1 Then a man of God came from Judah by the order of the Lord to Beth-el, where Jeroboam was by the altar, burning offerings.
1 Voici, un homme de Dieu arriva de Juda à Béthel, par la parole de l'Éternel, pendant que Jéroboam se tenait à l'autel pour brûler des parfums.
1 Féach! tháinig giolla Dé ó Iúdá go Béitéil ar ordú an Tiarna, agus Iarobám díreach ina sheasamh ag an altóir chun an túis a ofráil.
1 Y He aquí que un varón de Dios por palabra de Jehová vino de Judá á Beth-el; y estando Jeroboam al altar para quemar perfumes,
1 Und siehe, ein Mann Gottes kam von Juda durch das Wort des HERRN gen Beth-El; und Jerobeam stand bei dem Altar, zu räuchern.
2 And by the order of the Lord he made an outcry against the altar, saying, O altar, altar, the Lord has said, From the seed of David will come a child, named Josiah, and on you he will put to death the priests of the high places, who are burning offerings on you, and men's bones will be burned on you.
2 Il cria contre l'autel, par la parole de l'Éternel, et il dit: Autel! autel! ainsi parle l'Éternel: Voici, il naîtra un fils à la maison de David; son nom sera Josias; il immolera sur toi les prêtres des hauts lieux qui brûlent sur toi des parfums, et l'on brûlera sur toi des ossements d'hommes!
2 Ar ordú an Tiarna rinne sé glao in aghaidh na haltóra: “A altóir, a altóir,” ar sé, “seo mar a deir an Tiarna: ‘Béarfar mac do theaghlach Dháiví, darbh ainm Ióisíá agus íobróidh sé ort sagairt na n‑ardionad a dhónn túis ort, agus dófaidh sé cnámha daoine ort.’ ”
2 El clamó contra el altar por palabra de Jehová, y dijo: Altar, altar, así ha dicho Jehová: He aquí que á la casa de David nacerá un hijo, llamado Josías, el cual sacrificará sobre ti á los sacerdotes de los altos que queman sobre ti perfumes; y sobre ti quemarán huesos de hombres.
2 Und er rief wider den Altar durch das Wort des HERRN und sprach: Altar, Altar! so spricht der HERR: Siehe, es wird ein Sohn dem Hause David geboren werden mit Namen Josia; der wird auf dir opfern die Priester der Höhen, die auf dir räuchern, und wir Menschengebeine auf dir verbrennen.
3 The same day he gave them a sign, saying, This is the sign which the Lord has given: See, the altar will be broken and the burned waste on it overturned.
3 Et le même jour il donna un signe, en disant: C'est ici le signe que l'Éternel a parlé: Voici, l'autel se fendra, et la cendre qui est dessus sera répandue.
3 Agus thug sé comhartha san am céanna: “Seo é an comhartha,” ar sé, “gur labhair an Tiarna: ‘Pléascfaidh an altóir seo agus scaipfear an luaithreach atá uirthi.’ ”
3 Y aquel mismo día dió una señal, diciendo: Esta es la señal de que Jehová ha hablado: he aquí que el altar se quebrará, y la ceniza que sobre él está se derramará.
3 Und er gab des Tages ein Wunderzeichen und sprach: Das ist das Wunderzeichen, daß solches der HERR geredet hat: Siehe der Altar wird reißen und die Asche verschüttet werden, die darauf ist.
4 Then the king, hearing the man of God crying out against the altar at Beth-el, put out his hand from the altar, saying, Take him prisoner. And his hand, stretched out against him, became dead, and he had no power of pulling it back.
4 Lorsque le roi entendit la parole que l'homme de Dieu avait criée contre l'autel de Béthel, il avança la main de dessus l'autel, en disant: Saisissez le! Et la main que Jéroboam avait étendue contre lui devint sèche, et il ne put la ramener à soi.
4 Nuair a chuala an rí conas mar a ghlaoigh an giolla Dé in aghaidh na haltóra i mBéitéil, shín seisean, Iarobám, a lámh ón altóir amach, á rá: “Gabhaigí é.” Ach an lámh a shín sé amach in aghaidh an duine, shearg sí, agus níor fhéad sé í a tharraingt ar ais.
