1 Then Joseph, unable to keep back his feelings before those who were with him, gave orders for everyone to be sent away, and no one was present when he made clear to his brothers who he was.
1 Joseph ne pouvait plus se contenir devant tous ceux qui l'entouraient. Il s'écria: Faites sortir tout le monde. Et il ne resta personne avec Joseph, quand il se fit connaître à ses frères.
1 Níor fhéad Iósaef smacht a choimeád air féin a thuilleadh os comhair a raibh ag friotháil air; ghlaoigh sé in ard a chinn agus dúirt: “Cuirigí gach aon duine chun siúil ó mo láthair.” Ní raibh aon duine i láthair dá bhrí sin nuair a bhí Iósaef á chur féin in aithne dá dheartháireacha.
1 No podía ya José contenerse delante de todos los que estaban al lado suyo, y clamó: Haced salir de conmigo á todos. Y no quedó nadie con él, al darse á conocer José á sus hermanos.
1 Da konnte sich Joseph nicht länger enthalten vor allen, die um ihn her standen, und er rief: Laßt jedermann von mir hinausgehen! Und kein Mensch stand bei ihm, da sich Joseph seinen Brüdern zu erkennen gab.
2 And so loud was his weeping, that it came to the ears of the Egyptians and all Pharaoh's house.
2 Il éleva la voix, en pleurant. Les Égyptiens l'entendirent, et la maison de Pharaon l'entendit.
2 Ghoil sé os ard agus chuala na hÉigiptigh é agus chuala teaghlach Fhorainn é.
2 Entonces se dió á llorar á voz en grito; y oyeron los Egipcios, y oyó también la casa de Faraón.
2 Und er weinte laut, daß es die Ägypter und das Gesinde des Pharao hörten,
3 And Joseph said to his brothers, I am Joseph: is my father still living? But his brothers were not able to give him an answer for they were troubled before him.
3 Joseph dit à ses frères: Je suis Joseph! Mon père vit-il encore? Mais ses frères ne purent lui répondre, car ils étaient troublés en sa présence.
3 “Mise Iósaef,” arsa Iósaef lena dheartháireacha, “agus an maireann m'athair fós?” Ach níor fhan focal freagra dó ag a dheartháireacha le barr uafáis ina láthair.
3 Y dijo José á sus hermanos: Yo soy José: ¿vive aún mi padre? Y sus hermanos no pudieron responderle, porque estaban turbados delante de él.
3 und sprach zu seinen Brüdern: Ich bin Joseph. Lebt mein Vater noch? und seine Brüder konnten ihm nicht antworten, so erschraken sie vor seinem Angesicht.
4 Then Joseph said to his brothers, Come near to me. And they came near, And he said, I am Joseph your brother, whom you sent into Egypt.
4 Joseph dit à ses frères: Approchez-vous de moi. Et ils s'approchèrent. Il dit: Je suis Joseph, votre frère, que vous avez vendu pour être mené en Égypte.
4 Dúirt Iósaef ansin lena dheartháireacha: “Druidigí i leith chugam, le bhur dtoil”; agus nuair a dhruideadar leis dúirt sé: “Mise bhur ndeartháir Iósaef a dhíol sibh le breith chun na hÉigipte.
4 Entonces dijo José á sus hermanos: Llegaos ahora á mí. Y ellos se llegaron. Y él dijo: Yo soy José vuestro hermano el que vendisteis para Egipto.
4 Er aber sprach zu seinen Brüdern: Tretet doch her zu mir! Und sie traten herzu. Und er sprach: Ich bin Joseph euer Bruder, den ihr nach Ägypten verkauft habt.
5 Now do not be troubled or angry with yourselves for sending me away, because God sent me before you to be the saviour of your lives.
5 Maintenant, ne vous affligez pas, et ne soyez pas fâchés de m'avoir vendu pour être conduit ici, car c'est pour vous sauver la vie que Dieu m'a envoyé devant vous.
5 Anois, más ea, ná bíodh buaireamh ná fearg oraibh libh féin toisc mé a reic anseo, mar sheol Dia mise romhaibh chun sibh a choinneáil beo.
