1 Now when all these things have come on you, the blessing and the curse which I have put before you, if the thought of them comes back to your minds, when you are living among the nations where the Lord your God has sent you,
1 Lorsque toutes ces choses t'arriveront, la bénédiction et la malédiction que je mets devant toi, si tu les prends à coeur au milieu de toutes les nations chez lesquelles l'Éternel, ton Dieu, t'aura chassé,
1 “Nuair a thiocfaidh na nithe seo go léir sa mhullach ort, an bheannacht agus an mhallacht a chuir mé romhat, má thugann tú chun cuimhne iad i measc na náisiún go léir, mar a dtiomáinfidh an Tiarna do Dhia thú,
1 Y Sera que, cuando te sobrevinieren todas estas cosas, la bendición y la maldición que he puesto delante de ti, y volvieres á tu corazón en medio de todas las gentes á las cuales Jehová tu Dios te hubiere echado,
1 Wenn nun über dich kommt dies alles, es sei der Segen oder der Fluch, die ich dir vorgelegt habe, und du in dein Herz gehst, wo du unter den Heiden bist, dahin dich der HERR, dein Gott, verstoßen hat,
2 And your hearts are turned again to the Lord your God, and you give ear to his word which I give you today, you and your children, with all your heart and with all your soul:
2 si tu reviens à l'Éternel, ton Dieu, et si tu obéis à sa voix de tout ton coeur et de toute ton âme, toi et tes enfants, selon tout ce que je te prescris aujourd'hui,
2 agus go n‑iompaíonn tú chun an Tiarna do Dhia, tú féin agus do chlann, agus go ngéilleann tú dá ghlór san uile ní a ordaím duit inniu, ó do chroí go hiomlán agus ó d'anam go hiomlán,
2 Y te convirtieres á Jehová tu Dios, y obedecieres á su voz conforme á todo lo que yo te mando hoy, tú y tus hijos, con todo tu corazón y con toda tu alma,
2 und bekehrst dich zu dem HERRN, deinem Gott, daß du seiner Stimme gehorchest, du und deine Kinder, von ganzem Herzen und von ganzer Seele, in allem, was ich dir heute gebiete,
3 Then the Lord will have pity on you, changing your fate, and taking you back again from among all the nations where you have been forced to go.
3 alors l'Éternel, ton Dieu, ramènera tes captifs et aura compassion de toi, il te rassemblera encore du milieu de tous les peuples chez lesquels l'Éternel, ton Dieu, t'aura dispersé.
3 ansin tabharfaidh an Tiarna do Dhia do chonách ar ais, agus beidh trua aige duit agus cruinneoidh sé thú arís ó na pobail go léir mar ar scaip an Tiarna do Dhia thú.
3 Jehová también volverá tus cautivos, y tendrá misericordia de ti, y tornará á recogerte de todos los pueblos á los cuales te hubiere esparcido Jehová tu Dios.
3 so wird der HERR, dein Gott, dein Gefängnis wenden und sich deiner erbarmen und wird dich wieder versammeln aus allen Völkern, dahin dich der HERR, dein Gott, verstreut hat.
4 Even if those who have been forced out are living in the farthest part of heaven, the Lord your God will go in search of you, and take you back;
4 Quand tu serais exilé à l'autre extrémité du ciel, l'Éternel, ton Dieu, te rassemblera de là, et c'est là qu'il t'ira chercher.
4 Má bhíonn fán fada ar aon chuid agaibh go himill na cruinne cruinneoidh an Tiarna do Dhia fiú ón áit sin thú, agus tabharfaidh sé leis as sin thú,
4 Si hubieres sido arrojado hasta el cabo de los cielos, de allí te recogerá Jehová tu Dios, y de allá te tomará:
4 Wenn du bis an der Himmel Ende verstoßen wärest, so wird dich doch der HERR, dein Gott, von dort sammeln und dich von dort holen
5 Placing you again in the land of your fathers as your heritage; and he will do you good, increasing you till you are more in number than your fathers were.
5 L'Éternel, ton Dieu, te ramènera dans le pays que possédaient tes pères, et tu le posséderas; il te fera du bien, et te rendra plus nombreux que tes pères.
5 agus tabharfaidh ar ais thú chun na tíre a bhí i seilbh d'aithreacha d'fhonn go mbeadh seilbh agatsa leis air, agus cuirfidh sé conách agus rath ort seachas mar a bhí ar d'aithreacha.
