1 And the Lord said to Moses on Mount Sinai,

2 Say to the children of Israel, When you come into the land which I will give you, let the land keep a Sabbath to the Lord.
2 Parle aux enfants d'Israël, et tu leur diras: Quand vous serez entrés dans le pays que je vous donne, la terre se reposera: ce sera un sabbat en l'honneur de l'Éternel.
2 “Labhair le clann Iosrael agus abair leo: Nuair a rachaidh sibh isteach san fhearann atá á thabhairt agam daoibh, bíodh sabóid sosa ag an bhfearann don Tiarna.
2 Habla á los hijos de Israel, y diles: Cuando hubiereis entrado en la tierra que yo os doy, la tierra hará sábado á Jehová.
2 Rede mit den Kindern Israel und sprich zu ihnen: Wenn ihr in das Land kommt, das ich euch geben werde, so soll das Land seinen Sabbat dem HERRN feiern,
3 For six years put seed into your land, and for six years give care to your vines and get in the produce of them;
3 Pendant six années tu ensemenceras ton champ, pendant six années tu tailleras ta vigne; et tu en recueilleras le produit.
3 Cuir síol i d'ithir ar feadh sé bliana, agus bearr d'fhiniúin agus cnuasaigh a toradh.
3 Seis años sembrarás tu tierra, y seis años podarás tu viña, y cogerás sus frutos;
3 daß du sechs Jahre dein Feld besäest und sechs Jahre deinen Weinberg beschneidest und sammelst die Früchte ein;
4 But let the seventh year be a Sabbath of rest for the land, a Sabbath to the Lord; do not put seed into your land or have your vines cut.
4 Mais la septième année sera un sabbat, un temps de repos pour la terre, un sabbat en l'honneur de l'Éternel: tu n'ensemenceras point ton champ, et tu ne tailleras point ta vigne.
4 Ach an seachtú bliain, bíodh sabóid shollúnta sosa, sabóid don Tiarna, ag d'fhearann; ná cuir d'ithir, agus ná bearr d'fhiniúin,
4 Y el séptimo año la tierra tendrá sábado de holganza, sábado á Jehová: no sembrarás tu tierra, ni podarás tu viña.
4 aber im siebenten Jahr soll das Land seinen großen Sabbat dem HERRN feiern, darin du dein Feld nicht besäen noch deinen Weinberg beschneiden sollst.
5 That which comes to growth of itself may not be cut, and the grapes of your uncared-for vines may not be taken off; let it be a year of rest for the land.
5 Tu ne moissonneras point ce qui proviendra des grains tombés de ta moisson, et tu ne vendangeras point les raisins de ta vigne non taillée: ce sera une année de repos pour la terre.
5 ná bain fómhar dá bhfásfaidh uaidh féin, agus ná cnuasaigh caora de d'fhiniúin gan bearradh. Bíodh sí ina bliain sosa ag an bhfearann.
5 Lo que de suyo se naciere en tu tierra segada, no lo segarás; y las uvas de tu viñedo no vendimiarás: año de holganza será á la tierra.
5 Was aber von selber nach deiner Ernte wächst, sollst du nicht ernten, und die Trauben, so ohne deine Arbeit wachsen, sollst du nicht lesen, dieweil es ein Sabbatjahr des Landes ist.
6 And the Sabbath of the land will give food for you and your man-servant and your woman-servant and those working for payment, and for those of another country who are living among you;
6 Ce que produira la terre pendant son sabbat vous servira de nourriture, à toi, à ton serviteur et à ta servante, à ton mercenaire et à l'étranger qui demeurent avec toi,
6 Beidh sabóid an fhearainn féin ina cothú agat féin agus ag do dhaoir, idir fhir agus mhná, ag do fhear tuarastail, agus ag an deoraí a chónaíonn leat.
6 Mas el sábado de la tierra os será para comer á ti, y á tu siervo, y á tu sierva, y á tu criado, y á tu extranjero que morare contigo:
6 Aber was das Land während seines Sabbats trägt, davon sollt ihr essen, du und dein Knecht, deine Magd, dein Tagelöhner, dein Beisaß, dein Fremdling bei dir,
7 And for your cattle and the beasts on the land; all the natural increase of the land will be for food.
7 à ton bétail et aux animaux qui sont dans ton pays; tout son produit servira de nourriture.
7 Bíodh a fómhar go léir mar chothú ag d'eallach chomh maith agus ag an stoc ar do thalamh.
7 Y á tu animal, y á la bestia que hubiere en tu tierra, será todo el fruto de ella para comer.
7 dein Vieh und die Tiere in deinem Lande; alle Früchte sollen Speise sein.
8 And let seven Sabbaths of years be numbered to you, seven times seven years; even the days of seven Sabbaths of years, that is forty-nine years;
8 Tu compteras sept sabbats d'années, sept fois sept années, et les jours de ces sept sabbats d'années feront quarante-neuf ans.
8 Comhair seacht seachtaine de bhlianta, sé sin aga seacht faoi sheacht de bhlianta; naoi mbliana agus daichead a bheidh sna seacht seachtaine de bhlianta.
8 Y te has de contar siete semanas de años, siete veces siete años; de modo que los días de las siete semanas de años vendrán á serte cuarenta y nueve años.
8 Und du sollst zählen solcher Sabbatjahre sieben, daß sieben Jahre siebenmal gezählt werden, und die Zeit der sieben Sabbatjahre mache neunundvierzig Jahre.
9 Then let the loud horn be sounded far and wide on the tenth day of the seventh month; on the day of taking away sin let the horn be sounded through all your land.
9 Le dixième jour du septième mois, tu feras retentir les sons éclatants de la trompette; le jour des expiations, vous sonnerez de la trompette dans tout votre pays.
9 Ar an deichiú lá den seachtú mí cuir an trumpa á shéideadh; ar Lá an Leorghnímh cuirigí an trumpa á shéideadh ar fud na críche.
9 Entonces harás pasar la trompeta de jubilación en el mes séptimo á los diez del mes; el día de la expiación haréis pasar la trompeta por toda vuestra tierra.
9 Da sollst du die Posaune lassen blasen durch all euer Land am zehnten Tage des siebenten Monats, eben am Tage der Versöhnung.
10 And let this fiftieth year be kept holy, and say publicly that everyone in the land is free from debt: it is the Jubilee, and every man may go back to his heritage and to his family.
10 Et vous sanctifierez la cinquantième année, vous publierez la liberté dans le pays pour tous ses habitants: ce sera pour vous le jubilé; chacun de vous retournera dans sa propriété, et chacun de vous retournera dans sa famille.
10 Fogair an leathchéadú bliain naofa, agus fógraigí saoirse do lucht áitribh na tíre go léir; bíodh sí seo ina bliain iubhaile agaibh; filleadh gach duine agaibh ar a dhúchas, gach duine ar a mhuintir féin.
10 Y santificaréis el año cincuenta, y pregonaréis libertad en la tierra á todos sus moradores: este os será jubileo; y volveréis cada uno á su posesión, y cada cual volverá á su familia.
10 Und ihr sollt das fünfzigste Jahr heiligen und sollt ein Freijahr ausrufen im Lande allen, die darin wohnen; denn es ist euer Halljahr. Da soll ein jeglicher bei euch wieder zu seiner Habe und zu seinem Geschlecht kommen;
11 Let this fiftieth year be the Jubilee: no seed may be planted, and that which comes to growth of itself may not be cut, and the grapes may not be taken from the uncared-for vines.
11 La cinquantième année sera pour vous le jubilé: vous ne sèmerez point, vous ne moissonnerez point ce que les champs produiront d'eux-mêmes, et vous ne vendangerez point la vigne non taillée.

