1 Now after two years had gone by, Pharaoh had a dream; and in his dream he was by the side of the Nile;
1 Au bout de deux ans, Pharaon eut un songe. Voici, il se tenait près du fleuve.
1 Dhá bhliain shlána ina dhiaidh sin, rinneadh taibhreamh d'Fhorann. Bhí sé ina sheasamh ag an Níl.
1 Y Acontecio que pasados dos años tuvo Faraón un sueño: Parecíale que estaba junto al río;
1 Und nach zwei Jahren hatte Pharao einen Traum, wie er stünde am Nil
2 And out of the Nile came seven cows, good-looking and fat, and their food was the river-grass.
2 Et voici, sept vaches belles à voir et grasses de chair montèrent hors du fleuve, et se mirent à paître dans la prairie.
2 Seo aníos chuige ón Níl seacht mba slíoctha méithe, agus chromadar ar iníor i measc na luachra.
2 Y que del río subían siete vacas, hermosas á la vista, y muy gordas, y pacían en el prado:
2 und sähe aus dem Wasser steigen sieben schöne, fette Kühe; die gingen auf der Weide im Grase.
3 And after them seven other cows came out of the Nile, poor-looking and thin; and they were by the side of the other cows.
3 Sept autres vaches laides à voir et maigres de chair montèrent derrière elles hors du fleuve, et se tinrent à leurs côtés sur le bord du fleuve.
3 Agus seo seacht mba eile gránna loma aníos ón Níl ina ndiaidh; ghabhadar sall agus sheasadar taobh leis na ba eile ar bhruach na Níle.
3 Y que otras siete vacas subían tras ellas del río, de fea vista, y enjutas de carne, y se pararon cerca de las vacas hermosas á la orilla del río:
3 Nach diesen sah er andere sieben Kühe aus dem Wasser aufsteigen; die waren häßlich und mager und traten neben die Kühe an das Ufer am Wasser.
4 And the seven thin cows made a meal of the seven fat cows. Then Pharaoh came out of his sleep.
4 Les vaches laides à voir et maigres de chair mangèrent les sept vaches belles à voir et grasses de chair. Et Pharaon s'éveilla.
4 D'ith na ba gránna loma na seacht mba slíoctha méithe. Dhúisigh Forann ansin.
4 Y que las vacas de fea vista y enjutas de carne devoraban á las siete vacas hermosas y muy gordas. Y despertó Faraón.
4 Und die häßlichen und mageren fraßen die sieben schönen, fetten Kühe. Da erwachte Pharao.
5 But he went to sleep again and had a second dream, in which he saw seven heads of grain, full and good, all on one stem.
5 Il se rendormit, et il eut un second songe. Voici, sept épis gras et beaux montèrent sur une même tige.
5 Thit a chodladh air arís agus rinneadh taibhreamh eile dó: Seo seacht ndiasa arbhair ag fás ar an aon ghas amháin agus gach dias díobh faoi bharr blátha agus toraidh.
5 Durmióse de nuevo, y soñó la segunda vez: Que siete espigas llenas y hermosas subían de una sola caña:
5 Und er schlief wieder ein, und ihn träumte abermals, und er sah, daß sieben Ähren wuchsen an einem Halm, voll und dick.
6 And after them came up seven other heads, thin and wasted by the east wind.
6 Et sept épis maigres et brûlés par le vent d'orient poussèrent après eux.
6 Agus seo aníos ina ndiaidh seacht ndiasa caola seargtha loiscthe ag an ngaoth anoir agus
6 Y que otras siete espigas menudas y abatidas del Solano, salían después de ellas:
6 Darnach sah er sieben dünnen Ähren aufgehen, die waren vom Ostwind versengt.
7 And the seven thin heads made a meal of the good heads. And when Pharaoh was awake he saw it was a dream.
7 Les épis maigres engloutirent les sept épis gras et pleins. Et Pharaon s'éveilla. Voilà le songe.
7 shlugadar na seacht ndiasa a bhí faoi bharr blátha agus toraidh. Dhúisigh Forann; taibhreamh a bhí aige.
7 Y las siete espigas menudas devoraban á las siete espigas gruesas y llenas. Y despertó Faraón, y he aquí que era sueño.
7 Und die sieben mageren Ähren verschlangen die sieben dicken und vollen Ähren. Da erwachte Pharao und merkte, daß es ein Traum war.
8 And in the morning his spirit was troubled; and he sent for all the wise men of Egypt and all the holy men, and put his dream before them, but no one was able to give him the sense of it.
8 Le matin, Pharaon eut l'esprit agité, et il fit appeler tous les magiciens et tous les sages de l'Égypte. Il leur raconta ses songes. Mais personne ne put les expliquer à Pharaon.
