2 Beautiful in its high position, the joy of all the earth, is the mountain of Zion, the mountain of God, the town of the great King.
2 (48:3) Belle est la colline, joie de toute la terre, la montagne de Sion; Le côté septentrional, c'est la ville du grand roi.

6 (48:7) Là un tremblement les a saisis, Comme la douleur d'une femme qui accouche.

8 (48:9) Ce que nous avions entendu dire, nous l'avons vu Dans la ville de l'Éternel des armées, Dans la ville de notre Dieu: Dieu la fera subsister à toujours. -Pause.

8 Wie wir gehört haben, so sehen wir's an der Stadt des HERRN Zebaoth, an der Stadt unsers Gottes; Gott erhält sie ewiglich. (Sela.)
9 Our thoughts were of your mercy, O God, while we were in your Temple.
9 (48:10) O Dieu, nous pensons à ta bonté Au milieu de ton temple.

10 As your name is, O God, so is your praise to the ends of the earth; your right hand is full of righteousness.
10 (48:11) Comme ton nom, ô Dieu! Ta louange retentit jusqu'aux extrémités de la terre; Ta droite est pleine de justice.

10 Conforme á tu nombre, oh Dios, Así es tu loor hasta los fines de la tierra: De justicia está llena tu diestra.
10 Gott, wie dein Name, so ist auch dein Ruhm bis an der Welt Enden; deine Rechte ist voll Gerechtigkeit.
11 Let there be joy in the mountain of Zion, and let the daughters of Judah be glad, because of your wise decisions.
11 (48:12) La montagne de Sion se réjouit, Les filles de Juda sont dans l'allégresse, A cause de tes jugements.

11 Alegraráse el monte de Sión; Se gozarán las hijas de Judá Por tus juicios.
11 Es freue sich der Berg Zion, und die Töchter Juda's seien fröhlich um deiner Gerichte willen.
12 Make your way about Zion, and go round it, numbering its towers.
12 (48:13) Parcourez Sion, parcourez-en l'enceinte, Comptez ses tours,
12 Siúlaigí Síón agus triallaigí ina timpeall comhairigí a túir.
12 Andad alrededor de Sión, y rodeadla: Contad sus torres.
12 Machet euch um Zion und umfanget sie, zählet ihre Türme;
13 Take note of its strong walls, looking well at its fair buildings; so that you may give word of it to the generation which comes after.
13 (48:14) Observez son rempart, Examinez ses palais, Pour le raconter à la génération future.
13 Breathnaigí a rampair chosanta; scrúdaigí a dúnfoirt, go n‑inseoidh sibh don ghlúin atá le teacht:
13 Poned vuestro corazón á su antemuro, Mirad sus palacios; Para que lo contéis á la generación venidera.
13 achtet mit Fleiß auf ihre Mauern, durchwandelt ihre Paläste, auf daß ihr davon verkündiget den Nachkommen,
14 Because this God is our God for ever and ever: he will be our guide.
14 (48:15) Voilà le Dieu qui est notre Dieu éternellement et à jamais; Il sera notre guide jusqu'à la mort.
