1 See, the Lord is making the earth waste and unpeopled, he is turning it upside down, and sending the people in all directions.
1 Voici, l'Éternel dévaste le pays et le rend désert, Il en bouleverse la face et en disperse les habitants.
1 Féach, tá an Tiarna ag creachadh na talún, tá sé á scriosadh agus á hiompú bun os cionn; tá a muintir á scaipeadh aige,
1 HE aquí que Jehová vacía la tierra, y la desnuda, y trastorna su haz, y hace esparcir sus moradores.
1 Siehe, der HERR macht das Land leer und wüst und wirft um, was darin ist, und zerstreut seine Einwohner.
2 And it will be the same for the people as for the priest; for the servant as for his master; and for the woman-servant as for her owner; the same for the one offering goods for a price as for him who takes them; the same for him who gives money at interest and for him who takes it; the same for him who lets others have the use of his property as for those who make use of it.
2 Et il en est du sacrificateur comme du peuple, Du maître comme du serviteur, De la maîtresse comme de la servante, Du vendeur comme de l'acheteur, Du prêteur comme de l'emprunteur, Du créancier comme du débiteur.
2 idir chléir agus thuath, idir uasal agus íseal, máistreás agus searbhónta, díoltóir agus ceannaitheoir, iasachtóir agus iasachtaí, creidiúnaí agus féichiúnaí.
2 Y será como el pueblo, tal el sacerdote; como el siervo, tal su señor; como la criada, tal su señora; tal el que compra, como el que vende; tal el que da emprestado, como el que toma prestado; tal el que da á logro, como el que lo recibe.
2 Und es geht dem Priester wie dem Volk, dem Herrn wie dem Knecht, der Frau wie der Magd, dem Verkäufer wie dem Käufer, dem Leiher wie dem Borger, dem Mahnenden wie dem Schuldner.
3 The earth will be completely waste and without men; for this is the word of the Lord.
3 Le pays est dévasté, livré au pillage; Car l'Éternel l'a décrété.
3 Creachta agus seanchreachta atá sí, mar thalamh; sladaithe agus deargshladaithe a bheidh, mar a d'ordaigh an Tiarna.
3 Del todo será vaciada la tierra, y enteramente saqueada; porque Jehová ha pronunciado esta palabra.
3 Denn das Land wird leer und beraubt sein; denn der HERR hat solches geredet.
4 The earth is sorrowing and wasting away, the world is full of grief and wasting away, the high ones of the earth come to nothing.
4 Le pays est triste, épuisé; Les habitants sont abattus, languissants; Les chefs du peuple sont sans force.
4 Tá an talamh faoi bhrón agus in ísle brí, tá an domhan ag meath agus in ísle brí, tá neamh agus talamh ag meath.
4 Destruyóse, cayó la tierra; enfermó, cayó el mundo; enfermaron los altos pueblos de la tierra.
4 Das Land steht jämmerlich und verderbt; der Erdboden nimmt ab und verdirbt; die Höchsten des Volks im Lande nehmen ab.
5 The earth has been made unclean by those living in it; because the laws have not been kept by them, the orders have been changed, and the eternal agreement has been broken.
5 Le pays était profané par ses habitants; Car ils transgressaient les lois, violaient les ordonnances, Ils rompaient l'alliance éternelle.
5 Tá an talamh truaillithe faoi chosa a cuid áitreabhach, óir sháraigh siad na dlíthe, bhris na reachtanna, choill an conradh síoraí.
5 Y la tierra se inficionó bajo sus moradores; porque traspasaron las leyes, falsearon el derecho, rompieron el pacto sempiterno.
5 Das Land ist entheiligt von seinen Einwohnern; denn sie übertreten das Gesetz und ändern die Gebote und lassen fahren den ewigen Bund.
6 For this cause the earth is given up to the curse, and those in it are judged as sinners: for this cause those living on the earth are burned up, and the rest are small in number.
6 C'est pourquoi la malédiction dévore le pays, Et ses habitants portent la peine de leurs crimes; C'est pourquoi les habitants du pays sont consumés, Et il n'en reste qu'un petit nombre.

6 Por esta causa la maldición consumió la tierra, y sus moradores fueron asolados; por esta causa fueron consumidos los habitantes de la tierra, y se disminuyeron los hombres.
6 Darum frißt der Fluch das Land; denn sie verschulden's, die darin wohnen. Darum verdorren die Einwohner des Landes, also daß wenig Leute übrigbleiben.