8 Bhí buairt ar Fhorann ar maidin agus chuir sé fios ar lucht asarlaíochta agus feasa uile na hÉigipte; d'inis Forann a thaibhreamh dóibh, ach ní raibh aon duine a d'fhéadfadh é a mhiniú d'Fhorann.
8 Y acaeció que á la mañana estaba agitado su espíritu; y envió é hizo llamar á todos los magos de Egipto, y á todos sus sabios: y contóles Faraón sus sueños, mas no había quien á Faraón los declarase.
8 Und da es Morgen ward, war sein Geist bekümmert; und er schickte aus und ließ rufen alle Wahrsager in Ägypten und alle Weisen und erzählte ihnen seine Träume. Aber da war keiner, der sie dem Pharao deuten konnte.
9 Then the chief wine-servant said to Pharaoh, The memory of my sin comes back to me now;
9 Alors le chef des échansons prit la parole, et dit à Pharaon: Je vais rappeler aujourd'hui le souvenir de ma faute.
9 Ansin labhair an príomhchornaire le Forann: “Ní foláir dom mo chionta a thabhairt chun cuimhne inniu.
9 Entonces el principal de los coperos habló á Faraón, diciendo: Acuérdome hoy de mis faltas:
9 Da redete der oberste Schenke zu Pharao und sprach: Ich gedenke heute an meine Sünden.
10 Pharaoh had been angry with his servants, and had put me in prison in the house of the captain of the army, together with the chief bread-maker;
10 Pharaon s'était irrité contre ses serviteurs; et il m'avait fait mettre en prison dans la maison du chef des gardes, moi et le chef des panetiers.
10 Bhí fearg ar Fhorann lena shearbhóntaí agus chuir sé mise agus an príomhbháicéir i ngéibheann i dteach chaptaen an gharda.
10 Faraón se enojó contra sus siervos, y á mí me echó á la prisión de la casa del capitán de los de la guardia, á mí y al principal de los panaderos:
10 Da Pharao zornig ward über seine Knechte, und mich mit dem obersten Bäcker ins Gefängnis legte in des Hauptmanns Hause,
11 And we had a dream on the same night, the two of us, and the dreams had a special sense.
11 Nous eûmes l'un et l'autre un songe dans une même nuit; et chacun de nous reçut une explication en rapport avec le songe qu'il avait eu.
11 Rinneadh taibhreamh an oíche chéanna dúinn araon, domsa agus dósan, agus bhí a chiall féin do gach duine ina thaibhreamh féin.
11 Y yo y él vimos un sueño una misma noche: cada uno soñó conforme á la declaración de su sueño.
11 da träumte uns beiden in einer Nacht, einem jeglichen sein Traum, des Deutung ihn betraf.
12 And there was with us a young Hebrew, the captain's servant, and when we put our dreams before him, he gave us the sense of them.
12 Il y avait là avec nous un jeune Hébreu, esclave du chef des gardes. Nous lui racontâmes nos songes, et il nous les expliqua.
12 Bhí Eabhrach óg inár bhfochair, daor le captaen an gharda. D'insíomar ár dtaibhrimh dó agus mhínigh sé ár dtaibhrimh dúinn, agus d'inis sé do gach duine againn ciall a thaibhrimh féin.
12 Y estaba allí con nosotros un mozo Hebreo, sirviente del capitán de los de la guardia; y se lo contamos, y él nos declaró nuestros sueños, y declaró á cada uno conforme á su sueño.
12 Da war bei uns ein hebräischer Jüngling, des Hauptmanns Knecht, dem erzählten wir's. Und er deutete uns unsere Träume, einem jeglichen seinen Traum.
13 And it came about as he said: I was put back in my place, and the bread-maker was put to death by hanging.
13 Les choses sont arrivées selon l'explication qu'il nous avait donnée. Pharaon me rétablit dans ma charge, et il fit pendre le chef des panetiers.
13 Tharla dúinn díreach de réir an mhínithe a thug sé dúinn; cuireadh mise ar ais i mo phost, ach crochadh an fear eile.”
13 Y aconteció que como él nos declaró, así fué: á mí me hizo volver á mi puesto, é hizo colgar al otro.
13 Und wie er uns deutete, so ist's ergangen; denn ich bin wieder in mein Amt gesetzt, und jener ist gehenkt.
14 Then Pharaoh sent for Joseph, and they took him quickly out of prison; and when his hair had been cut and his dress changed, he came before Pharaoh.
14 Pharaon fit appeler Joseph. On le fit sortir en hâte de prison. Il se rasa, changea de vêtements, et se rendit vers Pharaon.