11 denn das fünfzigste Jahr ist euer Halljahr. Ihr sollt nicht säen, auch was von selber wächst, nicht ernten, auch was ohne Arbeit wächst im Weinberge, nicht lesen;
12 For it is the Jubilee, and it is holy to you; your food will be the natural increase of the field.
12 Car c'est le jubilé: vous le regarderez comme une chose sainte. Vous mangerez le produit de vos champs.

12 Porque es jubileo: santo será á vosotros; el producto de la tierra comeréis.
12 denn das Halljahr soll unter euch heilig sein. Ihr sollt aber essen, was das Feld trägt.
13 In this year of Jubilee, let every man go back to his heritage.
13 Dans cette année de jubilé, chacun de vous retournera dans sa propriété.

14 And in the business of trading goods for money, do no wrong to one another.
14 Si vous vendez à votre prochain, ou si vous achetez de votre prochain, qu'aucun de vous ne trompe son frère.

14 Y cuando vendiereis algo á vuestro prójimo, ó comprareis de mano de vuestro prójimo, no engañe ninguno a su hermano:
14 Wenn du nun etwas deinem Nächsten verkaufst oder ihm etwas abkaufst, soll keiner seinen Bruder übervorteilen,
15 Let your exchange of goods with your neighbours have relation to the number of years after the year of Jubilee, and the number of times the earth has given her produce.
15 Tu achèteras de ton prochain, en comptant les années depuis le jubilé; et il te vendra, en comptant les années de rapport.
15 Má dhéanann tú ceannach ó do chomharsa, cuirtear san áireamh líon na mblianta ón iubhaile; de réir líon na mblianta toraidh, déanadh sé an margadh leat.
15 Conforme al número de los años después del jubileo comprarás de tu prójimo; conforme al número de los años de los frutos te venderá él á ti.
15 sondern nach der Zahl der Jahre vom Halljahr an sollst du es von ihm kaufen; und was die Jahre hernach tragen mögen, so hoch soll er dir's verkaufen.
16 If the number of years is great, the price will be increased, and if the number of years is small, the price will be less, for it is the produce of a certain number of years which the man is giving you.
16 Plus il y aura d'années, plus tu élèveras le prix; et moins il y aura d'années, plus tu le réduiras; car c'est le nombre des récoltes qu'il te vend.

16 Conforme á la multitud de los años aumentarás el precio, y conforme á la disminución de los años disminuirás el precio; porque según el número de los rendimientos te ha de vender él.
16 Nach der Menge der Jahre sollst du den Kauf steigern, und nach der wenigen der Jahre sollst du den Kauf verringern; denn er soll dir's, nach dem es tragen mag, verkaufen.
17 And do no wrong, one to another, but let the fear of your God be before you; for I am the Lord your God.
17 Aucun de vous ne trompera son prochain, et tu craindras ton Dieu; car je suis l'Éternel, votre Dieu.
17 Ná déanadh aon duine agaibh éagóir ar a chomharsa, ach bíodh eagla oraibh roimh bhur nDia. Mise an Tiarna bhur nDia.
17 Y no engañe ninguno á su prójimo; mas tendrás temor de tu Dios: porque yo soy Jehová vuestro Dios.
17 So übervorteile nun keiner seinen Nächsten, sondern fürchte dich vor deinem Gott; denn ich bin der HERR, euer Gott.
18 So keep my rules and my decisions and do them, and you will be safe in your land.
18 Mettez mes lois en pratique, observez mes ordonnances et mettez-les en pratique; et vous habiterez en sécurité dans le pays.
18 Déanaigí dá bhrí sin de réir mo dhlíthe agus coimeádaigí mo reachtanna; agus cleachtaigí iad, agus beidh seilbh agaibh ar bhur bhfearann beag beann ar chách.
18 Ejecutad, pues, mis estatutos, y guardad mis derechos, y ponedlos por obra, y habitaréis en la tierra seguros;
18 Darum tut nach meinen Satzungen und haltet meine Rechte, daß ihr darnach tut, auf daß ihr im Lande sicher wohnen möget.
19 And the land will give her fruit, and you will have food in full measure and be safe in the land.
19 Le pays donnera ses fruits, vous mangerez à satiété, et vous y habiterez en sécurité.
19 Tabharfaidh an talamh a thoradh uaidh, agus íosfaidh sibh bhur sáith agus beidh seilbh agaibh ar bhur bhfearann beag beann ar chách.
19 Y la tierra dará su fruto, y comeréis hasta hartura, y habitaréis en ella con seguridad.
19 Denn das Land soll euch seine Früchte geben, daß ihr zu essen genug habet und sicher darin wohnt.
20 And if you say, Where will our food come from in the seventh year, when we may not put in seed, or get in the increase
20 Si vous dites: Que mangerons-nous la septième année, puisque nous ne sèmerons point et ne ferons point nos récoltes?

20 Y si dijereis: ¿Qué comeremos el séptimo año? he aquí no hemos de sembrar, ni hemos de coger nuestros frutos:
20 Und ob du würdest sagen: Was sollen wir essen im siebenten Jahr? denn wir säen nicht, so sammeln wir auch kein Getreide ein:
21 Then I will send my blessing on you in the sixth year, and the land will give fruit enough for three years.
21 je vous accorderai ma bénédiction la sixième année, et elle donnera des produits pour trois ans.

