1 No ox or sheep which has a mark on it or is damaged in any way may be offered to the Lord your God: for that is disgusting to the Lord your God.

1 No sacrificarás á Jehová tu Dios buey, ó cordero, en el cual haya falta ó alguna cosa mala: porque es abominación á Jehová tu Dios.
1 Du sollst dem HERRN, deinem Gott, keinen Ochsen oder Schaf opfern, das einen Fehl oder irgend etwas Böses an sich hat; denn es ist dem HERRN, deinem Gott, ein Greuel.
2 If there is any man or woman among you, in any of the towns which the Lord your God gives you, who does evil in the eyes of the Lord your God, sinning against his agreement,
2 Il se trouvera peut-être au milieu de toi dans l'une des villes que l'Éternel, ton Dieu, te donne, un homme ou une femme faisant ce qui est mal aux yeux de l'Éternel, ton Dieu, et transgressant son alliance;

2 Cuando se hallare entre ti, en alguna de tus ciudades que Jehová tu Dios te da, hombre, ó mujer, que haya hecho mal en ojos de Jehová tu Dios traspasando su pacto,
2 Wenn unter dir in der Tore einem, die dir der HERR, geben wird, jemand gefunden wird, Mann oder Weib, der da übel tut vor den Augen des HERRN, deines Gottes, daß er seinen Bund übertritt
3 By becoming a servant of other gods and worshipping them or the sun or the moon or all the stars of heaven, against my orders;
3 allant après d'autres dieux pour les servir et se prosterner devant eux, après le soleil, la lune, ou toute l'armée des cieux. Ce n'est point là ce que j'ai commandé.

4 If word of this comes to your ears, then let this thing be looked into with care, and if there is no doubt that it is true, and such evil has been done in Israel;
4 Dès que tu en auras connaissance, dès que tu l'auras appris, tu feras avec soin des recherches. La chose est-elle vraie, le fait est-il établi, cette abomination a-t-elle été commise en Israël,

4 und es wird dir angesagt, und du hörst es, so sollst du wohl darnach fragen. Und wenn du findest, das es gewiß wahr ist, daß solcher Greuel in Israel geschehen ist,
5 Then you are to take the man or woman who has done the evil to the public place of your town, and they are to be stoned with stones till they are dead.

5 Entonces sacarás al hombre ó mujer que hubiere hecho esta mala cosa, á tus puertas, hombre ó mujer, y los apedrearás con piedras, y así morirán.
5 so sollst du den Mann oder das Weib ausführen, die solches Übel getan haben, zu deinem Tor und sollst sie zu Tode steinigen.
6 On the word of two or three witnesses, a man may be given the punishment of death; but he is not to be put to death on the word of one witness.
6 Celui qui mérite la mort sera exécuté sur la déposition de deux ou de trois témoins; il ne sera pas mis à mort sur la déposition d'un seul témoin.

8 If you are not able to give a decision as to who is responsible for a death, or who is right in a cause, or who gave the first blow in a fight, and there is a division of opinion about it in your town: then go to the place marked out by the Lord your God;

9 und zu den Priestern, den Leviten, und zu dem Richter, der zur Zeit sein wird, kommen und fragen; die sollen dir das Urteil sprechen.
10 And you are to be guided by the decision they give in the place named by the Lord, and do whatever they say:
10 Tu te conformeras à ce qu'ils te diront dans le lieu que choisira l'Éternel, et tu auras soin d'agir d'après tout ce qu'ils t'enseigneront.

10 Und du sollst tun nach dem, was sie dir sagen an der Stätte, die der HERR erwählen wird, und sollst es halten, daß du tust nach allem, was sie dich lehren werden.
11 Acting in agreement with their teaching and the decision they give: not turning to one side or the other from the word they have given you.
11 Tu te conformeras à la loi qu'ils t'enseigneront et à la sentence qu'ils auront prononcée; tu ne te détourneras de ce qu'ils te diront ni à droite ni à gauche.