14 Chuir Forann fios ar Iósaef ansin agus thugadar leo láithreach bonn as an gcarcair é. Bhearr sé é féin, chuir malairt éadaigh air féin agus tháinig i láthair Fhorainn.
14 Entonces Faraón envió y llamó á José; é hiciéronle salir corriendo de la cárcel, y le cortaron el pelo, y mudaron sus vestidos, y vino á Faraón.
14 Da sandte Pharao hin und ließ Joseph rufen; und sie ließen ihn eilend aus dem Gefängnis. Und er ließ sich scheren und zog andere Kleider an und kam hinein zu Pharao.
15 And Pharaoh said to Joseph, I have had a dream, and no one is able to give me the sense of it; now it has come to my ears that you are able to give the sense of a dream when it is put before you.
15 Pharaon dit à Joseph: J'ai eu un songe. Personne ne peut l'expliquer; et j'ai appris que tu expliques un songe, après l'avoir entendu.
15 Dúirt Forann le Iósaef: “Rinneadh taibhreamh dom, agus níl aon duine a d'fhéadfadh é a mhíniú; ach tá sé cloiste agam fútsa, nuair a insítear taibhreamh duit, gur féidir duit é a mhiniú.”
15 Y dijo Faraón á José: Yo he tenido un sueño, y no hay quien lo declare; mas he oído decir de ti, que oyes sueños para declararlos.
15 Da sprach Pharao zu ihm: Mir hat ein Traum geträumt, und ist niemand, der ihn deuten kann; ich habe aber gehört von dir sagen, wenn du einen Traum hörst, so kannst du ihn deuten.
16 Then Joseph said, Without God there will be no answer of peace for Pharaoh.
16 Joseph répondit à Pharaon, en disant: Ce n'est pas moi! c'est Dieu qui donnera une réponse favorable à Pharaon.
16 D'fhreagair Iósaef Forann: “Níl sin ionam. Is é Dia a thabharfaidh freagra fabhrach ar Fhorann.”
16 Y respondió José á Faraón, diciendo: No está en mí; Dios será el que responda paz á Faraón.
16 Joseph antwortete Pharao und sprach: Das steht bei mir nicht; Gott wird doch Pharao Gutes weissagen.
17 Then Pharaoh said, In my dream I was by the side of the Nile:
17 Pharaon dit alors à Joseph: Dans mon songe, voici, je me tenais sur le bord du fleuve.
17 Dúirt Forann le Iósaef dá bhrí sin: “Sa taibhreamh dom, seo mé i mo sheasamh ar bhruach na Níle.
17 Entonces Faraón dijo á José: En mi sueño parecíame que estaba á la orilla del río:
17 Pharao sprach zu Joseph: Mir träumte ich stand am Ufer bei dem Wasser
18 And out of the Nile came seven cows, fat and good-looking, and their food was the river-grass;
18 Et voici, sept vaches grasses de chair et belles d'apparence montèrent hors du fleuve, et se mirent à paître dans la prairie.
18 Seo aníos as an Níl seacht gcinn de bha slíoctha méithe agus chromadar ar iníor i measc na luachra.
18 Y que del río subían siete vacas de gruesas carnes y hermosa apariencia, que pacían en el prado:
18 und sah aus dem Wasser steigen sieben schöne, fette Kühe; die gingen auf der Weide im Grase.
19 Then after them came seven other cows, very thin and poor-looking, worse than any I ever saw in the land of Egypt;
19 Sept autres vaches montèrent derrière elles, maigres, fort laides d'apparence, et décharnées: je n'en ai point vu d'aussi laides dans tout le pays d'Égypte.
19 Seo seacht mba eile aníos ina ndiaidh, truáin loma ghránna, nach bhfaca a leithéid riamh i dtalamh na hÉigipte ar fad.
19 Y que otras siete vacas subían después de ellas, flacas y de muy fea traza; tan extenuadas, que no he visto otras semejantes en toda la tierra de Egipto en fealdad:
19 Und nach ihnen sah ich andere sieben, dürre, sehr häßliche und magere Kühe heraussteigen. Ich habe in ganz Ägyptenland nicht so häßliche gesehen.
20 And the thin cows made a meal of the seven fat cows who came up first;
20 Les vaches décharnées et laides mangèrent les sept premières vaches qui étaient grasses.
20 Agus d'alp na ba loma gránna na seacht mba slíoctha méithe.
20 Y las vacas flacas y feas devoraban á las siete primeras vacas gruesas:
20 Und die sieben mageren und häßlichen Kühe fraßen auf die sieben ersten, fetten Kühe.
21 And even with the fat cows inside them they seemed as bad as before. And so I came out of my sleep.
21 Elles les engloutirent dans leur ventre, sans qu'on s'aperçût qu'elles y fussent entrées; et leur apparence était laide comme auparavant. Et je m'éveillai.