22 And in the eighth year you will put in your seed, and get your food from the old stores, till the fruit of the ninth year is ready.
22 Vous sèmerez la huitième année, et vous mangerez de l'ancienne récolte; jusqu'à la neuvième année, jusqu'à la nouvelle récolte, vous mangerez de l'ancienne.
22 Beidh an seantoradh fós á ithe agaibh agus sibh ag cur san ochtú bliain; sea agus beidh an seantoradh á ithe agaibh fós sa naoú bliain agus sibh ag feitheamh le fómhar na bliana sin. Seilbh na Talún
22 Y sembraréis el año octavo, y comeréis del fruto añejo; hasta el año noveno, hasta que venga su fruto comeréis del añejo.
22 daß ihr säet im achten Jahr und von dem alten Getreide esset bis in das neunte Jahr, daß ihr vom alten esset, bis wieder neues Getreide kommt.
23 No exchange of land may be for ever, for the land is mine, and you are as my guests, living with me for a time.
23 Les terres ne se vendront point à perpétuité; car le pays est à moi, car vous êtes chez moi comme étrangers et comme habitants.

24 Wherever there is property in land, the owner is to have the right of getting it back.

25 If your brother becomes poor, and has to give up some of his land for money, his nearest relation may come and get back that which his brother has given up.
25 Si ton frère devient pauvre et vend une portion de sa propriété, celui qui a le droit de rachat, son plus proche parent, viendra et rachètera ce qu'a vendu son frère.

25 Cuando tu hermano empobreciere, y vendiere algo de su posesión, vendrá el rescatador, su cercano, y rescatará lo que su hermano hubiere vendido.
25 Wenn dein Bruder verarmt, und verkauft dir seine Habe, und sein nächster Verwandter kommt zu ihm, daß er's löse, so soll er's lösen, was sein Bruder verkauft hat.
26 And if he has no one to get it back for him, and later he himself gets wealth and has enough money to get it back;
26 Si un homme n'a personne qui ait le droit de rachat, et qu'il se procure lui-même de quoi faire son rachat,
26 Mura mbíonn fear a fhuascailte aige, ach go dtagann speilp air féin, agus go mbíonn sás a fhuascailte aige,
26 Y cuando el hombre no tuviere rescatador, si alcanzare su mano, y hallare lo que basta para su rescate;
26 Wenn aber jemand keinen Löser hat und kann mit seiner Hand so viel zuwege bringen, daß er's löse,
27 Then let him take into account the years from the time when he gave it up, and make up the loss for the rest of the years to him who took it, and so get back his property.
27 il comptera les années depuis la vente, restituera le surplus à l'acquéreur, et retournera dans sa propriété.

27 Entonces contará los años de su venta, y pagará lo que quedare al varón á quien vendió, y volverá á su posesión.
27 so soll er rechnen von dem Jahr, da er's verkauft hat, und was noch übrig ist, dem Käufer wiedergeben und also wieder zu seiner Habe kommen.
28 But if he is not able to get it back for himself, then it will be kept by him who gave a price for it, till the year of Jubilee; and in that year it will go back to its first owner and he will have his property again.
28 S'il ne trouve pas de quoi lui faire cette restitution, ce qu'il a vendu restera entre les mains de l'acquéreur jusqu'à l'année du jubilé; au jubilé, il retournera dans sa propriété, et l'acquéreur en sortira.

28 Mas si no alcanzare su mano lo que basta para que vuelva á él, lo que vendió estará en poder del que lo compró hasta el año del jubileo; y al jubileo saldrá, y él volverá á su posesión.
28 Kann aber seine Hand nicht so viel finden, daß er's ihm wiedergebe, so soll, was er verkauft hat, in der Hand des Käufers bleiben bis zum Halljahr; in demselben soll es frei werden und er wieder zu seiner Habe kommen.
29 And if a man gives his house in a walled town for money, he has the right to get it back for the space of a full year after he has given it up.
29 Si un homme vend une maison d'habitation dans une ville entourée de murs, il aura le droit de rachat jusqu'à l'accomplissement d'une année depuis la vente; son droit de rachat durera un an.

