and the bodies of the dead will be put in the earth in Topheth, till there is no more room.
11 Et tu leur diras: Ainsi parle l'Éternel des armées: C'est ainsi que je briserai ce peuple et cette ville, Comme on brise un vase de potier, Sans qu'il puisse être rétabli. Et l'on enterrera les morts à Topheth par défaut de place pour enterrer.
11 agus déarfaidh tú leo: ‘Is mar seo a deir Tiarna na Slua: Brisfidh mé an pobal seo agus an chathair seo díreach mar a bhriseann duine crúsca an photaire, nach féidir a dhéanamh slán arís.
11 Y les dirás: Así ha dicho Jehová de los ejércitos: Así quebrantaré á este pueblo y á esta ciudad, como quien quiebra un vaso de barro, que no puede más restaurarse; y en Topheth se enterrarán, porque no habrá otro lugar para enterrar.
11 und sprich zu ihnen: So spricht der HERR Zebaoth: Eben wie man eines Töpfers Gefäß zerbricht, das nicht kann wieder ganz werden, so will ich dies Volk und diese Stadt auch zerbrechen; und sie sollen im Thopheth begraben werden, weil sonst kein Raum sein wird, zu begraben.
12 This is what I will do to this place, says the Lord, and to its people, making this town like Topheth:
12 C'est ainsi que je ferai à ce lieu, dit l'Éternel, et à ses habitants, Et je rendrai cette ville semblable à Topheth.
12 Déanfar áit adhlactha de Thoifit, d'uireasa spáis. Is amhlaidh sin a dhéanfaidh mé leis an áit seo - an Tiarna a labhraíonn. Agus déanfaidh mé an chathair seo mar Thoifit.
12 Así haré á este lugar, dice Jehová, y á sus moradores, poniendo esta ciudad como Topheth.
12 So will ich mit dieser Stätte, spricht der HERR, und ihren Einwohnern umgehen, daß diese Stadt werden soll gleich wie das Thopheth.
13 And the houses of Jerusalem, and the houses of the kings of Judah, which they have made unclean, will be like the place of Topheth, even all the houses on whose roofs perfumes have been burned to all the army of heaven, and drink offerings drained out to other gods.
13 Les maisons de Jérusalem et les maisons des rois de Juda Seront impures comme le lieu de Topheth, Toutes les maisons sur les toits desquelles on offrait de l'encens A toute l'armée des cieux, Et on faisait des libations à d'autres dieux.
13 Saileofar tithe Iarúsailéim agus tithe ríthe Iúdá, mar an áit seo, Toifit; na tithe seo uile ar loisc siad túis ar a ndíonta do shlua neimhe uile, agus ar ar dhoirt siad deochanna do dhéithe eile.’ ”
13 Y las casas de Jerusalem, y las casas de los reyes de Judá, serán como el lugar de Topheth inmundas, por todas las casas sobre cuyos tejados ofrecieron perfumes á todo el ejército del cielo, y vertieron libaciones á dioses ajenos.
13 Dazu sollen ihre Häuser zu Jerusalem und die Häuser der Könige Juda's ebenso unrein werden wie die Stätte Thopheth, ja, alle Häuser, wo sie auf den Dächern geräuchert haben allem Heer des Himmels und andern Göttern Trankopfer geopfert haben.
14 Then Jeremiah came from Topheth, where the Lord had sent him to give the prophet's word; and he took his place in the open square of the Lord's house, and said to all the people,
14 Jérémie revint de Topheth, où l'Éternel l'avait envoyé prophétiser. Puis il se tint dans le parvis de la maison de l'Éternel, et il dit à tout le peuple:
14 Ar a theacht ar ais do Irimia as Toifit mar ar chuir an Tiarna é a fháidheoireacht, sheas sé i gcúirt Theampall an Tiarna agus dúirt leis an bpobal uile:
14 Y volvió Jeremías de Topheth, á donde le envió Jehová á profetizar, y paróse en el atrio de la casa de Jehová, y dijo á todo el pueblo.
14 Und da Jeremia wieder vom Thopheth kam, dahin ihn der HERR gesandt hatte, zu weissagen, trat er in den Vorhof am Hause des HERRN und sprach zu allem Volk:
15 The Lord of armies, the God of Israel, has said: See, I will send on this town and on all her towns all the evil which I have said; because they made their necks stiff, so that they might not give ear to my words.
15 Ainsi parle l'Éternel des armées, le Dieu d'Israël: Voici, je vais faire venir sur cette ville et sur toutes les villes qui dépendent d'elle tous les malheurs que je lui ai prédits, parce qu'ils ont raidi leur cou, pour ne point écouter mes paroles.