7 The new wine is thin, the vine is feeble, and all the glad-hearted make sounds of grief.
7 Le moût est triste, la vigne est flétrie; Tous ceux qui avaient le coeur joyeux soupirent.
7 Tá an fíon faoi bhrón, an fhíniúin ag meath, agus lucht an ghliondar croí ag osnaíl.
7 Perdióse el vino, enfermó la vid, gimieron todos los que eran alegres de corazón.
7 Der Most verschwindet, der Weinstock verschmachtet; und alle, die von Herzen fröhlich waren, seufzen.
8 The pleasing sound of all instruments of music has come to an end, and the voices of those who are glad.
8 La joie des tambourins a cessé, la gaîté bruyante a pris fin, La joie de la harpe a cessé.
8 Tá deireadh le meadhar na mbodhrán, agus críoch le callán lucht gairdis; tá deireadh le meadhar na gcláirseach.
8 Cesó el regocijo de los panderos, acabóse el estruendo de los que se huelgan, paró la alegría del arpa.
8 Die Freude der Pauken feiert, das Jauchzen der Fröhlichen ist aus, und die Freude der Harfe hat ein Ende.
9 There is no more drinking of wine with a song; strong drink will be bitter to those who take it.
9 On ne boit plus de vin en chantant; Les liqueurs fortes sont amères au buveur.
9 Ní ólann siad fíon níos mó agus iad ag ceol, agus is searbh leis na pótairí an bhiotáille.
9 No beberán vino con cantar: la bebida será amarga á los que la bebieren.
9 Man singt nicht mehr beim Weintrinken, und gutes Getränk ist bitter denen, die es trinken.
10 The town is waste and broken down: every house is shut up, so that no man may come in.
10 La ville déserte est en ruines; Toutes les maisons sont fermées, on n'y entre plus.
10 Tá cathair an neamhní ar lár, tá gach teach dúnta agus níl dul isteach iontu.
10 Quebrantada está la ciudad de la vanidad; toda casa se ha cerrado, porque no entre nadie.
10 Die leere Stadt ist zerbrochen; alle Häuser sind zugeschlossen, daß niemand hineingeht.
11 There is a crying in the streets because of the wine; there is an end of all delight, the joy of the land is gone.
11 On crie dans les rues, parce que le vin manque; Toute réjouissance a disparu, L'allégresse est bannie du pays.
11 Táthar ag mairgneach sna sráideanna cheal fíona; tá deireadh leis an uile lúcháir, tá an t‑áthas díbeartha ón tír.
11 Voces sobre el vino en las plazas; todo gozo su oscureció, desterróse la alegría de la tierra.
11 Man klagt um den Wein auf den Gassen, daß alle Freude weg ist, alle Wonne des Landes dahin ist.
12 In the town all is waste, and in the public place is destruction.
12 La dévastation est restée dans la ville, Et les portes abattues sont en ruines.
12 Níl fágtha sa chathair ach léirscrios, tá an geata briste ina chonamar.
12 En la ciudad quedó soledad, y con asolamiento fué herida la puerta.
12 Eitel Wüstung ist in der Stadt geblieben, und die Tore stehen öde.
13 For it will be in the heart of the earth among the peoples, like the shaking of an olive-tree, as the last of the grapes after the getting-in is done.
13 Car il en est dans le pays, au milieu des peuples, Comme quand on secoue l'olivier, Comme quand on grappille après la vendange.
13 Is amhlaidh sin a bheidh an talamh ar fad, i gcás na gciníocha uile, mar a bhíonn na crainn olóige nuair a chraitear an toradh astu, mar a bheadh deasca na fíniúna agus fómhar an fhíona déanta.
13 Porque así será en medio de la tierra, en medio de los pueblos, como aceituno sacudido, como rebuscos acabada la vendimia.
13 Denn es geht im Lande und im Volk eben, wie wenn ein Ölbaum abgepflückt ist, wie wenn man nachliest, so die Weinernte aus ist.
14 But those will be making sounds of joy; they will be crying loudly from the sea for the glory of the Lord.
14 Ils élèvent leur voix, ils poussent des cris d'allégresse; Des bords de la mer, ils célèbrent la majesté de l'Éternel.
14 Gáireann daoine amach in ard a gcinn, liúnn siad le barr áthais; canann siad mórgacht an Tiarna ó chois na farraige thiar.
14 Estos alzarán su voz, cantarán gozosos en la grandeza de Jehová, desde la mar darán voces.
14 Dieselben heben ihre Stimme auf und rühmen und jauchzen vom Meer her über der Herrlichkeit des HERRN.
15 Give praise to the Lord in the east, to the name of the Lord, the God of Israel, in the sea-lands.
15 Glorifiez donc l'Éternel dans les lieux où brille la lumière, Le nom de l'Éternel, Dieu d'Israël, dans les îles de la mer! -
15 Sna hoileáin freisin táthar ag glóiriú an Tiarna, agus i gcríocha na farraige ainm an Tiarna, Dia Iosrael.
15 Glorificad por esto á Jehová en los valles: en islas de la mar sea nombrado Jehová Dios de Israel.
15 So preiset nun den HERRN in den Gründen, in den Inseln des Meeres den Namen des HERRN, des Gottes Israels.
16 From the farthest part of the earth comes the sound of songs, glory to the upright. But I said, I am wasting away, wasting away, the curse is on me! The false ones go on in their false way, yes, they go on acting falsely.
16 De l'extrémité de la terre nous entendons chanter: Gloire au juste! Mais moi je dis: Je suis perdu! je suis perdu! malheur à moi! Les pillards pillent, et les pillards s'acharnent au pillage.
