1 And now give ear, O Israel, to the laws and the decisions which I am teaching you, and do them; so that life may be yours, and you may go in and take for yourselves the land which the Lord, the God of your fathers, is giving you.
1 Maintenant, Israël, écoute les lois et les ordonnances que je vous enseigne. Mettez-les en pratique, afin que vous viviez, et que vous entriez en possession du pays que vous donne l'Éternel, le Dieu de vos pères.
1 “Anois, más ea, a Iosrael, tabhair aird ar na dlíthe agus na reachtanna a mhúinim daoibh; comhlíonaigí iad i dtreo go mairfeadh sibh agus go rachadh sibh isteach agus seilbh a ghlacadh ar an bhfearann atá an Tiarna, Dia bhur n‑aithreacha, á thabhairt daoibh.
1 Ahora pues, oh Israel, oye los estatutos y derechos que yo os enseño, para que los ejecutéis, y viváis, y entréis, y poseáis la tierra que Jehová el Dios de vuestros padres te da.
1 Und nun höre, Israel, die Gebote und Rechte, die ich euch lehre, daß ihr sie tun sollt, auf daß ihr lebt und hineinkommet und das Land einnehmet, das euch der HERR, eurer Väter Gott, gibt.
2 Make no addition to the orders which I give you, and take nothing from them, but keep the orders of the Lord your God which I give you.
2 Vous n'ajouterez rien à ce que je vous prescris, et vous n'en retrancherez rien; mais vous observerez les commandements de l'Éternel, votre Dieu, tels que je vous les prescris.
2 Ná cuirigí aon bhreis lena n‑ordaím daoibh, agus ná bainigí uaidh, ach coimeádaigí aitheanta an Tiarna bhur nDia go beacht mar a ordaím daoibh iad.
2 No añadiréis á la palabra que yo os mando, ni disminuiréis de ella, para que guardéis los mandamientos de Jehová vuestro Dios que yo os ordeno.
2 Ihr sollt nichts dazutun zu dem, was ich euch gebiete, und sollt auch nichts davontun, auf daß ihr bewahren möget die Gebote des HERRN, eures Gottes, die ich euch gebiete.
3 Your eyes have seen what the Lord did because of Baal-peor: for destruction came from the Lord on all those among you who went after Baal-peor.
3 Vos yeux ont vu ce que l'Éternel a fait à l'occasion de Baal Peor: l'Éternel, ton Dieu, a détruit du milieu de toi tous ceux qui étaient allés après Baal Peor.
3 Chonaic sibh le bhur súile cinn cad a rinne an Tiarna i mBál Peór; óir dhíothaigh an Tiarna bhur nDia ó bhur measc lucht leanta uile Bhál Peór.
3 Vuestros ojos vieron lo que hizo Jehová con motivo de Baal-peor; que á todo hombre que fué en pos de Baal-peor destruyó Jehová tu Dios de en medio de ti.
3 Eure Augen haben gesehen, was der HERR getan hat wider den Baal-Peor; denn alle, die dem Baal-Peor folgten, hat der HERR, dein Gott, vertilgt unter euch.
4 But you who kept faith with the Lord are living, every one of you, today.
4 Et vous, qui vous êtes attachés à l'Éternel, votre Dieu, vous êtes aujourd'hui tous vivants.
4 Ach sibhse a chloígh leis an Tiarna bhur nDia, maireann sibh fós inniu.
4 Mas vosotros que os allegasteis á Jehová vuestro Dios, todos estáis vivos hoy.
4 Aber ihr, die ihr dem HERRN, eurem Gott, anhinget, lebt alle heutigestages.
5 I have been teaching you laws and decisions, as I was ordered to do by the Lord my God, so that you might keep them in the land to which you are going to take it for your heritage.
5 Voici, je vous ai enseigné des lois et des ordonnances, comme l'Éternel, mon Dieu, me l'a commandé, afin que vous les mettiez en pratique dans le pays dont vous allez prendre possession.