5 Ahora pues, no os entristezcáis, ni os pese de haberme vendido acá; que para preservación de vida me envió Dios delante de vosotros:
5 Und nun bekümmert euch nicht und denkt nicht, daß ich darum zürne, daß ihr mich hierher verkauft habt; denn um eures Lebens willen hat mich Gott vor euch her gesandt.
6 For these two years have been years of need, and there are still five more years to come in which there will be no ploughing or cutting of grain.
6 Voilà deux ans que la famine est dans le pays; et pendant cinq années encore, il n'y aura ni labour, ni moisson.
6 Óir tá an gorta sa tír le dhá bhliain agus tá cúig bliana eile le teacht nach gcuirfear síol agus nach mbainfear fómhar.
6 Que ya ha habido dos años de hambre en medio de la tierra, y aun quedan cinco años en que ni habrá arada ni siega.
6 Denn dies sind zwei Jahre, daß es teuer im Lande ist; und sind noch fünf Jahre, daß kein Pflügen und Ernten sein wird.
7 God sent me before you to keep you and yours living on earth so that you might become a great nation.
7 Dieu m'a envoyé devant vous pour vous faire subsister dans le pays, et pour vous faire vivre par une grande délivrance.
7 Chuir Dia mise romhaibh chun fuíoll sleachta a choimeád beo ar talamh daoibh, sea agus tarrtháil a dhéanamh ar a lán daoibh.
7 Y Dios me envió delante de vosotros, para que vosotros quedaseis en la tierra, y para daros vida por medio de grande salvamento.
7 Aber Gott hat mich vor euch her gesandt, daß er euch übrig behalte auf Erden und euer Leben errette durch eine große Errettung.
8 So now it was not you who sent me here, but God: and he has made me as a father to Pharaoh, and lord of all his house, and ruler over all the land of Egypt.
8 Ce n'est donc pas vous qui m'avez envoyé ici, mais c'est Dieu; il m'a établi père de Pharaon, maître de toute sa maison, et gouverneur de tout le pays d'Égypte.
8 Ní sibhse dá bhrí sin a sheol anseo mé ach Dia, agus chuir sé mé i riocht a bheith i m'athair ag Forann agus i mo thiarna ar a theaghlach go léir agus i m'uachtarán ar chríocha na hÉigipte go léir.
8 Así pues, no me enviasteis vosotros acá, sino Dios, que me ha puesto por padre de Faraón, y por señor de toda su casa, y por gobernador en toda la tierra de Egipto.
8 Und nun, ihr habt mich nicht hergesandt, sondern Gott, der hat mich Pharao zum Vater gesetzt und zum Herrn über all sein Haus und zum Fürsten in ganz Ägyptenland.
9 Now go quickly to my father, and say to him, Your son Joseph says, God has made me ruler over all the land of Egypt: come down to me straight away:
9 Hâtez-vous de remonter auprès de mon père, et vous lui direz: Ainsi a parlé ton fils Joseph: Dieu m'a établi seigneur de toute l'Égypte; descends vers moi, ne tarde pas!
9 Brostaigí agus téigí abhaile chun m'athar agus abraigí leis: ‘Deir do mhac Iósaef leat: Rinne Dia tiarna díom ar chríocha na hÉigipte go léir; tar chugam anuas agus ná déan aon mhoill:
9 Daos priesa, id á mi padre y decidle: Así dice tu hijo José: Dios me ha puesto por señor de todo Egipto; ven á mí, no te detengas:
9 Eilet nun und zieht hinauf zu meinem Vater und sagt ihm: Das läßt dir Joseph, dein Sohn, sagen: Gott hat mich zum Herrn in ganz Ägypten gesetzt; komm herab zu mir, säume nicht;
10 The land of Goshen will be your living-place, and you will be near me; you and your children and your children's children, and your flocks and herds and all you have:
10 Tu habiteras dans le pays de Gosen, et tu seras près de moi, toi, tes fils, et les fils de tes fils, tes brebis et tes boeufs, et tout ce qui est à toi.