4 Y como el rey Jeroboam oyó la palabra del varón de Dios, que había clamado contra el altar de Beth-el, extendiendo su mano desde el altar, dijo: ¡Prendedle! Mas la mano que había extendido contra él, se le secó, que no la pudo tornar á sí.
4 Da aber der König das Wort von dem Mann Gottes hörte, der wider den Altar zu Beth-El rief, reckte er seine Hand aus bei dem Altar und sprach: Greift ihn! Und seine Hand verdorrte, die er wider ihn ausgereckt hatte, und er konnte sie nicht wieder zu sich ziehen.
5 And the altar was broken and the burned waste on it overturned; this was the sign which the man of God had given by the word of the Lord.
5 L'autel se fendit, et la cendre qui était dessus fut répandue, selon le signe qu'avait donné l'homme de Dieu, par la parole de l'Éternel.
5 Agus phléasc an altóir agus scaipeadh an luaithreach ón altóir, de réir an chomhartha a thug an giolla Dé ar ordú an Tiarna.
5 Y el altar se rompió, y derramóse la ceniza del altar, conforme á la señal que el varón de Dios había dado por palabra de Jehová.
5 Und der Altar riß, und die Asche ward verschüttet vom Altar nach dem Wunderzeichen, das der Mann Gottes gegeben hatte durch das Wort des HERRN.
6 Then the king made answer and said to the man of God, Make a prayer now for the grace of the Lord your God, and for me, that my hand may be made well. And in answer to the prayer of the man of God, the king's hand was made well again, as it was before.
6 Alors le roi prit la parole, et dit à l'homme de Dieu: Implore l'Éternel, ton Dieu, et prie pour moi, afin que je puisse retirer ma main. L'homme de Dieu implora l'Éternel, et le roi put retirer sa main, qui fut comme auparavant.
6 Dúirt an rí leis an ngiolla Dé: “Iarr fabhar an Tiarna do Dhia arís [agus guigh orm] ionas go bhfaighidh mé lúth mo láimhe ar ais.” Agus chuir an giolla Dé a impí chun an Tiarna, agus fuair an rí ar ais lúth a láimhe agus bhí sí mar a bhí roimhe sin.
6 Entonces respondiendo el rey, dijo al varón de Dios: Te pido que ruegues á la faz de Jehová tu Dios, y ora por mí, que mi mano me sea restituída. Y el varón de Dios oró á la faz de Jehová, y la mano del rey se le recuperó y tornóse como antes.
6 Und der König hob an und sprach zu dem Mann Gottes: Bitte das Angesicht des Herrn, deines Gottes, und bitte für mich, daß meine Hand wieder zu mir komme. Da bat der Mann Gottes das Angesicht des HERRN; und dem König ward seine Hand wieder zu ihm gebracht und ward, wie sie zuvor war.
7 And the king said to the man of God, Come with me to my house for food and rest, and I will give you a reward.
7 Le roi dit à l'homme de Dieu: Entre avec moi dans la maison, tu prendras quelque nourriture, et je te donnerai un présent.
7 Ansin dúirt an rí leis an ngiolla Dé: “Tar liom abhaile agus caith bia agus tabharfaidh mé luach saothair duit.”
7 Y el rey dijo al varón de Dios: Ven conmigo á casa, y comerás, y yo te daré un presente.
7 Und der König redete mit dem Mann Gottes: Komm mit mir heim und labe dich, ich will dir ein Geschenk geben.
8 But the man of God said to the king, Even if you gave me half of all you have, I would not go in with you, and I would not take food or a drink of water in this place;
8 L'homme de Dieu dit au roi: Quand tu me donnerais la moitié de ta maison, je n'entrerais pas avec toi. Je ne mangerai point de pain, et je ne boirai point d'eau dans ce lieu-ci;
8 Ach d'fhreagair an giolla Dé an rí: “Fiú dá dtabharfá leath do thí dom, ní rachainn leat. Ní íosfaidh mé greim aráin ná ní ólfaidh mé deoch uisce san áit seo,
8 Mas el varón de Dios dijo al rey: Si me dieses la mitad de tu casa, no iría contigo, ni comería pan ni bebería agua en este lugar;
8 Aber der Mann Gottes sprach zum König: Wenn du mir auch dein halbes Haus gäbst, so käme ich doch nicht mit dir; denn ich will an diesem Ort kein Brot essen noch Wasser trinken.
