Psalms 14

1 A Psalm. Of David. Lord, who may have a resting-place in your tent, a living-place on your holy hill?

1 Psaume de David. O Éternel! qui séjournera dans ta tente? Qui demeurera sur ta montagne sainte? -

1 Salm le Dáiví. A Thiarna, cé dhéanfaidh cónaí i do bhoth? Cé lonnóidh ar do shliabh naofa?

1 JEHOVA, ¿quién habitará en tu tabernáculo? ¿Quién residirá en el monte de tu santidad?

1 (Ein Psalm Davids.) HERR, wer wird wohnen in deiner Hütte? Wer wird bleiben auf deinem heiligen Berge?

2 He who goes on his way uprightly, doing righteousness, and saying what is true in his heart;

2 Celui qui marche dans l'intégrité, qui pratique la justice Et qui dit la vérité selon son coeur.

2 An té a shiúlann gan cháim; an té a dhéanann fíréantacht agus a labhraíonn go díreach óna chroí;

2 El que anda en integridad, y obra justicia, Y habla verdad en su corazón.

2 Wer ohne Tadel einhergeht und recht tut und redet die Wahrheit von Herzen;

3 Whose tongue is not false, who does no evil to his friend, and does not take away the good name of his neighbour;

3 Il ne calomnie point avec sa langue, Il ne fait point de mal à son semblable, Et il ne jette point l'opprobre sur son prochain.

3 an té nach ndéanann tromaíocht lena theanga; an té nach ndéanann olc dá chomharsa is nach dtugann masla don duine thall;

3 El que no detrae con su lengua, Ni hace mal á su prójimo, Ni contra su prójimo acoge oprobio alguno.

3 wer mit seiner Zunge nicht verleumdet und seinen Nächstem kein Arges tut und seinen Nächsten nicht schmäht;

4 Who gives honour to those who have the fear of the Lord, turning away from him who has not the Lord's approval. He who takes an oath against himself, and makes no change.

4 Il regarde avec dédain celui qui est méprisable, Mais il honore ceux qui craignent l'Éternel; Il ne se rétracte point, s'il fait un serment à son préjudice.

4 an té ar beag aige an drochdhuine agus ar mór aige lucht eagla an Tiarna; an té nach ngabhann siar ar a bhriathar bíodh gur mhionnaigh chun a dhochair féin;

4 Aquel á cuyos ojos es menospreciado el vil; Mas honra á los que temen á Jehová: Y habiendo jurado en daño suyo, no por eso muda.

4 wer die Gottlosen für nichts achtet, sondern ehrt die Gottesfürchtigen; wer sich selbst zum Schaden schwört und hält es;

5 He who does not put out his money at interest, or for payment give false decisions against men who have done no wrong. He who does these things will never be moved.

5 Il n'exige point d'intérêt de son argent, Et il n'accepte point de don contre l'innocent. Celui qui se conduit ainsi ne chancelle jamais.

5 nach gcuireann a chuid airgid ar úsaireacht, ‘s nach nglacann le breab in aghaidh an neamhchiontaigh. An té a dhéanfaidh amhlaidh ní bhainfear dá threoir é go brách.

5 Quien su dinero no dió á usura, Ni contra el inocente tomó cohecho. El que hace estas cosas, no resbalará para siempre.

5 wer sein Geld nicht auf Wucher gibt und nimmt nicht Geschenke gegen den Unschuldigen: wer das tut, der wird wohl bleiben.
