1 And Josiah kept a Passover to the Lord in Jerusalem; on the fourteenth day of the first month they put the Passover lamb to death.
1 Josias célébra la Pâque en l'honneur de l'Éternel à Jérusalem, et l'on immola la Pâque le quatorzième jour du premier mois.

1 Y Josias hizo pascua á Jehová en Jerusalem, y sacrificaron la pascua á los catorce del mes primero.
1 Und Josia hielt dem HERRN Passah zu Jerusalem, und sie schlachteten das Passah am vierzehnten Tage des ersten Monats.
2 And he gave the priests their places, making them strong for the work of the house of God.
2 Il établit les sacrificateurs dans leurs fonctions, et les encouragea au service de la maison de l'Éternel.
2 Cheap sé na sagairt arís i mbun a gcúraimí agus thug misneach dóibh le dualgais Theampall an Tiarna a chomhlíonadh.
2 Y puso á los sacerdotes en sus empleos, y confirmólos en el ministerio de la casa de Jehová.
2 Und er bestellte die Priester zu ihrem Dienst und stärkte sie zu ihrem Amt im Hause des HERRN
3 And he said to the Levites, the teachers of all Israel, who were holy to the Lord, See, the holy ark is in the house which Solomon, the son of David, king of Israel, made; it will no longer have to be transported on your backs: now be the servants of the Lord your God and his people Israel,
3 Il dit aux Lévites qui enseignaient tout Israël et qui étaient consacrés à l'Éternel: Placez l'arche sainte dans la maison qu'a bâtie Salomon, fils de David, roi d'Israël; vous n'avez plus à la porter sur l'épaule. Servez maintenant l'Éternel, votre Dieu, et son peuple d'Israël.
3 Ansin dúirt sé leis na Léivítigh a raibh a n‑eagna ar fáil d'Iosrael go léir agus a bhí coisricthe don Tiarna: “Cuirigí an áirc naofa sa Teampall a thóg Solamh mac Dháiví, rí Iosrael. Ní gá daoibh í a iompar ar bhur nguaillí a thuilleadh. Tugaigí seirbhís anois don Tiarna bhur nDia agus dá phobal Iosrael.
3 Y dijo á los Levitas que enseñaban á todo Israel, y que estaban dedicados á Jehová: Poned el arca del santuario en la casa que edificó Salomón hijo de David, rey de Israel, para que no la carguéis más sobre los hombros. Ahora serviréis á Jehová vuestro Dios, y á su pueblo Israel.
3 und sprach zu den Leviten, die ganz Israel lehrten und dem HERRN geheiligt waren: Tut die heilige Lade ins Haus das Salomo, der Sohn Davids, der König Israels, gebaut hat. Ihr sollt sie nicht auf den Schultern tragen. So dienet nun dem HERRN, eurem Gott, und seinem Volk Israel
4 And make yourselves ready in your divisions, by your families, as it is ordered in the writings of David, king of Israel, and of Solomon his son;
4 Tenez-vous prêts, selon vos maisons paternelles, selon vos divisions, comme l'ont réglé par écrit David, roi d'Israël, et Salomon, son fils;
4 Déanaigí sibh féin a chóiriú de réir bhur n‑ord in bhur bhfiní de réir threoracha scríofa Dháiví rí Iosrael agus a mhic Solamh.
4 Apercibío según las familias de vuestros padres, por vuestros órdenes, conforme á la prescripción de David rey de Israel, y de Salomón su hijo.
4 und bereitet euch nach euren Vaterhäusern in euren Ordnungen, wie sie vorgeschrieben sind von David, dem König Israels, und seinem Sohn Salomo,
5 And take your positions in the holy place, grouped in the families of your brothers, the children of the people, and for every division let there be a part of a family of the Levites.
5 occupez vos places dans le sanctuaire, d'après les différentes maisons paternelles de vos frères les fils du peuple, et d'après la classification des maisons paternelles des Lévites.
5 Agus seasaigí san áit naofa de réir eagar bhur bhfiní sinseartha, faoi réir bhur mbráithre, na tuataí; bíodh cuid i bhfine ag na Léivítigh.