9 For so I was ordered by the word of the Lord, who said, You are not to take food or a drink of water, and you are not to go back the way you came.
9 car cet ordre m'a été donné, par la parole de l'Éternel: Tu ne mangeras point de pain et tu ne boiras point d'eau, et tu ne prendras pas à ton retour le chemin par lequel tu seras allé.
9 mar fuair mé ordú ón Tiarna á rá: ‘Ná hith greim aráin agus ná hol deoch uisce agus ná fill an bóthar ar ar tháinig tú.’ ”
9 Porque así me está mandado por palabra de Jehová, diciendo: No comas pan, ni bebas agua, ni vuelvas por el camino que fueres.
9 Denn also ist mir geboten durch des HERRN Wort und gesagt: Du sollst kein Brot essen und kein Wasser trinken und nicht wieder den Weg kommen, den du gegangen bist.
10 So he went another way, and not by the way he came to Beth-el.
10 Et il s'en alla par un autre chemin, il ne prit pas à son retour le chemin par lequel il était venu à Béthel.
10 Thug sé bóthar eile air féin agus níor fhill sé an tslí a ghabh sé ag teacht go Béitéil. Giolla Dé agus Fáidh
10 Fuése pues por otro camino, y no volvió por el camino por donde había venido á Beth-el.
10 Und er ging weg einen andern Weg und kam nicht wieder den Weg, den er gen Beth-El gekommen war.
11 Now there was an old prophet living in Beth-el; and one of his sons came and gave him word of all the man of God had done that day in Beth-el, and they gave their father an account of the words he had said to the king.
11 Or il y avait un vieux prophète qui demeurait à Béthel. Ses fils vinrent lui raconter toutes les choses que l'homme de Dieu avait faites à Béthel ce jour-là, et les paroles qu'il avait dites au roi. Lorsqu'ils en eurent fait le récit à leur père,
11 Agus bhí seanfháidh ina chónaí i mBéitéil, agus tháinig a chlann mhac á rá leis gach a ndearna an giolla Dé an lá sin i mBéitéil, agus na briathra a labhair sé leis an rí - d'insíodar iadsan leis dá n‑athair.
11 Moraba á la sazón en Beth-el un viejo profeta, al cual vino su hijo, y contóle todo lo que el varón de Dios había hecho aquel día en Beth-el: contáronle también á su padre las palabras que había hablado al rey.
11 Es wohnte aber ein alter Prophet zu Beth-El; zu dem kamen seine Söhne und erzählten ihm alle Werke, dir der Mann Gottes getan hatte des Tages zu Beth-El, und die Worte, die er zum König geredet hatte.
12 Then their father said to them, Which way did he go? Now his sons had seen which way the man of God who came from Judah had gone.
12 il leur dit: Par quel chemin s'en est-il allé? Ses fils avaient vu par quel chemin s'en était allé l'homme de Dieu qui était venu de Juda.
12 “Cén bealach a ghabh sé?” d'fhiafraigh a n‑athair díobh. Agus thaispeáin a chlann mhac [dó] an bealach a ghabh an giolla Dé a tháinig ó Iúdá.
12 Y su padre les dijo: ¿Por qué camino fué? Y sus hijos le mostraron el camino por donde se había tornado el varón de Dios, que había venido de Judá.
12 Und ihr Vater sprach zu ihnen: Wo ist der Weg, den er gezogen ist? Und seine Söhne zeigten ihm den Weg, den der Mann Gottes gezogen war, der von Juda gekommen war.