5 Seo mise ag teagasc dlíthe agus reachtanna daoibh, mar a d'aithin an Tiarna mo Dhia dom, le comhlíonadh agaibh sa tír ina bhfuil sibh ag dul le seilbh a ghabháil air.
5 Mirad, yo os he enseñado estatutos y derechos, como Jehová mi Dios me mandó, para que hagáis así en medio de la tierra en la cual entráis para poseerla.
5 Siehe, ich habe euch gelehrt Gebote und Rechte, wie mir der HERR, mein Gott, geboten hat, daß ihr also tun sollt in dem Lande, darein ihr kommen werdet, daß ihr's einnehmet.
6 So keep these laws and do them; for so will your wisdom and good sense be clear in the eyes of the peoples, who hearing all these laws will say, Truly, this great nation is a wise and far-seeing people.
6 Vous les observerez et vous les mettrez en pratique; car ce sera là votre sagesse et votre intelligence aux yeux des peuples, qui entendront parler de toutes ces lois et qui diront: Cette grande nation est un peuple absolument sage et intelligent!
6 Coimeádaigí iad agus leanaigí iad, agus taispeánfaidh siad bhur n‑eagna agus bhur dtuiscint don saol. Nuair a chluinfidh siad faoi na dlíthe seo go léir, déarfaidh siad: ‘Nach eagnaí agus nach tuisceanach an dream an cine mór seo!’
6 Guardadlos, pues, y ponedlos por obra: porque esta es vuestra sabiduría y vuestra inteligencia en ojos de los pueblos, los cuales oirán todos estos estatutos, y dirán: Ciertamente pueblo sabio y entendido, gente grande es ésta.
6 So behaltet's nun und tut es. Denn das wird eure Weisheit und Verstand sein bei allen Völkern, wenn sie hören werden alle diese Gebote, daß sie müssen sagen: Ei, welch weise und verständige Leute sind das und ein herrlich Volk!
7 For what great nation has a god so near to them as the Lord our God is, whenever we are turned to him in prayer?
7 Quelle est, en effet, la grande nation qui ait des dieux aussi proches que l'Éternel, notre Dieu, l'est de nous toutes les fois que nous l'invoquons?
7 Agus cén cine mór atá ann a bhfuil a ndéithe chomh gar dóibh agus atá an Tiarna ár nDia dúinne ach glaoch air?
7 Porque ¿qué gente grande hay que tenga los dioses cercanos á sí, como lo está Jehová nuestro Dios en todo cuanto le pedimos?
7 Denn wo ist so ein herrlich Volk, zu dem Götter also nahe sich tun als der HERR, unser Gott, so oft wir ihn anrufen?
8 And what great nation has laws and decisions so right as all this law which I put before you today?
8 Et quelle est la grande nation qui ait des lois et des ordonnances justes, comme toute cette loi que je vous présente aujourd'hui?
8 Agus cén cine mór a bhfuil comhfhíréan an dlí go léir, a chuir mé romhaibh inniu, de dhlíthe agus de reachtanna acu? Horaeb - Rabhadh
8 Y ¿qué gente grande hay que tenga estatutos y derechos justos, como es toda esta ley que yo pongo hoy delante de vosotros?
8 Und wo ist so ein herrlich Volk, das so gerechte Sitten und Gebote habe wie all dies Gesetz, daß ich euch heutigestages vorlege?
9 Only take care, and keep watch on your soul, for fear that the things which your eyes have seen go from your memory and from your heart all the days of your life; but let the knowledge of them be given to your children and to your children's children;
9 Seulement, prends garde à toi et veille attentivement sur ton âme, tous les jours de ta vie, de peur que tu n'oublies les choses que tes yeux ont vues, et qu'elles ne sortent de ton coeur; enseigne-les à tes enfants et aux enfants de tes enfants.
9 “Bí aireach i mbeart, agus bí san airdeall. Ná déan dearmad ar na nithe a chonaic do shúile cinn agus ná lig dóibh sleamhnú as do chroí aon lá de do shaol; múin do do shliocht iad agus do shliocht do shleachta.