5 Estad en el santuario según la distribución de las familias de vuestros hermanos los hijos del pueblo, y según la división de la familia de los Levitas.
5 und steht im Heiligtum nach den Ordnungen der Vaterhäuser eurer Brüder, vom Volk geboren, je eine Ordnung eines Vaterhauses der Leviten,
6 And put the Passover lamb to death, and make yourselves holy, and make it ready for your brothers, so that the orders given by the Lord through Moses may be done.
6 Immolez la Pâque, sanctifiez-vous, et préparez-la pour vos frères, en vous conformant à la parole de l'Éternel prononcée par Moïse.
6 Maraigí an t‑uan Cásca, agus naomhaigí sibh féin, agus bígí faoi réir bhur mbráithre le déanamh de réir bhriathar an Tiarna a labhraíodh trí bhéal Mhaois.”
6 Sacrificad luego la pascua: y después de santificaros, apercibid á vuestros hermanos, para que hagan conforme á la palabra de Jehová dada por mano de Moisés.
6 und schlachtet das Passah und heiligt euch und bereitet es für eure Brüder, daß sie tun nach dem Wort des HERRN durch Mose.
7 And Josiah gave lambs and goats from the flock as Passover offerings for all the people who were present, to the number of thirty thousand, and three thousand oxen: these were from the king's private property.
7 Josias donna aux gens du peuple, à tous ceux qui se trouvaient là, des agneaux et des chevreaux au nombre de trente mille, le tout pour la Pâque, et trois mille boeufs; cela fut pris sur les biens du roi.
7 Chuir Ióisíá ar fáil do na tuataí, mar íobartaigh Chásca do gach duine a bhí i láthair, tríocha míle uan agus meannán ó na tréada, agus trí mhíle tarbh. Ba as sealúchas an rí an méid sin.
7 Y ofreció el rey Josías á los del pueblo ovejas, corderos, y cabritos de los rebaños, en número de treinta mil, y tres mil bueyes, todo para la pascua, para todos los que se hallaron presentes: esto de la hacienda del rey.
7 Und Josia gab zur Hebe für den gemeinen Mann Lämmer und junge Ziegen (alles zum Passah für alle, die vorhanden waren, an der Zahl dreißigtausend) und dreitausend Rinder, alles von dem Gut des Königs.
8 And his captains freely gave an offering to the people, the priests, and the Levites. Hilkiah and Zechariah and Jehiel, the rulers of the house of God, gave to the priests for the Passover offerings two thousand, six hundred small cattle and three hundred oxen.
8 Ses chefs firent de bon gré un présent au peuple, aux sacrificateurs et aux Lévites. Hilkija, Zacharie, et Jehiel, princes de la maison de Dieu, donnèrent aux sacrificateurs pour la Pâque deux mille six cents agneaux et trois cents boeufs.
8 Rinne a fheidhmeannaigh soláthar do na híobairtí deonacha ar son an phobail, na sagart agus na Léivíteach. Thug na hardfheidhmeannaigh dhá mhíle sé chéad uan agus meannán agus trí chéad tarbh mar íobartaigh Chásca do shagairt Theampall an Tiarna, Hilcíá, Zacairiá, agus Ichíéil.
8 También sus príncipes ofrecieron con liberalidad al pueblo, y á los sacerdotes y Levitas. Hilcías, Zachârías y Jehiel, príncipes de la casa de Dios, dieron á los sacerdotes para hacer la pascua dos mil seiscientas ovejas, y trescientos bueyes.
8 Seine Fürsten aber gaben zur Hebe freiwillig für das Volk und für die Priester und Leviten. Hilkia, Sacharja und Jehiel, die Fürsten im Hause Gottes, gaben den Priestern zum Passah zweitausend und sechshundert Lämmer und Ziegen, dazu dreihundert Rinder.
9 And Conaniah and Shemaiah and Nethanel, his brothers, and Hashabiah and Jeiel and Jozabad, the chiefs of the Levites, gave to the Levites for the Passover offerings five thousand small cattle and five hundred oxen.