10 Beidh cónaí ort i ndúiche Ghoisin, agus beidh tú i mo chóngar - tú féin agus do chlann agus clann do chlainne, do tháinte agus do thréada agus do mhaoin go léir;
10 Y habitarás en la tierra de Gosén, y estarás cerca de mí, tú y tus hijos, y los hijos de tus hijos, tus ganados y tus vacas, y todo lo que tienes.
10 du sollst im Lande Gosen wohnen und nahe bei mir sein, du und deine Kinder und deine Kindeskinder, dein kleines und dein großes Vieh und alles, was du hast.
11 And there I will take care of you, so that you and your family may not be in need, for there are still five bad years to come.
11 Là, je te nourrirai, car il y aura encore cinq années de famine; et ainsi tu ne périras point, toi, ta maison, et tout ce qui est à toi.
11 agus cothóidh mé ansiúd thú mar go bhfuil cúig bliana gorta le teacht fós, agus nach áil liom go luífeadh an ghannchúis ort féin ná ar do theaghlach ná ar do chuid.’
11 Y allí te alimentaré, pues aun quedan cinco años de hambre, porque no perezcas de pobreza tú y tu casa, y todo lo que tienes:
11 Ich will dich daselbst versorgen; denn es sind noch fünf Jahre der Teuerung, auf daß du nicht verderbest mit deinem Hause und allem, was du hast.
12 Now truly, your eyes see, and the eyes of my brother Benjamin see, that it is my mouth which says these things to you.
12 Vous voyez de vos yeux, et mon frère Benjamin voit de ses yeux que c'est moi-même qui vous parle.
12 Agus anois feiceann sibh le bhur súile cinn - sibhse agus mo dheartháir Biniáimin - gur liomsa an béal seo ag caint libh.
12 Y he aquí, vuestros ojos ven, y los ojos de mi hermano Benjamín, que mi boca os habla.

13 Give my father word of all my glory in Egypt and of all you have seen; and come back quickly with my father.
13 Racontez à mon père toute ma gloire en Égypte, et tout ce que vous avez vu; et vous ferez descendre ici mon père au plus tôt.
13 Ní foláir daoibh a insint do m'athair cad é gradam atá agam san Éigipt agus gach a bhfuil feicthe agaibh. Brostaigí agus tugaigí m'athair anseo anuas.”
13 Haréis pues saber á mi padre toda mi gloria en Egipto, y todo lo que habéis visto: y daos priesa, y traed á mi padre acá.
13 Verkündigt meinem Vater alle meine Herrlichkeit in Ägypten und alles, was ihr gesehen habt; eilt und kommt hernieder mit meinem Vater hierher.
14 Then, weeping, he took Benjamin in his arms, and Benjamin himself was weeping on Joseph's neck.
14 Il se jeta au cou de Benjamin, son frère, et pleura; et Benjamin pleura sur son cou.
14 Ansin chaith sé é féin ar bhráid Bhiniáimin a dheartháir agus ghoil sé agus ghoil Biniáimin ar a bhráidsean.
14 Y echóse sobre el cuello de Benjamín su hermano, y lloró; y también Benjamín lloró sobre su cuello.

15 Then he gave a kiss to all his brothers, weeping over them; and after that his brothers had no fear of talking to him.

16 And news of these things went through Pharaoh's house, and it was said that Joseph's brothers were come; and it seemed good to Pharaoh and his servants.
16 Le bruit se répandit dans la maison de Pharaon que les frères de Joseph étaient arrivés: ce qui fut agréable à Pharaon et à ses serviteurs.
16 Bhain an scéal nua go raibh deartháireacha Iósaef tagtha pálás Fhorainn amach, agus b'áthas le Forann é a chlos, agus ba é an dála céanna é ag a theaghlach.
16 Y oyóse la noticia en la casa de Faraón, diciendo: Los hermanos de José han venido. Y plugo en los ojos de Faraón y de sus siervos.
16 Und da das Gerücht kam in Pharaos Haus, daß Josephs Brüder gekommen wären, gefiel es Pharao wohl und allen seinen Knechten.