13 So the prophet said to his sons, Make ready an ass for me. So they made an ass ready, and he got on it,
13 Et il dit à ses fils: Sellez-moi l'âne. Ils lui sellèrent l'âne, et il monta dessus.
13 “Cuirigí an diallait ar an asal dom,” ar sé lena chlann mhac; chuireadar an diallait ar an asal dó dá bhrí sin agus chuaigh sé ar a mhuin.
13 Y él dijo á sus hijos: Enalbardadme el asno. Y ellos le enalbardaron el asno, y subió en él.
13 Er aber sprach zu seinen Söhnen: Sattelt mir den Esel! und da sie ihm den Esel sattelten, ritt er darauf
14 And went after the man of God, and came up with him while he was seated under an oak-tree. And he said to him, Are you the man of God who came from Judah? And he said, I am.
14 Il alla après l'homme de Dieu, et il le trouva assis sous un térébinthe. Il lui dit: Es-tu l'homme de Dieu qui est venu de Juda? Il répondit: Je le suis.
14 Lean sé an giolla Dé, agus fuair é ina shuí faoi scáth crann darach. “An tusa,” ar sé, “an giolla Dé a tháinig ó Iúdá?” “Is mé,” a d'fhreagair sé.
14 Y yendo tras el varón de Dios, hallóle que estaba sentado debajo de un alcornoque: y díjole: ¿Eres tú el varón de Dios que viniste de Judá? Y él dijo: Yo soy.
14 und zog dem Mann Gottes nach und fand ihn unter einer Eiche sitzen und sprach: Bist du der Mann Gottes, der von Juda gekommen ist? Er sprach: Ja.
15 Then he said to him, Come back to the house with me and have a meal.
15 Alors il lui dit: Viens avec moi à la maison, et tu prendras quelque nourriture.
15 “Tar abhaile liom,” ar sé, “agus caith bia.”
15 Díjole entonces: Ven conmigo á casa, y come del pan.
15 Er sprach zu ihm: Komm mit mir heim und iß Brot.
16 But he said, I may not go back with you or go into your house; and I will not take food or a drink of water with you in this place;
16 Mais il répondit: Je ne puis ni retourner avec toi, ni entrer chez toi. Je ne mangerai point de pain, je ne boirai point d'eau avec toi en ce lieu-ci;
16 “Ní féidir liom filleadh ar ais leat,” ar sé, “[ná dul isteach abhaile leat] ná bia ná deoch a chaitheamh anseo leat,
16 Mas él respondió: No podré volver contigo, ni iré contigo; ni tampoco comeré pan ni beberé agua contigo en este lugar;
16 Er aber sprach: Ich kann nicht mit dir umkehren und mit dir kommen; ich will auch nicht Brot essen noch Wasser trinken mit dir an diesem Ort.
17 For the Lord said to me, You are not to take food or water there, or go back again by the way you came.
17 car il m'a été dit, par la parole de l'Éternel: Tu n'y mangeras point de pain et tu n'y boiras point d'eau, et tu ne prendras pas à ton retour le chemin par lequel tu seras allé.
17 mar fuair mé ordú ón Tiarna: ‘Ná hith greim aráin agus ná hól deoch uisce ansiúd agus ná fill an bothar ar ar tháinig tú.’ ”
17 Porque por palabra de Dios me ha sido dicho: No comas pan ni bebas agua allí, ni vuelvas por el camino que fueres.
17 Denn es ist mit mir geredet worden durch das Wort des HERRN: Du sollst daselbst weder Brot essen noch Wasser trinken; du sollst nicht wieder den Weg gehen, den du gegangen bist.
18 Then he said to him, I am a prophet like you; and an angel said to me by the word of the Lord, Take him back with you and give him food and water. But he said false words to him.
18 Et il lui dit: Moi aussi, je suis prophète comme toi; et un ange m'a parlé de la part de l'Éternel, et m'a dit: Ramène-le avec toi dans ta maison, et qu'il mange du pain et boive de l'eau. Il lui mentait.