5 Y volverte ha Jehová tu Dios á la tierra que heredaron tus padres, y la poseerás; y te hará bien, y te multiplicará más que á tus padres.
5 und wird dich in das Land bringen, das deine Väter besessen haben, und wirst es einnehmen, und er wird dir Gutes tun und dich mehren über deine Väter.
6 And the Lord your God will give to you and to your seed a circumcision of the heart, so that, loving him with all your heart and all your soul, you may have life.
6 L'Éternel, ton Dieu, circoncira ton coeur et le coeur de ta postérité, et tu aimeras l'Éternel, ton Dieu, de tout ton coeur et de toute ton âme, afin que tu vives.
6 Déanfaidh an Tiarna do Dhia timpeallghearradh ar do chroí agus ar chroí do shleachta i dtreo go dtabharfaidh tú grá don Tiarna do Dhia ó do chroí go hiomlán agus ó d'anam go hiomlán agus go mbeadh an bheatha agat.
6 Y circuncidará Jehová tu Dios tu corazón, y el corazón de tu simiente, para que ames á Jehová tu Dios con todo tu corazón y con toda tu alma, á fin de que tú vivas.
6 Und der HERR, dein Gott, wird dein Herz beschneiden und das Herz deiner Nachkommen, daß du den HERRN, deinen Gott, liebst von ganzem Herzen und von ganzer Seele, auf daß du leben mögest.
7 And the Lord your God will put all these curses on those who are against you, and on your haters who put a cruel yoke on you.
7 L'Éternel, ton Dieu, fera tomber toutes ces malédictions sur tes ennemis, sur ceux qui t'auront haï et persécuté.
7 Cuirfidh an Tiarna do Dhia na mallachtaí sin go léir sa mhullach ar d'eascairde agus ar do naimhde a rinne géarleanúint ort.
7 Y pondrá Jehová tu Dios todas estas maldiciones sobre tus enemigos, y sobre tus aborrecedores que te persiguieron.
7 Aber diese Flüche wird der HERR, dein Gott, alle auf deine Feinde legen und auf die, so dich hassen und verfolgen;
8 And you will again give ear to the voice of the Lord, and do all his orders which I have given you today.
8 Et toi, tu reviendras à l'Éternel, tu obéiras à sa voix, et tu mettras en pratique tous ces commandements que je te prescris aujourd'hui.
8 Géillfidh tú do ghlór an Tiarna agus coimeádfaidh tú na haitheanta go léir dá chuid a ordaímse duit inniu.
8 Y tú volverás, y oirás la voz de Jehová, y pondrás por obra todos sus mandamientos, que yo te intimo hoy.
8 du aber wirst dich bekehren und der Stimme des HERRN gehorchen, daß du tust alle seine Gebote, die ich dir heute gebiete.
9 And the Lord your God will make you fertile in all good things, blessing the work of your hands, and the fruit of your body, and the fruit of your cattle, and the fruit of your land: for the Lord will have joy in you, as he had in your fathers:
9 L'Éternel, ton Dieu, te comblera de biens en faisant prospérer tout le travail de tes mains, le fruit de tes entrailles, le fruit de tes troupeaux et le fruit de ton sol; car l'Éternel prendra de nouveau plaisir à ton bonheur, comme il prenait plaisir à celui de tes pères,
9 Cuirfidh an Tiarna do Dhia conách bláfar ar shaothar do lámh go léir, ar thoradh do choirp, ar thoradh do airnéise, agus ar thoradh do thalún. Óir tabharfaidh an Tiarna gean do do chonách arís mar a rinne le d'aithreacha,
9 Y hacerte ha Jehová tu Dios abundar en toda obra de tus manos, en el fruto de tu vientre, en el fruto de tu bestia, y en el fruto de tu tierra, para bien: porque Jehová volverá á gozarse sobre ti para bien, de la manera que se gozó sobre tus padres;
9 Und der HERR, dein Gott, wird dir Glück geben in allen Werken deiner Hände, an der Frucht deines Leibes, an der Frucht deines Viehs, an der Frucht deines Landes, daß dir's zugut komme. Denn der HERR wird sich wenden, daß er sich über dich freue, dir zugut, wie er sich über deine Väter gefreut hat,
10 If you give ear to the voice of the Lord your God, keeping his orders and his laws which are recorded in this book of the law, and turning to the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul.