21 Ach nuair a bhíodar ite acu, níorbh fhéidir le haon duine a rá go rabhadar ite acu, mar bhíodar fós chomh lom is a bhíodar riamh. Ansin dhúisigh mé.
21 Y entraban en sus entrañas, mas no se conocía que hubiese entrado en ellas, porque su parecer era aún malo, como de primero. Y yo desperté.
21 Und da sie sie hineingefressen hatten, merkte man's nicht an ihnen, daß sie die gefressen hatten, und waren häßlich gleich wie vorhin. Da wachte ich auf.
22 And again in a dream I saw seven heads of grain, full and good, coming up on one stem:
22 Je vis encore en songe sept épis pleins et beaux, qui montèrent sur une même tige.
22 Rinneadh taibhreamh eile dom: Seo seacht ndiasa arbhair ag fás ar an aon ghas amháin, agus iad faoi bhláth toraidh
22 Vi también soñando, que siete espigas subían en una misma caña llenas y hermosas;
22 Und ich sah abermals in einen Traum sieben Ähren auf einem Halm wachsen, voll und dick.
23 And then I saw seven other heads, dry, thin, and wasted by the east wind, coming up after them:
23 Et sept épis vides, maigres, brûlés par le vent d'orient, poussèrent après eux.
23 ach seo aníos ina ndiaidh seacht ndiasa caola seargtha, loiscthe ag an ngaoth anoir.
23 Y que otras siete espigas menudas, marchitas, abatidas del Solano, subían después de ellas:
23 Darnach gingen auf sieben dürre Ähren, dünn und versengt.
24 And the seven thin heads made a meal of the seven good heads; and I put this dream before the wise men, but not one of them was able to give me the sense of it.
24 Les épis maigres engloutirent les sept beaux épis. Je l'ai dit aux magiciens, mais personne ne m'a donné l'explication.
24 Shlug na seacht ndiasa seargtha na seacht ndiasa fónta. D'inis mé an taibhreamh do lucht na hasarlaíochta ach ní raibh fear a mhínithe dom ina measc.”
24 Y las espigas menudas devoraban á las siete espigas hermosas: y helo dicho á los magos, mas no hay quien me lo declare.
24 Und die sieben dünnen Ähren verschlangen die sieben dicken Ähren. Und ich habe es den Wahrsagern gesagt; aber die können's mir nicht deuten.
25 Then Joseph said, These two dreams have the same sense: God has made clear to Pharaoh what he is about to do.
25 Joseph dit à Pharaon: Ce qu'a songé Pharaon est une seule chose; Dieu a fait connaître à Pharaon ce qu'il va faire.
25 Dúirt Iósaef le Forann: “Is mar a chéile iad taibhrimh Fhorainn. D'fhoilsigh Dia d'Fhorann céard atá sé ar tí a dhéanamh.
25 Entonces respondió José á Faraón: El sueño de Faraón es uno mismo: Dios ha mostrado á Faraón lo que va á hacer.
25 Joseph antwortete Pharao: Beide Träume Pharaos sind einerlei. Gott verkündigt Pharao, was er vorhat.
26 The seven fat cows are seven years, and the seven good heads of grain are seven years: the two have the same sense.
26 Les sept vaches belles sont sept années: et les sept épis beaux sont sept années: c'est un seul songe.
26 Seacht mbliana na seacht mba breátha, agus seacht mbliana na seacht ndiasa fónta; an taibhreamh céanna ceannann atá i gceist.
26 Las siete vacas hermosas siete años son; y las espigas hermosas son siete años: el sueño es uno mismo.
26 Die sieben schönen Kühe sind sieben Jahre, und die sieben guten Ähren sind auch die sieben Jahre. Es ist einerlei Traum.
27 The seven thin and poor-looking cows who came up after them are seven years; and the seven heads of grain, dry and wasted by the east wind, are seven years when there will be no food.
27 Les sept vaches décharnées et laides, qui montaient derrière les premières, sont sept années; et les sept épis vides, brûlés par le vent d'orient, seront sept années de famine.
27 Na seacht mba truánacha loma a tháinig aníos ina ndiaidh, seacht mbliana iadsan dála na seacht ndiasa arbhair seargtha loiscthe ag an ngaoth anoir; beidh seacht mbliana gorta ann.
27 También las siete vacas flacas y feas que subían tras ellas, son siete años; y las siete espigas menudas y marchitas del Solano, siete años serán de hambre.