9 Por tanto, guárdate, y guarda tu alma con diligencia, que no te olvides de las cosas que tus ojos han visto, ni se aparten de tu corazón todos los días de tu vida: y enseñarlas has á tus hijos, y á los hijos de tus hijos;
9 Hüte dich nur und bewahre deine Seele wohl, daß du nicht vergessest der Geschichten, die deine Augen gesehen haben, und daß sie nicht aus deinem Herzen kommen all dein Leben lang. Und sollst deinen Kindern und Kindeskindern kundtun
10 That day when you were waiting before the Lord your God in Horeb, and the Lord said to me, Make all the people come together, so that hearing my words they may go in fear of me all the days of their life on earth and give this teaching to their children.
10 Souviens-toi du jour où tu te présentas devant l'Éternel, ton Dieu, à Horeb, lorsque l'Éternel me dit: Assemble auprès de moi le peuple! Je veux leur faire entendre mes paroles, afin qu'ils apprennent à me craindre tout le temps qu'ils vivront sur la terre; et afin qu'ils les enseignent à leurs enfants.
10 An lá a sheas tú i Horaeb i láthair an Tiarna do Dhia, dúirt an Tiarna liom: ‘Cruinnigh an pobal i mo thimpeall go gcloisfidh a gcluasa mo bhriathra d'fhonn go bhfoghlaimeoidís conas eagla a bheith acu romham gach lá dá gcaithfidh siad ar an saol, agus go múinfidís sin dá gclann.’
10 El día que estuviste delante de Jehová tu Dios en Horeb, cuando Jehová me dijo: Júntame el pueblo, para que yo les haga oir mis palabras, las cuales aprenderán, para temerme todos los días que vivieren sobre la tierra: y las enseñarán á sus hijos;
10 den Tag, da du vor dem HERRN, deinem Gott, standest am Berge Horeb, da der HERR zu mir sagte: Versammle mir das Volk, daß sie meine Worte hören und lernen mich fürchten alle ihre Lebtage auf Erden und lehren ihre Kinder.
11 And you came near, waiting at the foot of the mountain; and flames of fire went up from the mountain to the heart of heaven, with dark clouds, and all was black as night.
11 Vous vous approchâtes et vous vous tîntes au pied de la montagne. La montagne était embrasée, et les flammes s'élevaient jusqu'au milieu du ciel. Il y avait des ténèbres, des nuées, de l'obscurité.
11 Tháinig sibh i ngar agus sheas ag bun an tsléibhe; las an sliabh le tine go crioslach nimhe, agus é faoi bhrat dorchadais, néil agus scamaill.
11 Y os llegasteis, y os pusisteis al pie del monte; y el monte ardía en fuego hasta en medio de los cielos con tinieblas, nube, y oscuridad.
11 Und ihr tratet herzu und standet unten an dem Berge; der Berg brannte aber bis mitten an den Himmel, und war da Finsternis, Wolken und Dunkel.
12 And the voice of the Lord came to you out of the fire: the sound of his words came to your ears but you saw no form; there was nothing but a voice.
12 Et l'Éternel vous parla du milieu du feu; vous entendîtes le son des paroles, mais vous ne vîtes point de figure, vous n'entendîtes qu'une voix.
12 Ansin labhair an Tiarna libh ó lár na tine; fuaim na bhfocal do chuala sibh, ach cló ní fhaca sibh; ní raibh ann ach guth.
12 Y habló Jehová con vosotros de en medio del fuego: oisteis la voz de sus palabras, mas á excepción de oir la voz, ninguna figura visteis:
12 Und der HERR redete mit euch mitten aus dem Feuer. Die Stimme seiner Worte hörtet ihr; aber keine Gestalt saht ihr außer der Stimme.
13 And he gave you his agreement with you, the ten rules which you were to keep, which he put in writing on the two stones of the law.
13 Il publia son alliance, qu'il vous ordonna d'observer, les dix commandements; et il les écrivit sur deux tables de pierre.