10 lorsque tu obéiras à la voix de l'Éternel, ton Dieu, en observant ses commandements et ses ordres écrits dans ce livre de la loi, lorsque tu reviendras à l'Éternel, ton Dieu, de tout ton coeur et de toute ton âme.
10 má ghéilleann tú do ghlór an Tiarna do Dhia agus a aitheanta a choimeád agus na reachtanna leis atá scríofa sa leabhar seo a dhlí, agus má chasann tú chun an Tiarna do Dhia ó do chroí go hiomlán agus ó d'anam go hiomlán.
10 Cuando oyeres la voz de Jehová tu Dios, para guardar sus mandamientos y sus estatutos escritos en este libro de la ley; cuando te convirtieres á Jehová tu Dios con todo tu corazón y con toda tu alma.
10 darum daß du der Stimme des HERRN, deines Gottes, gehorchest, zu halten seine Gebote und Rechte, die geschrieben stehen im Buch dieses Gesetzes, so du dich wirst bekehren zu dem HERRN, deinem Gott, von ganzem Herzen und von ganzer Seele.
11 For these orders which I have given you today are not strange and secret, and are not far away.
11 Ce commandement que je te prescris aujourd'hui n'est certainement point au-dessus de tes forces et hors de ta portée.
11 “Óir an dlí seo a aithním duit inniu níl sé thar do chumas ná gan breith agat air.
11 Porque este mandamiento que yo te intimo hoy, no te es encubierto, ni está lejos:
11 Denn das Gebot, das ich dir heute gebiete, ist dir nicht verborgen noch zu ferne
12 They are not in heaven, for you to say, Who will go up to heaven for us and give us knowledge of them so that we may do them?
12 Il n'est pas dans le ciel, pour que tu dises: Qui montera pour nous au ciel et nous l'ira chercher, qui nous le fera entendre, afin que nous le mettions en pratique?
12 Ní ar neamh atá sé agus nár mhór duit a rá: ‘Cé rachaidh suas ar neamh dúinn lena bhreith anuas chugainn, chun go gcluinfimís é agus déanamh dá réir?”
12 No está en el cielo, para que digas: ¿Quién subirá por nosotros al cielo, y nos lo traerá y nos lo representará, para que lo cumplamos?
12 noch im Himmel, daß du möchtest sagen: Wer will uns in den Himmel fahren und es uns holen, daß wir's hören und tun?
13 And they are not across the sea, for you to say, Who will go over the sea for us and give us news of them so that we may do them?
13 Il n'est pas de l'autre côté de la mer, pour que tu dises: Qui passera pour nous de l'autre côté de la mer et nous l'ira chercher, qui nous le fera entendre, afin que nous le mettions en pratique?
13 Ní mó ná sin is thar lear atá agus nár mhór duit a rá: ‘Cé rachaidh thar lear dúinn agus é a thabhairt chugainn chun go gcluinfimís é agus déanamh dá réir?”
13 Ni está de la otra parte de la mar, para que digas: ¿Quién pasará por nosotros la mar, para que nos lo traiga y nos lo represente, á fin de que lo cumplamos?
13 Es ist auch nicht jenseit des Meers, daß du möchtest sagen: Wer will uns über das Meer fahren und es uns holen, daß wir's hören und tun?
14 But the word is very near you, in your mouth and in your heart, so that you may do it.
14 C'est une chose, au contraire, qui est tout près de toi, dans ta bouche et dans ton coeur, afin que tu la mettes en pratique.
14 Ní amhlaidh atá; tá an briathar an-ghar duit; tá sé i do bhéal agus i do chroí agat le comhlíonadh.
14 Porque muy cerca de ti está la palabra, en tu boca y en tu corazón, para que la cumplas.
14 Denn es ist das Wort gar nahe bei dir, in deinem Munde und in deinem Herzen, daß du es tust.
15 See, I have put before you today, life and good, and death and evil;
15 Vois, je mets aujourd'hui devant toi la vie et le bien, la mort et le mal.
15 “Seo beatha agus rath, bás agus urchóid á gcur agam romhat inniu.
15 Mira, yo he puesto delante de ti hoy la vida y el bien, la muerte y el mal:
15 Siehe ich habe dir heute vorgelegt das Leben und das Gute, den Tod und das Böse,
16 In giving you orders today to have love for the Lord your God, to go in his ways and keep his laws and his orders and his decisions, so that you may have life and be increased, and that the blessing of the Lord your God may be with you in the land where you are going, the land of your heritage.