27 Die sieben mageren und häßlichen Kühe, die nach jenen aufgestiegen sind, das sind sieben Jahre; und die sieben mageren und versengten Ähren sind sieben Jahre teure Zeit.
28 As I said to Pharaoh before, God has made clear to him what he is about to do.
28 Ainsi, comme je viens de le dire à Pharaon, Dieu a fait connaître à Pharaon ce qu'il va faire.
28 Tá an cás mar a dúirt mé le Forann; thaispeáin Dia d'Fhorann céard atá sé ar tí a dhéanamh.
28 Esto es lo que respondo á Faraón. Lo que Dios va á hacer, halo mostrado á Faraón.
28 Das ist nun, wie ich gesagt habe zu Pharao, daß Gott Pharao zeigt, was er vorhat.
29 Seven years are coming in which there will be great wealth of grain in Egypt;
29 Voici, il y aura sept années de grande abondance dans tout le pays d'Égypte.
29 Tiocfaidh seacht mbliana mórfhlúirse ar fud críocha na hÉigipte go léir.
29 He aquí vienen siete años de grande hartura en toda la tierra de Egipto:
29 Siehe, sieben reiche Jahre werden kommen in ganz Ägyptenland.
30 And after that will come seven years when there will not be enough food; and the memory of the good years will go from men's minds; and the land will be made waste by the bad years;
30 Sept années de famine viendront après elles; et l'on oubliera toute cette abondance au pays d'Égypte, et la famine consumera le pays.
30 Ach tiocfaidh seacht mbliana gorta ina ndiaidh agus ní bheidh cuimhne ar an bhflúirse go léir i gcríocha na hÉigipte; creimfidh an gorta an tír.
30 Y levantarse han tras ellos siete años de hambre; y toda la hartura será olvidada en la tierra de Egipto; y el hambre consumirá la tierra;
30 Und nach denselben werden sieben Jahre teure Zeit kommen, daß man vergessen wird aller solcher Fülle in Ägyptenland; und die teure Zeit wird das Land verzehren,
31 And men will have no memory of the good time because of the need which will come after, for it will be very bitter.
31 Cette famine qui suivra sera si forte qu'on ne s'apercevra plus de l'abondance dans le pays.
31 Beidh an gorta úd a leanfaidh chomh dian sin ar fad nach mbeidh cuimhne ag aon duine ar an bhflúirse a bhí sa tír.
31 Y aquella abundancia no se echará de ver á causa del hambre siguiente, la cual será gravísima.
31 daß man nichts wissen wird von der Fülle im Lande vor der teuren Zeit, die hernach kommt; denn sie wird sehr schwer sein.
32 And this dream came to Pharaoh twice, because this thing is certain, and God will quickly make it come about.
32 Si Pharaon a vu le songe se répéter une seconde fois, c'est que la chose est arrêtée de la part de Dieu, et que Dieu se hâtera de l'exécuter.
32 Is é cúis gur tháinig an taibhreamh faoi dhó go Forann mar go bhfuil an cúrsa cinnte cheana féin ag Dia, agus tá an-fhonn ar Dhia é a chur i gcrích.
32 Y el suceder el sueño á Faraón dos veces, significa que la cosa es firme de parte de Dios, y que Dios se apresura á hacerla.
32 Daß aber dem Pharao zum andernmal geträumt hat, bedeutet, daß solches Gott gewiß und eilend tun wird.
33 And now let Pharaoh make search for a man of wisdom and good sense, and put him in authority over the land of Egypt.
33 Maintenant, que Pharaon choisisse un homme intelligent et sage, et qu'il le mette à la tête du pays d'Égypte.
33 Ba chóir d'Fhorann duine críonna ciallmhar a thoghadh agus a chur i bhfeighil thír na hÉigipte.
33 Por tanto, provéase ahora Faraón de un varón prudente y sabio, y póngalo sobre la tierra de Egipto.
33 Nun sehe Pharao nach einem verständigen und weisen Mann, den er über Ägyptenland setze,
34 Let Pharaoh do this, and let him put overseers over the land of Egypt to put in store a fifth part of the produce of the land in the good years.
34 Que Pharaon établisse des commissaires sur le pays, pour lever un cinquième des récoltes de l'Égypte pendant les sept années d'abondance.
34 Cuireadh Forann chuige dá bhrí sin agus ceapadh sé feidhmeannaigh os cionn na tíre agus gearradh sé cáin den chúigiú cuid ar thír na hÉigipte le linn seacht mbliana na flúirse.
34 Haga esto Faraón, y ponga gobernadores sobre el país, y quinte la tierra de Egipto en los siete años de la hartura;
34 und schaffe, daß er Amtleute verordne im Lande und nehme den Fünften in Ägyptenland in den sieben reichen Jahren
35 And let them get together all the food in those good years and make a store of grain under Pharaoh's control for the use of the towns, and let them keep it.