18 D'fhreagair an fear eile: “Is fáidh mise ar aon dul leat, agus dúirt aingeal liom ar ordú an Tiarna: ‘Tabhair leat ar ais chun do thí é ionas go gcaithfeadh sé bia agus deoch.’ ” Ach ba bhréag a d'inis sé dó.
18 Y el otro le dijo: Yo también soy profeta como tú, y un ángel me ha hablado por palabra de Jehová, diciendo: Vuélvele contigo á tu casa, para que coma pan y beba agua. Empero mintióle.
18 Er sprach zu ihm: Ich bin auch ein Prophet wie du, und ein Engel hat mit mir geredet durch des HERRN Wort und gesagt: Führe ihn wieder mit dir heim, daß er Brot esse und Wasser trinke. Er log ihm aber
19 So he went back with him, and had a meal in his house and a drink of water.
19 L'homme de Dieu retourna avec lui, et il mangea du pain et but de l'eau dans sa maison.
19 Chuaigh an giolla Dé ar ais leis agus chaith sé bia agus deoch ina theach.
19 Entonces volvió con él, y comió del pan en su casa, y bebió del agua.
19 und führte ihn wieder zurück, daß er Brot aß und Wasser trank in seinem Hause.
20 But while they were seated at the table, the word of the Lord came to the prophet who had taken him back;
20 Comme ils étaient assis à table, la parole de l'Éternel fut adressée au prophète qui l'avait ramené.
20 Agus ina suí chun boird dóibh tháinig briathar an Tiarna chun an fháidh a thug ar ais é,
20 Y aconteció que, estando ellos á la mesa, fué palabra de Jehová al profeta que le había hecho volver;
20 Und da sie zu Tisch saßen, kam das Wort des HERRN zu dem Propheten, der ihn wieder zurückgeführt hatte;
21 And crying out to the man of God who came from Judah, he said, The Lord says, Because you have gone against the voice of the Lord, and have not done as you were ordered by the Lord,
21 Et il cria à l'homme de Dieu qui était venu de Juda: Ainsi parle l'Éternel: Parce que tu as été rebelle à l'ordre de l'Éternel, et que tu n'as pas observé le commandement que l'Éternel, ton Dieu, t'avait donné;
21 agus labhair sé os ard leis an ngiolla Dé a tháinig ó Iúdá: “Mar seo a deir an Tiarna,” ar sé: “ ‘Dé bhrí go raibh tú easumhal d'ordú an Tiarna agus nár chomhlíon tú na treoracha a thug an Tiarna do Dhia duit,
21 Y clamó al varón de Dios que había venido de Judá, diciendo: Así dijo Jehová: Por cuanto has sido rebelde al dicho de Jehová, y no guardaste el mandamiento que Jehová tu Dios te había prescrito,
21 und er rief dem Mann Gottes zu, der da von Juda gekommen war, und sprach: So spricht der HERR: Darum daß du dem Munde des HERRN bist ungehorsam gewesen und hast nicht gehalten das Gebot, das dir der HERR, dein Gott, geboten hat,
22 But have come back, and have taken food and water in this place where he said you were to take no food or water; your dead body will not be put to rest with your fathers.
22 parce que tu es retourné, et que tu as mangé du pain et bu de l'eau dans le lieu dont il t'avait dit: Tu n'y mangeras point de pain et tu n'y boiras point d'eau, -ton cadavre n'entrera pas dans le sépulcre de tes pères.
22 ach teacht ar ais agus bia agus deoch a chaitheamh san áit inar choisc sé bia agus deoch ort, ní shroichfidh do chorp tuama do shinsear.’ ”
22 Sino que volviste, y comiste del pan y bebiste del agua en el lugar donde Jehová te había dicho no comieses pan ni bebieses agua, no entrará tu cuerpo en el sepulcro de tus padres.
22 und bist umgekehrt, hast Brot gegessen und Wasser getrunken an dem Ort, davon ich dir sagte: Du sollst weder Brot essen noch Wasser trinken, so soll dein Leichnam nicht in deiner Väter Grab kommen.