16 Car je te prescris aujourd'hui d'aimer l'Éternel, ton Dieu, de marcher dans ses voies, et d'observer ses commandements, ses lois et ses ordonnances, afin que tu vives et que tu multiplies, et que l'Éternel, ton Dieu, te bénisse dans le pays dont tu vas entrer en possession.
16 Má ghéilleann tú d'aitheanta an Tiarna do Dhia a ordaímse duit inniu, má ghránn tú an Tiarna do Dhia agus siúl ina bhealaí, agus a aitheanta, a reachtanna agus a orduithe a choimeád, ansin beidh an bheatha agat, agus beidh síol ort, agus cuirfidh an Tiarna do Dhia a bheannacht ort sa tír a bhfuil tú ag dul ann lena shealbhú.
16 Porque yo te mando hoy que ames á Jehová tu Dios, que andes en sus caminos, y guardes sus mandamientos y sus estatutos y sus derechos, para que vivas y seas multiplicado, y Jehová tu Dios te bendiga en la tierra á la cual entras para poseerla.
16 der ich dir heute gebiete, daß du den HERRN, deinen Gott, liebst und wandelst in seinen Wegen und seine Gebote, Gesetze und Rechte haltest und leben mögest und gemehrt werdest und dich der HERR, dein Gott, segne in dem Lande, in das du einziehst, es einzunehmen.
17 But if your heart is turned away and your ear is shut, and you go after those who would make you servants and worshippers of other gods:
17 Mais si ton coeur se détourne, si tu n'obéis point, et si tu te laisses entraîner à te prosterner devant d'autres dieux et à les servir,
17 Ach má chlaonann do chroí, má dhiúltaíonn tú éisteacht agus go mealltar thú chun adhradh do dhéithe eile agus seirbhís dóibh,
17 Mas si tu corazón se apartare, y no oyeres, y fueres incitado, y te inclinares á dioses ajenos, y los sirvieres;
17 Wendest du aber dein Herz und gehorchst nicht, sondern läßt dich verführen, daß du andere Götter anbetest und ihnen dienest,
18 I give witness against you this day that destruction will certainly be your fate, and your days will be cut short in the land where you are going, the land of your heritage on the other side of Jordan.
18 je vous déclare aujourd'hui que vous périrez, que vous ne prolongerez point vos jours dans le pays dont vous allez entrer en possession, après avoir passé le Jourdain.
18 fógraím daoibh inniu go scriosfar sibh, go scriosfar sin; is gearr é bhur seal sa tír a bhfuil tú ag dul thar Iordáin isteach ann á shealbhú.
18 Protéstoos hoy que de cierto pereceréis: no tendréis largos días sobre la tierra, para ir á la cual pasas el Jordán para poseerla.
18 so verkündige ich euch heute, daß ihr umkommen und nicht lange in dem Lande bleiben werdet, dahin du einziehst über den Jordan, es einzunehmen.
19 Let heaven and earth be my witnesses against you this day that I have put before you life and death, a blessing and a curse: so take life for yourselves and for your seed:
19 J'en prends aujourd'hui à témoin contre vous le ciel et la terre: j'ai mis devant toi la vie et la mort, la bénédiction et la malédiction. Choisis la vie, afin que tu vives, toi et ta postérité,
19 Glaoim ar neamh agus ar thalamh chun fianaise a bhreith in bhur n‑aghaidh inniu: Chuir mé romhat bás nó beatha, beannacht nó mallacht. Beir an bheatha de rogha dá bhrí sin, i dtreo go mairfidh tú féin agus do shliocht,
19 A los cielos y la tierra llamo por testigos hoy contra vosotros, que os he puesto delante la vida y la muerte, la bendición y la maldición: escoge pues la vida, porque vivas tú y tu simiente:
19 Ich nehme Himmel und Erde heute über euch zu Zeugen: ich habe euch Leben und Tod, Segen und Fluch vorgelegt, daß du das Leben erwählest und du und dein Same leben mögt,
20 In loving the Lord your God, hearing his voice and being true to him: for he is your life and by him will your days be long: so that you may go on living in the land which the Lord gave by an oath to your fathers, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.
20 pour aimer l'Éternel, ton Dieu, pour obéir à sa voix, et pour t'attacher à lui: car de cela dépendent ta vie et la prolongation de tes jours, et c'est ainsi que tu pourras demeurer dans le pays que l'Éternel a juré de donner à tes pères, Abraham, Isaac et Jacob.