35 Qu'ils rassemblent tous les produits de ces bonnes années qui vont venir; qu'ils fassent, sous l'autorité de Pharaon, des amas de blé, des approvisionnements dans les villes, et qu'ils en aient la garde.
35 Déanaidís bia go léir na mblianta maithe le teacht a chruinniú agus an t‑arbhar a chur i dtaisce in ainm Fhorainn mar bhia sna cathracha, agus coinnídís é.
35 Y junten toda la provisión de estos buenos años que vienen, y alleguen el trigo bajo la mano de Faraón para mantenimiento de las ciudades; y guárdenlo.
35 und sammle alle Speise der guten Jahre, die kommen werden, daß sie Getreide aufschütten in Pharaos Kornhäuser zum Vorrat in den Städten und es verwahren,
36 And let that food be kept in store for the land till the seven bad years which are to come in Egypt; so that the land may not come to destruction through need of food.
36 Ces provisions seront en réserve pour le pays, pour les sept années de famine qui arriveront dans le pays d'Égypte, afin que le pays ne soit pas consumé par la famine.
36 Beidh an bia sin mar chúl taca ag an tír i gcaitheamh na seacht mbliana gorta atá le luí ar thalamh na hÉigipte. Ní mhillfear ar an gcuma sin an tír de dheasca an ghorta.” Iósaef faoi Onóir
36 Y esté aquella provisión en depósito para el país, para los siete años del hambre que serán en la tierra de Egipto; y el país no perecerá de hambre.
36 auf daß man Speise verordnet finde dem Lande in den sieben teuren Jahren, die über Ägyptenland kommen werden, daß nicht das Land vor Hunger verderbe.
37 And this seemed good to Pharaoh and to all his servants.
37 Ces paroles plurent à Pharaon et à tous ses serviteurs.
37 D'aontaigh Forann agus a fheidhmeannaigh go léir lena ndúirt sé.
37 Y el negocio pareció bien á Faraón, y á sus siervos.
37 Die Rede gefiel Pharao und allen seinen Knechten wohl.
38 Then Pharaoh said to his servants, Where may we get such a man as this, a man in whom is the spirit of God?
38 Et Pharaon dit à ses serviteurs: Trouverions-nous un homme comme celui-ci, ayant en lui l'esprit de Dieu?

38 Und Pharao sprach zu seinen Knechten: Wie könnten wir einen solchen Mann finden, in dem der Geist Gottes sei?
39 And Pharaoh said to Joseph, Seeing that God has made all this clear to you, there is no other man of such wisdom and good sense as you:
39 Et Pharaon dit à Joseph: Puisque Dieu t'a fait connaître toutes ces choses, il n'y a personne qui soit aussi intelligent et aussi sage que toi.
39 Agus dúirt Forann le Iósaef: “Os rud é gur fhoilsigh Dia duit gach a bhfuil ráite agat, ní féidir go mbeadh aon duine chomh héirimiúil ná chomh críonna leatsa.
39 Y dijo Faraón á José: Pues que Dios te ha hecho saber todo esto, no hay entendido ni sabio como tú:
39 Und sprach zu Joseph: Weil dir Gott solches alles hat kundgetan, ist keiner so verständig und weise wie du.
40 You, then, are to be over my house, and all my people will be ruled by your word: only as king will I be greater than you.
40 Je t'établis sur ma maison, et tout mon peuple obéira à tes ordres. Le trône seul m'élèvera au-dessus de toi.
40 Beidh tú i bhfeighil mo thí go léir, agus déanfaidh mo mhuintir go léir de réir d'orduithe; ní bheidh céim sa bhreis agam ort ach an ríchathaoir seo amháin.”
40 Tú serás sobre mi casa, y por tu dicho se gobernará todo mi pueblo: solamente en el trono seré yo mayor que tú.
40 Du sollst über mein Haus sein, und deinem Wort soll all mein Volk gehorsam sein; allein um den königlichen Stuhl will ich höher sein als du.
41 And Pharaoh said to Joseph, See, I have put you over all the land of Egypt.
41 Pharaon dit à Joseph: Vois, je te donne le commandement de tout le pays d'Égypte.
41 “Féach!” arsa Forann le Iósaef, “déanaim rialtóir díot ar chríocha uile na hÉigipte,”
41 Dijo más Faraón á José: He aquí yo te he puesto sobre toda la tierra de Egipto.
41 Und weiter sprach Pharao zu Joseph: Siehe, ich habe dich über ganz Ägyptenland gesetzt.
42 Then Pharaoh took off his ring from his hand and put it on Joseph's hand, and he had him clothed with the best linen, and put a chain of gold round his neck;
42 Pharaon ôta son anneau de la main, et le mit à la main de Joseph; il le revêtit d'habits de fin lin, et lui mit un collier d'or au cou.