13 Nocht an Tiarna a chonradh daoibh, agus d'ordaigh daoibh é choimeád - na Deich nAitheanta, is é sin, a scríobh sé ar dhá chlár cloiche.
13 Y él os anunció su pacto, el cual os mandó poner por obra, las diez palabras; y escribiólas en dos tablas de piedra.
13 Und er verkündigte euch seinen Bund, den er euch gebot zu tun, nämlich die Zehn Worte, und schrieb sie auf zwei steinerne Tafeln.
14 And the Lord gave me orders at that time to make clear to you these laws and decisions, so that you might do them in the land to which you are going, and which is to be your heritage.
14 En ce temps-là, l'Éternel me commanda de vous enseigner des lois et des ordonnances, afin que vous les mettiez en pratique dans le pays dont vous allez prendre possession.
14 D'ordaigh an Tiarna dom an uair sin dlíthe agus reachtanna a theagasc daoibh, a leanfadh sibh sa tír a bhfuil sibh le dul anonn á shealbhú.
14 A mí también me mandó Jehová entonces enseñaros los estatutos y derechos, para que los pusieseis por obra en la tierra á la cual pasáis para poseerla.
14 Und der HERR gebot mir zur selben Zeit, daß ich euch lehren sollte Gebote und Rechte, daß ihr darnach tätet in dem Lande, darein ihr ziehet, daß ihr's einnehmet.
15 So keep watch on yourselves with care; for you saw no form of any sort on the day when the voice of the Lord came to you in Horeb out of the heart of the fire:
15 Puisque vous n'avez vu aucune figure le jour où l'Éternel vous parla du milieu du feu, à Horeb, veillez attentivement sur vos âmes,
15 “Bígí aireach i mbeart dá bhrí sin. Ós rud é nach bhfaca sibh aon chló an lá a labhair an Tiarna libh i Horaeb ó lár na tine,
15 Guardad pues mucho vuestras almas: pues ninguna figura visteis el día que Jehová habló con vosotros de en medio del fuego:
15 So bewahret nun eure Seelen wohl, denn ihr habt keine Gestalt gesehen des Tages, da der HERR mit euch redete aus dem Feuer auf dem Berge Horeb,
16 So that you may not be turned to evil ways and make for yourselves an image in the form of any living thing, male or female,
16 de peur que vous ne vous corrompiez et que vous ne vous fassiez une image taillée, une représentation de quelque idole, la figure d'un homme ou d'une femme,
16 féachaigí chuige nach ndéanann sibh claonbheart agus íomhá shnoite a dhéanamh daoibh féin de chló dúile ar bith, cibé acu i gcosúlacht fir nó mná é,
16 Porque no os corrompáis, y hagáis para vosotros escultura, imagen de figura alguna, efigie de varón ó hembra,
16 auf daß ihr nicht verderbet und machet euch irgend ein Bild, das gleich sei einem Mann oder Weib
17 Or any beast of the earth, or winged bird of the air,
17 la figure d'un animal qui soit sur la terre, la figure d'un oiseau qui vole dans les cieux,
17 nó i gcosúlacht aon ainmhí ar talamh, nó aon éin a eitlíonn san aer,
17 Figura de algún animal que sea en la tierra, figura de ave alguna alada que vuele por el aire,
17 oder Vieh auf Erden oder Vogel unter dem Himmel
18 Or of anything which goes flat on the earth, or any fish in the water under the earth.
18 la figure d'une bête qui rampe sur le sol, la figure d'un poisson qui vive dans les eaux au-dessous de la terre.
18 nó i gcosúlacht aon dúile a shníonn ar talamh, nó aon éisc sna huiscí atá faoi thalamh.
18 Figura de ningún animal que vaya arrastrando por la tierra, figura de pez alguno que haya en el agua debajo de la tierra:
18 oder Gewürm auf dem Lande oder Fisch im Wasser unter der Erde,
19 And when your eyes are lifted up to heaven, and you see the sun and the moon and the stars, all the army of heaven, do not let yourselves be moved to give them worship, or become the servants of what the Lord has given equally to all peoples under heaven.