17 And Pharaoh said to Joseph, Say to your brothers, Put your goods on your beasts and go back to the land of Canaan;
17 Pharaon dit à Joseph: Dis à tes frères: Faites ceci. Chargez vos bêtes, et partez pour le pays de Canaan;
17 Dúirt Forann le Iósaef: “Abair le do dheartháireacha: ‘Déanaigí mar leanas: Cuirigí ualaí ar bhur mbeithígh iompair agus ar ais libh go tír Chanán.
17 Y dijo Faraón á José: Di á tus hermanos: Haced esto: cargad vuestras bestias, é id, volved á la tierra de Canaán;
17 Und Pharao sprach zu Joseph: Sage deinen Brüdern: Tut also, beladet eure Tiere, zieht hin;
18 And get your father and your families and come back to me: and I will give you all the good things of Egypt, and the fat of the land will be your food.
18 prenez votre père et vos familles, et venez auprès de moi. Je vous donnerai ce qu'il y a de meilleur au pays d'Égypte, et vous mangerez la graisse du pays.
18 Agus tugaigí libh anseo bhur n‑athair agus bhur dteaghlaigh agus tagaigí ar ais chugam. Tabharfaidh mé togha thalamh na hÉigipte daoibh agus beidh méith na talún mar bhia agaibh.’
18 Y tomad á vuestro padre y vuestras familias, y venid á mí, que yo os daré lo bueno de la tierra de Egipto y comeréis la grosura de la tierra.
18 und wenn ihr kommt ins Land Kanaan, so nehmt euren Vater und alle die Euren und kommt zu mir; ich will euch Güter geben in Ägyptenland, daß ihr essen sollt das Mark im Lande;
19 And say to them, This you are to do: take carts from the land of Egypt for your little ones and for your wives, and get your father and come back.
19 Tu as ordre de leur dire: Faites ceci. Prenez dans le pays d'Égypte des chars pour vos enfants et pour vos femmes; amenez votre père, et venez.
19 Agus tabhair an t‑ordú seo dóibh chomh maith: ‘Déanaigí mar leanas: Tugaigí cóistí libh ó thír na hÉigipte do bhur miondaoine agus do bhur mná agus tugaigí bhur n‑athair libh, agus tagaigí!
19 Y tú manda: Haced esto: tomaos de la tierra de Egipto carros para vuestros niños y vuestras mujeres; y tomad á vuestro padre, y venid.
19 und gebiete ihnen: Tut also, nehmet Wagen für eure Kinder und Weiber und führet euren Vater und kommt;
20 And take no thought for your goods, for the best of all the land of Egypt is yours.
20 Ne regrettez point ce que vous laisserez, car ce qu'il a de meilleur dans tout le pays d'Égypte sera pour vous.

21 And the children of Israel did as he said; and Joseph gave them carts as had been ordered by Pharaoh, and food for their journey.
21 Les fils d'Israël firent ainsi. Joseph leur donna des chars, selon l'ordre de Pharaon; il leur donna aussi des provisions pour la route.
21 Rinne clann Iosrael mar a dúradh leo agus thug Iósaef cóistí dóibh, mar a d'ordaigh Forann, agus lón bóthair.
21 E hiciéronlo así los hijos de Israel: y dióles José carros conforme á la orden de Faraón, y suministróles víveres para el camino.
21 Die Kinder Israels taten also. Und Joseph gab ihnen Wagen nach dem Befehl Pharaos und Zehrung auf den Weg
22 To every one of them he gave three changes of clothing; but to Benjamin he gave three hundred bits of silver and five changes of clothing.
22 Il leur donna à tous des vêtements de rechange, et il donna à Benjamin trois cents sicles d'argent et cinq vêtements de rechange.

22 A cada uno de todos ellos dió mudas de vestidos, y á Benjamín dió trescientas piezas de plata, y cinco mudas de vestidos.
22 und gab ihnen allen, einem jeglichem, ein Feierkleid; aber Benjamin gab er dreihundert Silberlinge und fünf Feierkleider.
23 And to his father he sent ten asses with good things from Egypt on their backs, and ten she-asses with grain and bread and food for his father on the journey.