42 agus bhain Forann an fáinne dá láimh féin agus chuir ar láimh Iósaef é agus chuir fallaing de línéadach mín air agus slabhra óir timpeall a mhuiníl.
42 Entonces Faraón quitó su anillo de su mano, y púsolo en la mano de José, é hízole vestir de ropas de lino finísimo, y puso un collar de oro en su cuello;
42 Und er tat seinen Ring von seiner Hand und gab ihn Joseph an seine Hand und kleidete ihn mit köstlicher Leinwand und hing eine goldene Kette an seinen Hals
43 And he made him take his seat in the second of his carriages; and they went before him crying, Make way! So he made him ruler over all the land of Egypt.
43 Il le fit monter sur le char qui suivait le sien; et l'on criait devant lui: A genoux! C'est ainsi que Pharaon lui donna le commandement de tout le pays d'Égypte.

43 E hízolo subir en su segundo carro, y pregonaron delante de él: Doblad la rodilla: y púsole sobre toda la tierra de Egipto.
43 und ließ ihn auf seinem zweiten Wagen fahren und ließ vor ihm ausrufen: Der ist des Landes Vater! und setzte ihn über ganz Ägyptenland.
44 Then Pharaoh said to Joseph, I am Pharaoh; and without your order no man may do anything in all the land of Egypt.
44 Il dit encore à Joseph: Je suis Pharaon! Et sans toi personne ne lèvera la main ni le pied dans tout le pays d'Égypte.
44 “Mise Forann,” arsa Forann le Iósaef, “agus níl cead cos ná lámh ag aon duine ar fud críocha na hÉigipte ach de réir do tholasa.”
44 Y dijo Faraón á José: Yo Faraón; y sin ti ninguno alzará su mano ni su pie en toda la tierra de Egipto.
44 Und Pharao sprach zu Joseph: Ich bin Pharao; ohne deinen Willen soll niemand seine Hand und Fuß regen in ganz Ägyptenland.
45 And Pharaoh gave Joseph the name of Zaphnath-paaneah; and he gave him Asenath, the daughter of Poti-phera, the priest of On, to be his wife. So Joseph went through all the land of Egypt.
45 Pharaon appela Joseph du nom de Tsaphnath Paenéach; et il lui donna pour femme Asnath, fille de Poti Phéra, prêtre d'On. Et Joseph partit pour visiter le pays d'Égypte.
45 Agus thug Forann Zafanat Panaech mar ainm ar Iósaef, agus thug sé Ásanat, iníon Phóitífeara sagart On, mar bhean dó. Ghabh Iósaef amach ar fud críocha uile na hÉigipte.
45 Y llamó Faraón el nombre de José, Zaphnath-paaneah; y dióle por mujer á Asenath, hija de Potipherah, sacerdote de On. Y salió José por toda la tierra de Egipto.
45 Und nannte ihn den heimlichen Rat und gab ihm ein Weib, Asnath, die Tochter Potipheras, des Priesters zu On. Also zog Joseph aus, das Land Ägypten zu besehen.
46 Now Joseph was thirty years old when he came before Pharaoh, king of Egypt. And Joseph went out from before the face of Pharaoh and went through all the land of Egypt.
46 Joseph était âgé de trente ans lorsqu'il se présenta devant Pharaon, roi d'Égypte; et il quitta Pharaon, et parcourut tout le pays d'Égypte.
46 Deich mbliana fichead a bhí Iósaef nuair a tháinig sé i láthair Fhorainn rí na hÉigipte. Agus chuaigh Iósaef amach ó láthair Fhorainn agus ghabh ar fud críocha uile na hÉigipte.
46 Y era José de edad de treinta años cuando fué presentado delante de Faraón, rey de Egipto: y salió José de delante de Faraón, y transitó por toda la tierra de Egipto.
46 Und er war dreißig Jahre alt, da er vor Pharao stand, dem König in Ägypten; und fuhr aus von Pharao und zog durch ganz Ägyptenland.
47 Now in the seven good years the earth gave fruit in masses.
47 Pendant les sept années de fertilité, la terre rapporta abondamment.

47 E hizo la tierra en aquellos siete años de hartura á montones.
47 Und das Land trug in den sieben reichen Jahren die Fülle;
48 And Joseph got together all the food of those seven years, and made a store of food in the towns: the produce of the fields round every town was stored up in the town.