23 Now after the meal he made ready the ass for him, for the prophet whom he had taken back.
23 Et quand le prophète qu'il avait ramené eut mangé du pain et qu'il eut bu de l'eau, il sella l'âne pour lui.
23 Nuair a bhí bia agus deoch caite aige, chuir an fáidh an diallait ar an asal dó, agus [chas sé timpeall agus d'imigh leis].
23 Y como hubo comido del pan y bebido, el profeta que le había hecho volver le enalbardó un asno;
23 Und nachdem er Brot gegessen und getrunken hatte, sattelte man den Esel dem Propheten, den er wieder zurückgeführt hatte.
24 And he went on his way; but on the road a lion came rushing at him and put him to death; and his dead body was stretched in the road with the ass by its side, and the lion was there by the body.
24 L'homme de Dieu s'en alla: et il fut rencontré dans le chemin par un lion qui le tua. Son cadavre était étendu dans le chemin; l'âne resta près de lui, et le lion se tint à côté du cadavre.
24 Ar an mbothar dó bhuail leon leis sa tslí agus mharaigh sé é. Fágadh a chorp sínte faon ar an mbóthar; d'fhan an t‑asal ina sheasamh ansiúd taobh leis, agus d'fhan an leon ina sheasamh ag an gcorp chomh maith.
24 Y yéndose, topóle un león en el camino, y matóle; y su cuerpo estaba echado en el camino, y el asno estaba junto á él, y el león también estaba junto al cuerpo.
24 Und da er wegzog, fand ihn ein Löwe auf dem Wege und tötete ihn; und sein Leichnam lag geworfen in dem Wege, und der Esel stand neben ihm und der Löwe stand neben dem Leichnam.
25 And some men, going by, saw the body stretched out in the road with the lion by its side; and they came and gave news of it in the town where the old prophet was living.
25 Et voici, des gens qui passaient virent le cadavre étendu dans le chemin et le lion se tenant à côté du cadavre; et ils en parlèrent à leur arrivée dans la ville où demeurait le vieux prophète.
25 Chonaic daoine a bhí ag gabháil thar bráid an corp sínte ar an mbóthar agus an leon chomh maith ina sheasamh ag taobh an choirp, agus d'imíodar agus d'insíodar ina thaobh sa chathair ina raibh cónaí ar an seanfháidh.
25 Y he aquí unos que pasaban, y vieron el cuerpo que estaba echado en el camino, y el león que estaba junto al cuerpo: y vinieron, y dijéronlo en la ciudad donde el viejo profeta habitaba.
25 Und da Leute vorübergingen, sahen sie den Leichnam in den Weg geworfen und den Löwen bei dem Leichnam stehen, und kamen und sagten es in der Stadt, darin der alte Prophet wohnte.
26 Then the prophet who had made him come back, hearing it, said, It is the man of God, who went against the word of the Lord; that is why the Lord has given him to the lion to be wounded to death, as the Lord said.
26 Lorsque le prophète qui avait ramené du chemin l'homme de Dieu l'eut appris, il dit: C'est l'homme de Dieu qui a été rebelle à l'ordre de l'Éternel, et l'Éternel l'a livré au lion, qui l'a déchiré et l'a fait mourir, selon la parole que l'Éternel lui avait dite.
26 Agus nuair a chuala an fáidh, a chuir d'iallach ar an bhfear filleadh ar ais, ina thaobh, dúirt sé: “Sé an giolla Dé é, a bhí easumhal d'ordú an Tiarna! Thug an Tiarna suas don leon é, agus rinne seisean é a stolladh agus a mharú, de réir an bhriathair a labhair an Tiarna leis.”
26 Y oyéndolo el profeta que le había vuelto del camino, dijo: El varón de Dios es, que fué rebelde al dicho de Jehová: por tanto Jehová le ha entregado al león, que le ha quebrantado y muerto, conforme á la palabra de Jehová que él le dijo.
26 Da das der Prophet hörte, der ihn wieder zurückgeführt hatte, sprach er: Es ist der Mann Gottes, der dem Munde des HERRN ist ungehorsam gewesen. Darum hat ihn der HERR dem Löwen gegeben; der hat ihn zerrissen und getötet nach dem Wort, das ihm der HERR gesagt hat.