19 Veille sur ton âme, de peur que, levant tes yeux vers le ciel, et voyant le soleil, la lune et les étoiles, toute l'armée des cieux, tu ne sois entraîné à te prosterner en leur présence et à leur rendre un culte: ce sont des choses que l'Éternel, ton Dieu, a données en partage à tous les peuples, sous le ciel tout entier.
19 Nuair a thógann tú do shúile chun nimhe, agus go bhfeiceann tú an ghrian, an ghealach, na réaltaí agus eagar uile neimhe ná mealltar thú agus sléachtadh dóibh agus fónamh dóibh. D'fhág an Tiarna do Dhia iadsan faoi na ciníocha uile faoin spéir;
19 Y porque alzando tus ojos al cielo, y viendo el sol y la luna y las estrellas, y todo el ejército del cielo, no seas incitado, y te inclines á ellos, y les sirvas; que Jehová tu Dios los ha concedido á todos los pueblos debajo de todos los cielos.
19 daß du auch nicht deine Augen aufhebest gen Himmel und sehest die Sonne und den Mond und die Sterne, das ganze Heer des Himmels, und fallest ab und betest sie an und dienest ihnen, welche der HERR, dein Gott, verordnet hat allen Völkern unter dem ganzen Himmel.
20 But the Lord has taken you out of the flaming fire, out of Egypt, to be to him the people of his heritage, as you are today.
20 Mais vous, l'Éternel vous a pris, et vous a fait sortir de la fournaise de fer de l'Égypte, afin que vous fussiez un peuple qui lui appartînt en propre, comme vous l'êtes aujourd'hui.
20 ach maidir libhse, rug an Tiarna leis amach ón bhfoirnéis iarainn sibh, as an Éigipt, le bheith ina phobal aige féin, féin, rud atá sibh fós inniu.
20 Empero á vosotros Jehová os tomó, y os ha sacado del horno de hierro, de Egipto, para que le seáis por pueblo de heredad como en este día.
20 Euch aber hat der HERR angenommen und aus dem eisernen Ofen, nämlich aus Ägypten, geführt, daß ihr sein Erbvolk sollt sein, wie es ist an diesem Tag.
21 And the Lord was angry with me because of you, and made an oath that I was not to go over Jordan into the good land which the Lord is giving you for your heritage:
21 Et l'Éternel s'irrita contre moi, à cause de vous; et il jura que je ne passerais point le Jourdain, et que je n'entrerais point dans le bon pays que l'Éternel, ton Dieu, te donne en héritage.
21 “Bhí an Tiarna i bhfearg liom de bhur gcionnsa, agus mhionnaigh nach rachainn thar an Iordáin anonn, ná nach rachainn isteach san fhearann fónta atá á thabhairt mar oidhreacht daoibh ag an Tiarna bhur nDia.
21 Y Jehová se enojó contra mí sobre vuestros negocios, y juró que yo no pasaría el Jordán, ni entraría en la buena tierra, que Jehová tu Dios te da por heredad.
21 Und der HERR war so erzürnt über mich um eures Tuns willen, daß er schwur, ich sollte nicht über den Jordan gehen noch in das gute Land kommen, das dir der HERR, dein Gott, zum Erbteil geben wird,
22 But death is to come to me in this land, I may not go over Jordan: but you will go over and take that good land for your heritage.
22 Je mourrai donc en ce pays-ci, je ne passerai point le Jourdain; mais vous le passerez, et vous posséderez ce bon pays.
22 Sea, caithfidh mise bás a fháil sa tír seo gan dul thar an Iordáin anseo; ach rachaidh sibhse anonn agus gabhfaidh sibh seilbh ar an bhfearann fónta úd.
22 Así que yo voy á morir en esta tierra; y no paso el Jordán: mas vosotros pasaréis, y poseeréis aquella buena tierra.
22 sondern ich muß in diesem Lande sterben und werde nicht über den Jordan gehen; ihr aber werdet hinübergehen und solch gutes Land einnehmen.