9 Conania, Schemaeja et Nethaneel, ses frères, Haschabia, Jeïel et Jozabad, chefs des Lévites, donnèrent aux Lévites pour la Pâque cinq mille agneaux et cinq cents boeufs.

9 Asimismo Chônanías, y Semeías y Nathanael sus hermanos, y Hasabías, Jehiel, y Josabad, príncipes de los Levitas, dieron á los Levitas para los sacrificios de la pascua cinco mil ovejas, y quinientos bueyes.
9 Aber Chananja, Semaja, Nathanael und seine Brüder, Hasabja, Jeiel und Josabad, der Leviten Oberste, gaben zur Hebe den Leviten zum Passah fünftausend Lämmer und Ziegen und dazu fünfhundert Rinder.
10 So everything was made ready and the priests took their places with the Levites in their divisions, as the king had said.
10 Le service s'organisa, et les sacrificateurs et les Lévites occupèrent leur place, selon leurs divisions, d'après l'ordre du roi.
10 Socraíodh ord na seirbhíse, leis na sagairt ina n‑áit féin agus na Léivítigh ina n‑oird de réir mar a d'ordaigh an rí.
10 Aprestado así el servicio, los sacerdotes se colocaron en sus puestos, y asimismo los Levitas en sus órdenes, conforme al mandamiento del rey.
10 Also ward der Gottesdienst beschickt; und die Priester standen an ihrer Stätte und die Leviten in ihren Ordnungen nach dem Gebot des Königs.
11 And they put the Passover lambs to death, the blood being drained out by the priests when it was given to them, and the Levites did the skinning.
11 Ils immolèrent la Pâque; les sacrificateurs répandirent le sang qu'ils recevaient de la main des Lévites, et les Lévites dépouillèrent les victimes.
11 Mharaíodar an Cháisc, agus dhoirt na sagairt an fhuil a fuair siad ó na Léivítigh, agus rinne na Léivítigh na híobartaigh a fheannadh.
11 Y sacrificaron la pascua; y esparcían los sacerdotes la sangre tomada de mano de los Levitas, y los Levitas desollaban.
11 Und sie schlachteten das Passah, und die Priester nahmen das Blut von ihren Händen und sprengten, und die Leviten zogen die Haut ab.
12 And they took away the burned offerings, so that they might give them to be offered to the Lord for the divisions of the families of the people, as it is recorded in the book of Moses. And they did the same with the oxen.
12 Ils mirent à part les holocaustes pour les donner aux différentes maisons paternelles des gens du peuple, afin qu'ils les offrissent à l'Éternel, comme il est écrit dans le livre de Moïse; et de même pour les boeufs.
12 Chuir siad an ofráil dhóite i leataobh lena tabhairt d'fhiní sinseartha na dtuataí de réir mar a dhéanadh gach dream a n‑ofráil don Tiarna faoi mar atá scríofa i leabhar Mhaois. Rinne siad mar an gcéanna leis na tairbh.
12 Tomaron luego del holocausto, para dar conforme á los repartimientos por las familias de los del pueblo, á fin de que ofreciesen á Jehová, según está escrito en el libro de Moisés: y asimismo tomaron de los bueyes.
12 Und die Brandopfer taten sie davon, daß sie die gäben unter die Teile der Vaterhäuser des Volks, dem HERRN zu opfern. Wie es geschrieben steht im Buch Mose's. So taten sie mit den Rindern auch.
13 And the Passover lamb was cooked over the fire, as it says in the law; and the holy offerings were cooked in pots and basins and vessels, and taken quickly to all the people.
13 Ils firent cuire la Pâque au feu, selon l'ordonnance, et ils firent cuire les choses saintes dans des chaudières, des chaudrons et des poêles; et ils s'empressèrent de les distribuer à tout le peuple.
13 Rinne siad an Cháisc a róstadh leis an tine de réir mar a bhí leagtha síos; agus bhruith siad an bia naofa i gcoirí, i bpotaí, i gcorcáin, agus d'iompair iad ar an toirt chun na dtuataí go léir.