23 Il envoya à son père dix ânes chargés de ce qu'il y avait de meilleur en Égypte, et dix ânesses chargées de blé, de pain et de vivres, pour son père pendant le voyage.
23 Agus seo leanas ar chuir sé chun a athar: deich n‑asal agus ualaí d'ollmhaitheasaí na hÉigipte orthu; deich láir agus ualaí orthu d'arbhar agus d'arán agus de bhia agus de lón d'aistear a n‑athar.
23 Y á su padre envió esto: diez asnos cargados de lo mejor de Egipto, y diez asnas cargadas de trigo, y pan y comida, para su padre en el camino.
23 Und seinem Vater sandte er dabei zehn Esel, mit Gut aus Ägypten beladen, und zehn Eselinnen mit Getreide und Brot und Speise seinem Vater auf den Weg.
24 And he sent his brothers on their way, and said to them, See that you have no argument on the road.
24 Puis il congédia ses frères, qui partirent; et il leur dit: Ne vous querellez pas en chemin.
24 Ansin chuir sé a dheartháireacha chun siúil, agus is é focal deireanach a bhí aige dóibh ag imeacht: “Ná bíodh aon aighneas eadraibh ar an tslí.”
24 Y despidió á sus hermanos, y fuéronse. Y él les dijo: No riñáis por el camino.
24 Also ließ er seine Brüder von sich, und sie zogen hin; und er sprach zu ihnen: Zanket nicht auf dem Wege!
25 So they went up from Egypt and came to the land of Canaan, to their father Jacob.
25 Ils remontèrent de l'Égypte, et ils arrivèrent dans le pays de Canaan, auprès de Jacob, leur père.
25 D'fhágadar an Éigipt dá bhrí sin agus bhaineadar amach tír Chanán agus a n‑athair Iacób.
25 Y subieron de Egipto, y llegaron á la tierra de Canaán á Jacob su padre.
25 Also zogen sie hinauf von Ägypten und kamen ins Land Kanaan zu ihrem Vater Jakob
26 And they said to him, Joseph is living, and is ruler over all the land of Egypt. And at this word Jacob was quite overcome, for he had no faith in it.
26 Ils lui dirent: Joseph vit encore, et même c'est lui qui gouverne tout le pays d'Égypte. Mais le coeur de Jacob resta froid, parce qu'il ne les croyait pas.
26 Agus dúradar leis: “Maireann Iósaef i gcónaí agus is rialtóir é ar chríocha uile na hÉigipte.” Agus tháinig suaitheadh croí air mar ní chreidfeadh sé iad.
26 Y diéronle las nuevas, diciendo: José vive aún; y él es señor en toda la tierra de Egipto. Y su corazón se desmayó; pues no los creía.
26 und verkündigten ihm und sprachen: Joseph lebt noch und ist Herr im ganzen Ägyptenland. Aber sein Herz dachte gar viel anders, denn er glaubte ihnen nicht.
27 And they gave him an account of everything Joseph had said to them; and when he saw the carts which Joseph had sent for them, his spirit came back to him:
27 Ils lui rapportèrent toutes les paroles que Joseph leur avait dites. Il vit les chars que Joseph avait envoyés pour le transporter. C'est alors que l'esprit de Jacob, leur père, se ranima;
27 Ach nuair a d'insíodar dó gach a ndúirt Iósaef leo, agus nuair a chonaic sé na cóistí a chuir Iósaef faoina dhéin, tháinig Iacób an t‑athair chuige féin.
27 Y ellos le contaron todas las palabras de José, que él les había hablado; y viendo él los carros que José enviaba para llevarlo, el espíritu de Jacob su padre revivió.
27 Da sagten sie ihm alle Worte Josephs, die er zu ihnen gesagt hatte. Und da er sah die Wagen, die ihm Joseph gesandt hatte, ihn zu führen, ward der Geist Jakobs, ihres Vaters, lebendig,
28 And Israel said, It is enough: Joseph my son is still living; I will go and see him before my death.
28 et Israël dit: C'est assez! Joseph, mon fils, vit encore! J'irai, et je le verrai avant que je meure.