23 Take care that you do not let the agreement of the Lord your God, which he has made with you, go out of your mind, or make for yourselves images of any sort, against the orders which the Lord your God has given you.
23 Veillez sur vous, afin de ne point mettre en oubli l'alliance que l'Éternel, votre Dieu, a traitée avec vous, et de ne point vous faire d'image taillée, de représentation quelconque, que l'Éternel, ton Dieu, t'ait défendue.
23 Seachnaígí dá bhrí sin agus ná déanaigí dearmad ar an gconradh a rinne an Tiarna bhur nDia libh, agus íomhá ghreanta a dhéanamh i gcosúlacht aon ní dár choisc an Tiarna bhur nDia oraibh.
23 Guardaos no os olvidéis del pacto de Jehová vuestro Dios, que él estableció con vosotros, y os hagáis escultura ó imagen de cualquier cosa, que Jehová tu Dios te ha vedado.
23 So hütet euch nun, daß ihr des Bundes des HERRN, eures Gottes, nicht vergesset, den er mit euch gemacht hat, und nicht Bilder machet irgend einer Gestalt, wie der HERR, dein Gott, geboten hat.
24 For the Lord your God is an all-burning fire, and he will not let the honour which is his be given to any other.
24 Car l'Éternel, ton Dieu, est un feu dévorant, un Dieu jaloux.
24 Tine amplach é an Tiarna bhur nDia, agus Dia éadmhar.
24 Porque Jehová tu Dios es fuego que consume, Dios celoso.
24 Denn der HERR, dein Gott, ist ein verzehrendes Feuer und ein eifriger Gott.
25 If, when you have had children and children's children, and have been living a long time in the land, you are turned to evil ways, and make an image of any sort, and do evil in the eyes of the Lord your God, moving him to wrath:
25 Lorsque tu auras des enfants, et des enfants de tes enfants, et que vous serez depuis longtemps dans le pays, si vous vous corrompez, si vous faites des images taillées, des représentations de quoi que ce soit, si vous faites ce qui est mal aux yeux de l'Éternel, votre Dieu, pour l'irriter, -
25 Nuair a ghinfear clann agus clann clainne daoibh, agus go mbíonn tamall fada caite agaibh sa tír, má dhéanann sibh claonbhearta, agus íomhá ghreanta a dhéanamh i gcló nó a chéile, ag cur olc ar an Tiarna agus fearg air,
25 Cuando hubiereis engendrado hijos y nietos, y hubiereis envejecido en la tierra, y os corrompiereis, é hiciereis escultura ó imagen de cualquier cosa, é hiciereis mal en ojos de Jehová vuestro Dios, para enojarlo;
25 Wenn ihr nun aber Kinder zeuget und Kindeskinder und im Lande wohnet und verderbt euch und machet euch Bilder irgend einer Gestalt, daß ihr übel tut vor dem HERRN, eurem Gott, und ihr ihn erzürnet:
26 May heaven and earth be my witnesses against you today, that destruction will quickly overtake you, cutting you off from that land which you are going over Jordan to take; your days will not be long in that land, but you will come to a complete end.
26 j'en prends aujourd'hui à témoin contre vous le ciel et la terre, -vous disparaîtrez par une mort rapide du pays dont vous allez prendre possession au delà du Jourdain, vous n'y prolongerez pas vos jours, car vous serez entièrement détruits.
26 an lá sin glaofaidh mé ar neamh agus ar thalamh le fianaise a thabhairt in bhur n‑aghaidh; rachaidh sibh ar ceal gan mhoill ón tír a bhfuil sibh ag dul thar an Iordáin á shealbhú. Ní fada a mhairfidh sibh ann; rachaidh sibh i ndísc ar fad.
26 Yo pongo hoy por testigos al cielo y á la tierra, que presto pereceréis totalmente de la tierra hacia la cual pasáis el Jordán para poseerla: no estaréis en ella largos días sin que seáis destruídos.