29 Y el varón que vendiere casa de morada en ciudad cercada, tendrá facultad de redimirla hasta acabarse el año de su venta: un año será el término de poderse redimir.
29 Wer ein Wohnhaus verkauft in einer Stadt mit Mauern, der hat ein ganzes Jahr Frist, dasselbe wieder zu lösen; das soll die Zeit sein, darin er es lösen kann.
30 And if he does not get it back by the end of the year, then the house in the town will become the property of him who gave the money for it, and of his children for ever; it will not go from him in the year of Jubilee.
30 Mais si cette maison située dans une ville entourée de murs n'est pas rachetée avant l'accomplissement d'une année entière, elle restera à perpétuité à l'acquéreur et à ses descendants; il n'en sortira point au jubilé.
30 Mura bhfuasclaítear é laistigh de bhliain slán, bíodh an teach seo sa chaiseal de sheilbh dhílis shíoraí ag an té a cheannaigh agus ag a shliocht; ní scaoilfear leis sa iubhaile.
30 Y si no fuere redimida dentro de un año entero, la casa que estuviere en la ciudad murada quedará para siempre por de aquel que la compró, y para sus descendientes: no saldrá en el jubileo.
30 Wo er's aber nicht löst, ehe denn das ganze Jahr um ist, so soll's der Käufer für immer behalten und seine Nachkommen, und es soll nicht frei werden im Halljahr.
31 But houses in small unwalled towns will be the same as property in the country; they may be got back, and they will go back to their owners in the year of Jubilee.
31 Les maisons des villages non entourés de murs seront considérées comme des fonds de terre; elles pourront être rachetées, et l'acquéreur en sortira au jubilé.
31 Ach na tithe sna sráidbhailte gan caiseal umpu, áirítear iad le talamh na dúiche timpeall; bainfidh ceart fuascailte leo agus ní foláir don té a cheannaigh scaoileadh leo sa iubhaile.
31 Mas las casas de las aldeas que no tienen muro alrededor, serán estimadas como una haza de tierra: tendrán redención, y saldrán en el jubileo.
31 Ist's aber ein Haus auf dem Dorfe, um das keine Mauer ist, das soll man dem Feld des Landes gleich rechnen, und es soll können los werden und im Halljahr frei werden.
32 But the houses in the towns of the Levites may be got back by the Levites at any time.
32 Quant aux villes des Lévites et aux maisons qu'ils y posséderont, les Lévites auront droit perpétuel de rachat.
32 Ach maidir le cathracha na Léivíteach, beidh ceart fuascailte acu chun aon sealúchais leo sna cathracha go brách.
32 Pero en cuanto á las ciudades de los Levitas, siempre podrán redimir los Levitas las casas de las ciudades que poseyeren.
32 Die Städte der Leviten aber, nämlich die Häuser in den Städten, darin ihre Habe ist, können immerdar gelöst werden.
33 And if a Levite does not give money to get back his property, his house in the town which was exchanged for money will come back to him in the year of Jubilee. For the houses of the towns of the Levites are their property among the children of Israel.
33 Celui qui achètera des Lévites une maison, sortira au jubilé de la maison vendue et de la ville où il la possédait; car les maisons des villes des Lévites sont leur propriété au milieu des enfants d'Israël.
33 Mura gcuireann Léivíteach a cheart fuascailte i bhfeidhm, tagadh an ceannaitheoir amach sa iubhaile as an teach a díoladh agus filleadh sé ar a theach féin, ar an mbaile ina bhfuil ceart seilbhe aige. Óir na tithe i gcathracha na Léivíteach is leo iad i measc chlann Iosrael.
33 Y el que comprare de los Levitas, saldrá de la casa vendida, ó de la ciudad de su posesión, en el jubileo: por cuanto las casas de las ciudades de los Levitas es la posesión de ellos entre los hijos de Israel.
33 Wer etwas von den Leviten löst, der soll's verlassen im Halljahr, es sei Haus oder Stadt, das er besessen hat; denn die Häuser in den Städten der Leviten sind ihre Habe unter den Kindern Israel.
34 But the land on the outskirts of their towns may not be exchanged for money, for it is their property for ever.
34 Les champs situés autour des villes des Lévites ne pourront point se vendre; car ils en ont à perpétuité la possession.

34 Mas la tierra del ejido de sus ciudades no se venderá, porque es perpetua posesión de ellos.

35 And if your brother becomes poor and is not able to make a living, then you are to keep him with you, helping him as you would a man from another country who is living among you.

46 And they will be your children's heritage after you, to keep as their property; they will be your servants for ever; but you may not be hard masters to your countrymen, the children of Israel.