13 Y asaron la pascua al fuego según la costumbre: mas lo que había sido santificado lo cocieron en ollas, en calderos, y calderas, y repartiéron lo prestamente á todo el pueblo.
13 Und sie kochten das Passah am Feuer, wie sich's gebührt. Aber was geheiligt war, kochten sie in Töpfen, Kesseln und Pfannen, und machten's eilend für alles Volk.
14 And after that, they made ready for themselves and for the priests; for the priests, the sons of Aaron, were offering the burned offerings and the fat till night; so the Levites made ready what was needed for themselves and for the priests, the sons of Aaron.
14 Ensuite ils préparèrent ce qui était pour eux et pour les sacrificateurs, car les sacrificateurs, fils d'Aaron, furent occupés jusqu'à la nuit à offrir les holocaustes et les graisses; c'est pourquoi les Lévites préparèrent pour eux et pour les sacrificateurs, fils d'Aaron.
14 Ina dhiaidh sin chóirigh siad an Cháisc dóibh féin agus do na sagairt, mar bhí na sagairt, clann Árón, gafa go hoíche ag ofráil na híobairte dóite agus na spolaí méithe. Sin é an fáth ar chóirigh na Léivítigh an Cháisc dóibh féin agus do na sagairt, clann Árón.
14 Y después aderezaron para sí y para los sacerdotes; porque los sacerdotes, hijos de Aarón, estuvieron ocupados hasta la noche en el sacrificio de los holocaustos y de los sebos; por tanto, los Levitas aderezaron para sí, y para los sacerdotes hijos de Aarón.
14 Darnach aber bereiteten sie auch für sich und die Priester. Denn die Priester, die Kinder Aaron, schafften an dem Brandopfer und Fetten bis in die Nacht; darum mußten die Leviten für sich und für die Priester, die Kinder Aaron, zubereiten.
15 And the sons of Asaph, the makers of melody, were in their places, as ordered by David and Asaph and Heman and Jeduthun, the king's seer; and the door-keepers were stationed at every door: there was no need for them to go away from their places, for their brothers the Levites made ready for them.
15 Les chantres, fils d'Asaph, étaient à leur place, selon l'ordre de David, d'Asaph, d'Héman, et de Jeduthun le voyant du roi, et les portiers étaient à chaque porte; ils n'eurent pas à se détourner de leur office, car leurs frères les Lévites préparèrent ce qui était pour eux.
15 Bhí na cantairí, clann Ásáf, ina n‑áit, de réir rialacha Dháiví; níor ghá d'Ásáf, do Héamán, do Iadútún, físí an rí, ná do lucht faire na ngeataí a ndualgais a fhágáil, mar rinne a ngaolta, na Léivítigh, gach ní a chóiriú dóibh.
15 Asimismo los cantores hijos de Asaph estaban en su puesto, conforme al mandamiento de David, de Asaph y de Hemán, y de Jeduthún vidente del rey; también los porteros estaban á cada puerta; y no era menester que se apartasen de su ministerio, porque sus hermanos los Levitas aparejaban para ellos.
15 Und die Sänger, die Kinder Asaph, standen an ihrer Stätte nach dem Gebot Davids und Asaphs und Hemans und Jedithuns, des Sehers des Königs, und die Torhüter an allen Toren, und sie wichen nicht von ihrem Amt; denn die Leviten, ihre Brüder, bereiteten zu für sie.
16 So everything needed for the worship of the Lord was made ready that same day, for the keeping of the Passover and the offering of burned offerings on the altar of the Lord, as King Josiah had given orders.
16 Ainsi fut organisé ce jour-là tout le service de l'Éternel pour faire la Pâque et pour offrir des holocaustes sur l'autel de l'Éternel, d'après l'ordre du roi Josias.
16 Eagraíodh seirbhís liotúirgeach an Tiarna an lá sin leis an gCáisc a cheiliúradh agus le híobairtí dóite a ofráil ar altóir an Tiarna, de réir ordú an rí Ióisíá.