27 And he said to his sons, Make ready the ass for me. And they did so.
27 Puis, s'adressant à ses fils, il dit: Sellez-moi l'âne. Ils le sellèrent,
27 Agus dúirt sé lena chlann mhac: “Cuirigí an diallait ar an asal dom,” agus chuireadar.
27 Y habló á sus hijos, y díjoles: Enalbardadme un asno. Y ellos se lo enalbardaron.
27 Und er sprach zu seinen Söhnen: Sattelt mir den Esel! Und da sie ihn gesattelt hatten,
28 And he went and saw the dead body stretched out in the road with the ass and the lion by its side: the lion had not taken the body for its food or done any damage to the ass.
28 et il partit. Il trouva le cadavre étendu dans le chemin, et l'âne et le lion qui se tenaient à côté du cadavre. Le lion n'avait pas dévoré le cadavre et n'avait pas déchiré l'âne.
28 D'imigh sé leis agus fuair sé corp an fhir sínte ar an mbóthar agus an t‑asal agus an leon ina seasamh taobh leis an gcorp. Ní raibh an corp ite ná an t‑asal stollta ag an leon.
28 Y él fué, y halló su cuerpo tendido en el camino, y el asno y el león estaban junto al cuerpo: el león no había comido el cuerpo, ni dañado al asno.

29 Then the prophet took up the body of the man of God and put it on the ass and took it back; and he came to the town to put the body to rest with weeping.

29 Y tomando el profeta el cuerpo del varón de Dios, púsolo sobre el asno, y llevóselo. Y el profeta viejo vino á la ciudad, para endecharle y enterrarle.
29 Da hob der Prophet den Leichnam des Mannes Gottes auf und legte ihn auf den Esel und führte ihn wieder zurück und kam in die Stadt des alten Propheten, daß sie ihn beklagten und begrüben.

32 For the outcry he made by the word of the Lord against the altar in Beth-el and against all the houses of the high places in the towns of Samaria, will certainly come about.
32 Car elle s'accomplira, la parole qu'il a criée, de la part de l'Éternel, contre l'autel de Béthel et contre toutes les maisons des hauts lieux qui sont dans les villes de Samarie.
32 Óir an briathar a ghlaoigh sé ar ordú an Tiarna in aghaidh altóir Bhéitéil, agus in aghaidh scrínte uile na n‑ardionad i gcathracha na Samáire, tiocfaidh sé chun críche go cinnte.”
32 Porque sin duda vendrá lo que él dijo á voces por palabra de Jehová contra el altar que está en Beth-el, y contra todas las casas de los altos que están en las ciudades de Samaria.
32 Denn es wird geschehen was er geschrieen hat wider den Altar zu Beth-El durch das Wort des HERRN und wider alle Häuser der Höhen, die in den Städten Samarias sind.
33 After this Jeroboam, not turning back from his evil ways, still made priests for his altars from among all the people; he made a priest of anyone desiring it, so that there might be priests of the high places.
33 Après cet événement, Jéroboam ne se détourna point de sa mauvaise voie. Il créa de nouveau des prêtres des hauts lieux pris parmi tout le peuple; quiconque en avait le désir, il le consacrait prêtre des hauts lieux.

33 Después de esto no se tornó Jeroboam de su mal camino: antes volvió á hacer sacerdotes de los altos de la clase del pueblo, y quien quería se consagraba, y era de los sacerdotes de los altos.
33 Aber nach dieser Geschichte kehrte sich Jerobeam nicht von seinem bösen Wege, sondern machte Priester der Höhen aus allem Volk. Zu wem er Lust hatte, dessen Hand füllte er, und der ward Priester der Höhen.
34 And this became a sin in the family of Jeroboam, causing it to be cut off and sent to destruction from the face of the earth.
34 Ce fut là une occasion de péché pour la maison de Jéroboam, et c'est pour cela qu'elle a été exterminée et détruite de dessus la face de la terre.