26 so rufe ich heutigestages über euch zu Zeugen Himmel und Erde, daß ihr werdet bald umkommen von dem Lande, in welches ihr gehet über den Jordan, daß ihr's einnehmet; ihr werdet nicht lange darin bleiben, sondern werdet vertilgt werden.
27 And the Lord will send you wandering among the peoples; only a small band of you will be kept from death among the nations where the Lord will send you.
27 L'Éternel vous dispersera parmi les peuples, et vous ne resterez qu'un petit nombre au milieu des nations où l'Éternel vous emmènera.
27 Cuirfidh an Tiarna scaipeadh oraibh i measc na gciníocha, agus ní fhágfar ach fuíoll suarach díbh i measc na bpobal dá dtiomáinfidh an Tiarna sibh.
27 Y Jehová os esparcirá entre los pueblos, y quedaréis pocos en número entre las gentes á las cuales os llevará Jehová:
27 Und der HERR wird euch zerstreuen unter die Völker, und wird euer ein geringer Haufe übrig sein unter den Heiden, dahin euch der HERR treiben wird.
28 There you will be the servants of gods, made by men's hands, of wood and stone, having no power of seeing or hearing or taking food or smelling.
28 Et là, vous servirez des dieux, ouvrage de mains d'homme, du bois et de la pierre, qui ne peuvent ni voir, ni entendre, ni manger, ni sentir.
28 Déanfaidh sibh fónamh ansiúd do dhéithe adhmaid agus cloiche, saothar lámh daonna, nach bhfuil ar a gcumas aon ní a fheiceáil, a chlos, a ithe, ná a bholadh a fháil.
28 Y serviréis allí á dioses hechos de manos de hombres, á madera y á piedra, que no ven, ni oyen, ni comen, ni huelen.
28 Daselbst wirst du dienen den Göttern, die Menschenhände Werk sind, Holz und Stein, die weder sehen noch hören noch essen noch riechen.
29 But if in those lands you are turned again to the Lord your God, searching for him with all your heart and soul, he will not keep himself from you.
29 C'est de là aussi que tu chercheras l'Éternel, ton Dieu, et que tu le trouveras, si tu le cherches de tout ton coeur et de toute ton âme.
29 Ach lorgóidh tú an Tiarna do Dhia ón áit sin, agus má lorgaíonn tú é ó chroí go hiomlán agus ó anam go hiomlán, gheobhaidh tú é.
29 Mas si desde allí buscares á Jehová tu Dios, lo hallarás, si lo buscares de todo tu corazón y de toda tu alma.
29 Wenn du aber daselbst den HERRN, deinen Gott, suchen wirst, so wirst du ihn finden, wenn du ihn wirst von ganzem Herzen und von ganzer Seele suchen.
30 When you are in trouble and all these things have come on you, if, in the future, you are turned again to the Lord your God, and give ear to his voice:

31 Because the Lord your God is a God of mercy, he will not take away his help from you or let destruction overtake you, or be false to the agreement which he made by an oath with your fathers.

34 ¿O ha Dios probado á venir á tomar para sí gente de en medio de otra gente, con pruebas, con señales, con milagros, y con guerra, y mano fuerte, y brazo extendido, y grandes espantos, según todas las cosas que hizo con vosotros Jehová vuestro Dios en Egipto ante tus ojos?
34 oder ob Gott versucht habe hineinzugehen und sich ein Volk mitten aus einem Volk zu nehmen durch Versuchungen, durch Zeichen, durch Wunder, durch Streit und durch eine mächtige Hand und durch einen ausgestreckten Arm und durch sehr schreckliche Taten, wie das alles der HERR, euer Gott, für euch getan hat in Ägypten vor deinen Augen?
35 All this he let you see, so that you might be certain that the Lord is God and there is no other.

40 Y guarda sus estatutos y sus mandamientos, que yo te mando hoy, para que te vaya bien á ti y á tus hijos después de ti, y prolongues tus días sobre la tierra que Jehová tu Dios te da para siempre.

49 And all the Arabah on the far side of Jordan to the east, as far as the sea of the Arabah under the slopes of Pisgah.