16 Así fué aprestado todo el servicio de Jehová en aquel día, para hacer la pascua, y sacrificar los holocaustos sobre el altar de Jehová, conforme al mandamiento del rey Josías.
16 Also ward beschickt der Gottesdienst des HERRN des Tages, daß man Passah hielt und Brandopfer tat auf dem Altar des HERRN nach dem Gebot des Königs Josia.
17 And all the children of Israel who were present kept the Passover and the feast of unleavened bread at that time for seven days.
17 Les enfants d'Israël qui se trouvaient là célébrèrent la Pâque en ce temps et la fête des pains sans levain pendant sept jours.
17 Cheiliúir clann Iosrael a bhí i láthair an uair sin an Cháisc agus féile an aráin gan ghabháile ar feadh seacht lá.
17 Y los hijos de Israel que se hallaron allí, hicieron la pascua en aquel tiempo, y la solemnidad de los panes sin levadura, por siete días.
17 Also hielten die Kinder Israel, die vorhanden waren, Passah zu der Zeit und das Fest der ungesäuerten Brote sieben Tage.
18 No Passover like it had been kept in Israel from the days of Samuel the prophet; and not one of the kings of Israel had ever kept a Passover like the one kept by Josiah and the priests and the Levites and all those of Judah and Israel who were present, and the people of Jerusalem.
18 Aucune Pâque pareille à celle-là n'avait été célébrée en Israël depuis les jours de Samuel le prophète; et aucun des rois d'Israël n'avait célébré une Pâque pareille à celle que célébrèrent Josias, les sacrificateurs et les Lévites, tout Juda et Israël qui s'y trouvaient, et les habitants de Jérusalem.
18 Níor ceiliúradh Cáisc mar í in Iosrael ó laethanta Shamúéil an fáidh; níor cheiliúir aon rí de chuid Iosrael riamh Cáisc mar í siúd a cheiliúir Ióisíá leis na sagairt agus na Léivítigh agus lena raibh i láthair de Iúdá agus d'Iosrael go léir agus le háitritheoirí Iarúsailéim.
18 Nunca tal pascua fué hecha en Israel desde los días de Samuel el profeta; ni ningún rey de Israel hizo pascua tal como la que hizo el rey Josías, y los sacerdotes y Levitas, y todo Judá é Israel, los que se hallaron allí, juntamente con los moradores de Jerusalem.
18 Es war aber kein Passah gehalten in Israel wie das, von der Zeit Samuels, des Propheten; und kein König in Israel hatte solch Passah gehalten, wie Josia Passah hielt und die Priester, Leviten, ganz Juda und was von Israel vorhanden war und die Einwohner zu Jerusalem.
19 In the eighteenth year of the rule of Josiah this Passover was kept.

20 After all this, and after Josiah had put the house in order, Neco, king of Egypt, went up to make war at Carchemish by the river Euphrates; and Josiah went out against him.
20 Après tout cela, après que Josias eut réparé la maison de l'Éternel, Néco, roi d'Égypte, monta pour combattre à Carkemisch sur l'Euphrate. Josias marcha à sa rencontre;
20 Nuair a bhí gach ní a bhain le cóiriú an Teampaill curtha i gcrích ag Ióisíá, ghabh Neaco rí na hÉigipte suas chun troid ag Cairceimis ar bhruach an Eofrataes. Nuair a ghluais Ióisíá amach le bac a chur air,
20 Después de todas estas cosas, luego de haber Josías preparado la casa, Nechâo rey de Egipto subió á hacer guerra en Carchêmis junto á Eufrates; y salió Josías contra él.
20 Nach diesem, da Josia das Haus zugerichtet hatte, zog Necho, der König in Ägypten, herauf, zu streiten wider Karchemis am Euphrat. Und Josia zog aus, ihm entgegen.
21 But he sent representatives to him, saying, What have I to do with you, O king of Judah? I have not come against you this day, but against those with whom I am at war; and God has given me orders to go forward quickly: keep out of God's way, for he is with me, or he will send destruction on you.
