1 And the limit of the land marked out for the children of Joseph went out from Jordan at Jericho, at the waters of Jericho on the east, in the waste land, going up from Jericho through the hill-country to Beth-el;
1 La part échue par le sort aux fils de Joseph s'étendait depuis le Jourdain près de Jéricho, vers les eaux de Jéricho, à l'orient. La limite suivait le désert qui s'élève de Jéricho à Béthel par la montagne.

1 Y La suerte del los hijos de José salió desde el Jordán de Jericó hasta las aguas de Jericó hacia el oriente, al desierto que sube de Jericó al monte de Beth-el:
1 Und das Los fiel den Kindern Joseph aufgangwärts vom Jordan gegenüber Jericho bis zum Wasser bei Jericho, und die Wüste, die heraufgeht von Jericho durch das Gebirge gen Beth-El;
2 And it goes out from Beth-el to Luz, and on as far as the limit of the Archites to Ataroth;
2 Elle continuait de Béthel à Luz, et passait vers la frontière des Arkiens par Atharoth.
2 chuaigh sí ó Bhéitéil go Lúz agus ar aghaidh i dtreo theorainn na nAircíoch ag Atárót.
2 Y de Beth-el sale á Luz, y pasa al término de Archi en Ataroth;
2 und kommt von Beth-El heraus gen Lus und geht durch zur Grenze des Arachiters gen Ataroth
3 And it goes down to the west to the limit of the Japhletites, to the limit of Beth-horon the lower, as far as Gezer; ending at the sea.
3 Puis elle descendait à l'occident vers la frontière des Japhléthiens jusqu'à celle de Beth Horon la basse et jusqu'à Guézer, pour aboutir à la mer.
3 Síos léi ansin agus siar go teorainn na nIaflaetach chomh fada le críocha Bhéit Horon íochtaraigh, ansin go Geizir agus go ceann scríbe ag an bhfarraige.
3 Y torna á descender hacia la mar al término de Japhlet, hasta el término de Beth-oron la de abajo, y hasta Gezer; y sale á la mar.
3 und zieht sich hernieder abendwärts zu der Grenze des Japhletiters bis an die Grenze des niederen Beth-Horon und bis gen Geser; und das Ende ist am Meer.
4 And the children of Joseph, Manasseh and Ephraim, took their heritage.
4 C'est là que reçurent leur héritage les fils de Joseph, Manassé et Éphraïm.
4 Sin í an oidhreacht a fuair muintir Iósaef, Manaise agus Eafráim.
4 Recibieron pues heredad los hijos de José, Manasés y Ephraim.
4 Das haben zum Erbteil genommen die Kinder Josephs, Manasse und Ephraim.
5 And the limit of the land of the children of Ephraim by their families was marked out in this way: the limit of their heritage to the east was Ataroth-addar, to Beth-horon the higher;
5 Voici les limites des fils d'Éphraïm, selon leurs familles. La limite de leur héritage était, à l'orient, Atharoth Addar jusqu'à Beth Horon la haute.
5 Maidir le fearann chlann Eafráim de réir a bhfiní: ba é Atárót Adár go Béit Horon uachtarach teorainn a n‑oidhreachta lastoir.
5 Y fué el término de los hijos de Ephraim por sus familias, fué el término de su herencia á la parte oriental, desde Ataroth-addar hasta Beth-oron la de arriba:
5 Die Grenze der Kinder Ephraim nach ihren Geschlechtern, die Grenze ihres Erbteils aufgangwärts, war Ataroth-Adar bis zum obern Beth-Horon
6 The line goes out to the west at Michmethath on the north; then turning to the east to Taanath-shiloh, going past it on the east of Janoah;
6 Elle continuait du côté de l'occident vers Micmethath au nord, tournait à l'orient vers Thaanath Silo, et passait dans la direction de l'orient par Janoach.
6 Shroich sí ceann scríbe ag an bhfarraige... Micmeatát lastuaidh; chas an teorainn soir go Tanát Sileo, agus ar aghaidh thairis lastoir go Iánóchá.
6 Y sale este término á la mar, y á Michmetat al norte, y da vuelta este término hacia el oriente á Tanath-silo, y de aquí pasa al oriente á Janoa:
6 und geht aus gegen Abend bei Michmethath, das gegen Mitternacht liegt; daselbst lenkt sie sich herum gegen Aufgang gen Thaanath-Silo und geht da durch aufgangwärts gen Janoha
7 And from Janoah down to Ataroth, and to Naarah, and touching Jericho, it goes on to Jordan.
7 De Janoach elle descendait à Atharoth et à Naaratha, touchait à Jéricho, et se prolongeait jusqu'au Jourdain.
7 Ghabh sí síos ansin ó Iánóchá go hAtárót agus go Nárá, theagmhaigh le Ireachó agus shroich ceann scríbe ag an Iordáin.
7 Y de Janoa desciende á Ataroth, y á Naaratha, y toca en Jericó, y sale al Jordán.
7 und kommt herab von Janoha gen Ataroth und Naarath und stößt an Jericho und geht aus am Jordan;
8 From Tappuah the line goes on to the west to the river of Kanah; ending at the sea. This is the heritage of the children of Ephraim by their families;
8 De Tappuach elle allait vers l'occident au torrent de Kana, pour aboutir à la mer. Tel fut l'héritage de la tribu des fils d'Éphraïm, selon leurs familles.
8 Ghabh an teorainn siar ó Thapúach go sileán Cháná agus shroich ceann scríbe ag an bhfarraige. Ba é sin oidhreacht chlann Eafráim de réir a bhfiní,
8 Y de Tappua torna este término hacia la mar al arroyo de Cana, y sale á la mar. Esta es la heredad de la tribu de los hijos de Ephraim por sus familias.
8 von Thappuah geht sie abendwärts zum Bach Kana; und ihr Ende ist am Meer. Das ist das Erbteil des Stammes der Kinder Ephraim nach ihren Geschlechtern.
9 Together with the towns marked out for the children of Ephraim in the heritage of Manasseh, all the towns with their unwalled places.
9 Les fils d'Éphraïm avaient aussi des villes séparées au milieu de l'héritage des fils de Manassé, toutes avec leurs villages.

9 Hubo también ciudades que se apartaron para los hijos de Ephraim en medio de la herencia de los hijos de Manasés, todas ciudades con sus aldeas.

10 And the Canaanites who were living in Gezer were not forced out; but the Canaanites have been living among Ephraim, to this day, as servants, doing forced work.
10 Ils ne chassèrent point les Cananéens qui habitaient à Guézer, et les Cananéens ont habité au milieu d'Éphraïm jusqu'à ce jour, mais ils furent assujettis à un tribut.