11 Según la ley que ellos te enseñaren, y según el juicio que te dijeren, harás: no te apartarás ni á diestra ni á siniestra de la sentencia que te mostraren.
11 Nach dem Gesetz, das sie dich lehren, und nach dem Recht, das sie dir sagen, sollst du dich halten, daß du davon nicht abweichest, weder zur Rechten noch zur Linken.
12 And any man who, in his pride, will not give ear to the priest whose place is there before the Lord your God, or to the judge, is to be put to death: you are to put away the evil from Israel.
12 L'homme qui, par orgueil, n'écoutera pas le sacrificateur placé là pour servir l'Éternel, ton Dieu, ou qui n'écoutera pas le juge, cet homme sera puni de mort. Tu ôteras ainsi le mal du milieu d'Israël,
12 Má leomhaíonn aon duine gan aird a thabhairt ar an sagart atá ansiúd ag déanamh seirbhíse don Tiarna do Dhia, nó ar an mbreitheamh, ní foláir é a chur chun báis. Díbir an t‑olc seo ó Iosrael ar an gcuma sin.
12 Y el hombre que procediere con soberbia, no obedeciendo al sacerdote que está para ministrar allí delante de Jehová tu Dios, ó al juez, el tal varón morirá: y quitarás el mal de Israel.
12 Und wo jemand vermessen handeln würde, daß er dem Priester nicht gehorchte, der daselbst in des HERRN, deines Gottes, Amt steht, oder dem Richter, der soll sterben, und sollst das Böse aus Israel tun,
13 And all the people, hearing of it, will be full of fear and put away their pride.
13 afin que tout le peuple entende et craigne, et qu'il ne se livre plus à l'orgueil.

14 When you have come into the land which the Lord your God is giving you, and have taken it for a heritage and are living in it, if it is your desire to have a king over you, like the other nations round about you;
14 Lorsque tu seras entré dans le pays que l'Éternel, ton Dieu, te donne, lorsque tu le posséderas, que tu y auras établi ta demeure, et que tu diras: Je veux mettre un roi sur moi, comme toutes les nations qui m'entourent, -

15 Then see that you take as your king the man named by the Lord your God: let your king be one of your countrymen, not a man of another nation who is not one of yourselves.

15 Sin duda pondrás por rey sobre ti al que Jehová tu Dios escogiere: de entre tus hermanos pondrás rey sobre ti: no podrás poner sobre ti hombre extranjero, que no sea tu hermano.

16 And he is not to get together a great army of horses for himself, or make the people go back to Egypt to get horses for him: because the Lord has said, You will never again go back that way.

16 Empero que no se aumente caballos, ni haga volver el pueblo á Egipto para acrecentar caballos: porque Jehová os ha dicho: No procuraréis volver más por este camino.
16 Allein daß er nicht viele Rosse halte und führe das Volk nicht wieder nach Ägypten um der Menge der Rosse willen; weil der HERR euch gesagt hat, daß ihr hinfort nicht wieder diesen Weg kommen sollt.
17 And he is not to have a great number of wives, for fear that his heart may be turned away; or great wealth of silver and gold.
17 Qu'il n'ait pas un grand nombre de femmes, afin que son coeur ne se détourne point; et qu'il ne fasse pas de grands amas d'argent et d'or.

17 Ni aumentará para sí mujeres, porque su corazón no se desvíe: ni plata ni oro acrecentará para sí en gran copia.
17 Er soll auch nicht viele Weiber nehmen, daß sein Herz nicht abgewandt werde, und soll auch nicht viel Silber und Gold sammeln.
18 And when he has taken his place on the seat of his kingdom, he is to make in a book a copy of this law, from that which the priests, the Levites, have in their care:
18 Quand il s'assiéra sur le trône de son royaume, il écrira pour lui, dans un livre, une copie de cette loi, qu'il prendra auprès des sacrificateurs, les Lévites.

18 Und wenn er nun sitzen wird auf dem Stuhl seines Königreichs, soll er dies andere Gesetz von den Priestern, den Leviten, nehmen und in ein Buch schreiben lassen.
19 And it is to be with him for his reading all the days of his life, so that he may be trained in the fear of the Lord his God to keep and do all the words of this teaching and these laws:
19 Il devra l'avoir avec lui et y lire tous les jours de sa vie, afin qu'il apprenne à craindre l'Éternel, son Dieu, à observer et à mettre en pratique toutes les paroles de cette loi et toutes ces ordonnances;

19 Y lo tendrá consigo, y leerá en él todos los días de su vida, para que aprenda á temer á Jehová su Dios, para guardar todas las palabras de aquesta ley y estos estatutos, para ponerlos por obra:
19 Das soll bei ihm sein, und er soll darin lesen sein Leben lang, auf daß er lerne fürchten den HERRN, seinen Gott, daß er halte alle Worte dieses Gesetzes und diese Rechte, daß er darnach tue.
20 So that his heart may not be lifted up over his countrymen, and he may not be turned away from the orders, to one side or the other: but that his life and the lives of his children may be long in his kingdom in Israel.
20 afin que son coeur ne s'élève point au-dessus de ses frères, et qu'il ne se détourne de ces commandements ni à droite ni à gauche; afin qu'il prolonge ses jours dans son royaume, lui et ses enfants, au milieu d'Israël.