21 et Néco lui envoya des messagers pour dire: Qu'y a-t-il entre moi et toi, roi de Juda? Ce n'est pas contre toi que je viens aujourd'hui; c'est contre une maison avec laquelle je suis en guerre. Et Dieu m'a dit de me hâter. Ne t'oppose pas à Dieu, qui est avec moi, de peur qu'il ne te détruise.
21 chuir seisean teachtairí chuige á rá: “Cén t‑aighneas atá eadrainne, a rí Iúdá? Ní chun tusa a ionsaí a tháinig mé inniu; le ríshliocht eile atáim i gcogadh, agus d'ordaigh Dia dom brostú. Ná bí ag cur isteach a thuilleadh ar an Dia atá i mo theanntasa, nó déanfaidh sé thú a scriosadh.”
21 Y él le envió embajadores, diciendo: ¿Qué tenemos yo y tú, rey de Judá? Yo no vengo contra ti hoy, sino contra la casa que me hace guerra: y Dios dijo que me apresurase. Déjate de meterte con Dios, que es conmigo, no te destruya.
21 Aber er sandte Boten zu ihm und ließ ihm sagen: Was habe ich mit dir zu tun, König Juda's? ich komme jetzt nicht wider dich, sondern wider das Haus, mit dem ich Krieg habe; und Gott hat gesagt, ich soll eilen. Laß ab von Gott, der mit mir ist, daß er dich nicht verderbe!
22 However, Josiah would not go back; but keeping to his purpose of fighting against him, and giving no attention to the words of Neco, which came from God, he went forward to the fight in the valley of Megiddo.
22 Mais Josias ne se détourna point de lui, et il se déguisa pour l'attaquer, sans écouter les paroles de Néco, qui venaient de la bouche de Dieu. Il s'avança pour combattre dans la vallée de Meguiddo.
22 Ach [lean] Ióisíá air ag tabhairt a dhúshláin faoi; bhí sé meáite ar chath a chur air agus ní éisteodh sé le briathra Neaco ó bheal Dé féin.
22 Mas Josías no volvió su rostro de él, antes disfrazóse para darle batalla, y no atendió á las palabras de Nechâo, que eran de boca de Dios; y vino á darle la batalla en el campo de Megiddo.
22 Aber Josia wandte sein Angesicht nicht von ihm, sondern stellte sich, mit ihm zu streiten und gehorchte nicht den Worten Nechos aus dem Munde Gottes und kam, mit ihm zu streiten auf der Ebene bei Megiddo.
23 And the bowmen sent their arrows at King Josiah, and the king said to his servants, Take me away, for I am badly wounded.
23 Les archers tirèrent sur le roi Josias, et le roi dit à ses serviteurs: Emportez-moi, car je suis gravement blessé.
23 Chuir sé cath air i Má Mhigideo. D'aimsigh na saigheadóirí Ióisíá rí, agus dúirt an rí lena lucht leanúna: “Beirigí libh mé! Táim tromghonta.”
23 Y los archeros tiraron al rey Josías flechas; y dijo el rey á sus siervos: Quitadme de aquí, porque estoy herido gravemente.
23 Aber die Schützen schossen den König Josia, und der König sprach zu seinen Knechten: Führt mich hinüber; denn ich bin sehr wund!
24 So his servants took him out of the line of war-carriages, and put him in his second carriage and took him to Jerusalem, where he came to his end, and they put his body in the resting-place of his fathers. And in all Judah and Jerusalem there was great weeping for Josiah.
24 Ses serviteurs l'emportèrent du char, le mirent dans un second char qui était à lui, et l'amenèrent à Jérusalem. Il mourut, et fut enterré dans le sépulcre de ses pères. Tout Juda et Jérusalem pleurèrent Josias.

24 Entonces sus siervos lo quitaron de aquel carro, y pusiéronle en otro segundo carro que tenía, y lleváronle á Jerusalem, y murió; y sepultáronle en los sepulcros de sus padres. Y todo Judá y Jerusalem hizo duelo por Josías.