16 Ó chríocha na cruinne cloisimid iad ag ceol: “Glóir don Fhíréan!” Ach deirimse: “Is leor, is leor sin! Drochrath ar lucht fill a dhéanann feall, ar lucht fill a dhéanann feall go fealltach!”
16 De lo postrero de la tierra oímos salmos: Gloria al justo. Y yo dije: ¡Mi flaqueza, mi flaqueza, ay de mí! Prevaricadores han prevaricado; y han prevaricado con prevaricación de desleales.
16 Wir hören Lobgesänge vom Ende der Erde zu Ehren dem Gerechten. Und ich muß sagen: Wie bin ich aber so elend! wie bin ich aber so elend! Weh mir! denn es rauben die Räuber, ja immerfort rauben die Räuber.
17 Fear, and death, and the net, are come on you, O people of the earth.
17 La terreur, la fosse, et le filet, Sont sur toi, habitant du pays!

17 Terror y sima y lazo sobre ti, oh morador de la tierra.
17 Darum kommt über euch, Bewohner der Erde, Schrecken, Grube und Strick.
18 And it will be that he who goes in flight from the sound of fear will be overtaken by death; and he who gets free from death will be taken in the net: for the windows on high are open, and the bases of the earth are shaking.
18 Celui qui fuit devant les cris de terreur tombe dans la fosse, Et celui qui remonte de la fosse se prend au filet; Car les écluses d'en haut s'ouvrent, Et les fondements de la terre sont ébranlés.
18 An té a theitheann ó thorann na scéine, titfidh sé sa chlais; má dhreapann sé aníos as an gclais, béarfar air sa ghaiste. An Breithiúnas Fós Óir tá fuinneoga na bhflaitheas ar leathadh, agus bunsraith na talún ar crith.
18 Y acontecerá que el que huirá de la voz del terror, caerá en la sima; y el que saliere de en medio de la sima, será preso del lazo: porque de lo alto se abrieron ventanas, y temblarán los fundamentos de la tierra.
18 Und ob einer entflöhe vor dem Geschrei des Schreckens, so wird er doch in die Grube fallen; kommt er aus der Grube, so wird er doch im Strick gefangen werden. Denn die Fenster der Höhe sind aufgetan, und die Grundfesten der Erde beben.
19 The earth is completely broken, it is parted in two, it is violently moved.
19 La terre est déchirée, La terre se brise, La terre chancelle.
19 Tá an talamh briste ina smionagar, tá an talamh á scoilteadh agus á scáineadh, tá an talamh ag crith agus ag creathnú.
19 Quebrantaráse del todo la tierra, enteramente desmenuzada será la tierra, en gran manera será la tierra conmovida.
19 Es wird die Erde mit Krachen zerbrechen, zerbersten und zerfallen.
20 The earth will be moving uncertainly, like a man overcome by drink; it will be shaking like a tent; and the weight of its sin will be on it, crushing it down so that it will not get up again.
20 La terre chancelle comme un homme ivre, Elle vacille comme une cabane; Son péché pèse sur elle, Elle tombe, et ne se relève plus.
20 Tá an talamh ag stangadh mar bheadh fear meisce ann, tá sé ag longadán mar bheadh scáthlán ann; is trom é an t‑ualach air a chuid peacaí, titeann sé gan éirí i ndán dó.
20 Temblará la tierra vacilando como un borracho, y será removida como una choza; y agravaráse sobre ella su pecado, y caerá, y nunca más se levantará.
20 Die Erde wird taumelm wie ein Trunkener und wird hin und her geworfen wie ein Hängebett; denn ihre Missetat drückt sie, daß sie fallen muß und kann nicht stehenbleiben.
21 And in that day the Lord will send punishment on the army of the high ones on high, and on the kings of the earth on the earth.
21 En ce temps-là, l'Éternel châtiera dans le ciel l'armée d'en haut, Et sur la terre les rois de la terre.

21 Y acontecerá en aquel día, que Jehová visitará sobre el ejército sublime en lo alto, y sobre los reyes de la tierra que hay sobre la tierra.
21 Zu der Zeit wird der HERR heimsuchen das hohe Heer, das in der Höhe ist, und die Könige der Erde, die auf Erden sind,
22 And they will be got together, like prisoners in the prison-house; and after a long time they will have their punishment.
22 Ils seront assemblés captifs dans une prison, Ils seront enfermés dans des cachots, Et, après un grand nombre de jours, ils seront châtiés.

22 Y serán amontonados como se amontonan encarcelados en mazmorra, y en prisión quedarán encerrados, y serán visitados después de muchos días.
22 daß sie versammelt werden als Gefangene in die Grube und verschlossen werden im Kerker und nach langer Zeit wieder heimgesucht werden.
23 Then the moon will be veiled, and the sun put to shame; for the Lord of armies will be ruling in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem, and before his judges he will let his glory be seen.
23 La lune sera couverte de honte, Et le soleil de confusion; Car l'Éternel des armées régnera Sur la montagne de Sion et à Jérusalem, Resplendissant de gloire en présence de ses anciens.