48 Joseph rassembla tous les produits de ces sept années dans le pays d'Égypte; il fit des approvisionnements dans les villes, mettant dans l'intérieur de chaque ville les productions des champs d'alentour.
48 agus chruinnigh sé gach a raibh de bhia i mblianta na flúirse i dtír na hÉigipte agus chuir i dtaisce é sna cathracha; chuir sé an bia ó na dúichí ina dtimpeall i dtaisce i ngach cathair.
48 Y él juntó todo el mantenimiento de los siete años que fueron en la tierra de Egipto, y guardó mantenimiento en las ciudades, poniendo en cada ciudad el mantenimiento del campo de sus alrededores.
48 und sie sammelten alle Speise der sieben Jahre, so im Lande Ägypten waren, und taten sie in die Städte. Was für Speise auf dem Felde einer jeglichen Stadt umher wuchs, das taten sie hinein.
49 So he got together a store of grain like the sand of the sea; so great a store that after a time he gave up measuring it, for it might not be measured.
49 Joseph amassa du blé, comme le sable de la mer, en quantité si considérable que l'on cessa de compter, parce qu'il n'y avait plus de nombre.
49 Agus thaiscigh Iósaef raidhse mhór arbhair mar ghaineamh na trá, go dtí go ndeachaigh de é a thomhas mar go raibh a thoirt thar tomhas.
49 Y acopió José trigo como arena de la mar, mucho en extremo, hasta no poderse contar, porque no tenía número.
49 Also schüttete Joseph das Getreide auf, über die Maßen viel wie Sand am Meer, also daß er aufhörte es zu zählen; denn man konnte es nicht zählen.
50 And before the time of need, Joseph had two sons, to whom Asenath, the daughter of Poti-phera, priest of On, gave birth.
50 Avant les années de famine, il naquit à Joseph deux fils, que lui enfanta Asnath, fille de Poti Phéra, prêtre d'On.

50 Und Joseph wurden zwei Söhne geboren, ehe denn die teure Zeit kam, welche ihm gebar Asnath, Potipheras, des Priesters zu On, Tochter.
51 And to the first he gave the name Manasseh, for he said, God has taken away from me all memory of my hard life and of my father's house.
51 Joseph donna au premier-né le nom de Manassé, car, dit-il, Dieu m'a fait oublier toutes mes peines et toute la maison de mon père.
51 Thug Iósaef Manaise ar a chéadghin; “mar,” ar sé, “thug Dia orm dearmad a dhéanamh ar mo chruatan go léir agus ar theaghlach m'athar.”
51 Y llamó José el nombre del primogénito Manasés; porque Dios (dijo) me hizo olvidar todo mi trabajo, y toda la casa de mi padre.
51 Und er hieß den ersten Manasse; denn Gott, sprach er, hat mich lassen vergessen alles meines Unglücks und all meines Vaters Hauses.
52 And to the second he gave the name Ephraim, for he said, God has given me fruit in the land of my sorrow.
52 Et il donna au second le nom d'Éphraïm, car, dit-il, Dieu m'a rendu fécond dans le pays de mon affliction.
52 Thug sé Eafráim ar an dara mac; “mar,” ar sé, “chuir Dia an rath orm i dtír mo chiaptha.”
52 Y el nombre del segundo llamólo Ephraim; porque Dios (dijo) me hizo fértil en la tierra de mi aflicción.
52 Den andern hieß er Ephraim; denn Gott, sprach er, hat mich lassen wachsen in dem Lande meines Elends.
53 And so the seven good years in Egypt came to an end.
53 Les sept années d'abondance qu'il y eut au pays d'Égypte s'écoulèrent.

53 Y cumpliéronse los siete años de la hartura, que hubo en la tierra de Egipto.
53 Da nun die sieben reichen Jahre um waren in Ägypten,
54 Then came the first of the seven years of need as Joseph had said: and in every other land they were short of food; but in the land of Egypt there was bread.
54 Et les sept années de famine commencèrent à venir, ainsi que Joseph l'avait annoncé. Il y eut famine dans tous les pays; mais dans tout le pays d'Égypte il y avait du pain.
54 agus thosaigh na seacht mbliana gorta ar theacht mar a bhí ráite ag Iósaef. Bhí gorta i ngach tír ach bhí arán ar fáil ar fud thír na Éigipte go léir.
54 Y comenzaron á venir los siete años del hambre, como José había dicho: y hubo hambre en todos los países, mas en toda la tierra de Egipto había pan.
54 da fingen an die sieben teuren Jahre zu kommen, davon Joseph gesagt hatte. Und es ward eine Teuerung in allen Landen; aber in ganz Ägyptenland war Brot.
55 And when all the land of Egypt was in need of food, the people came crying to Pharaoh for bread; and Pharaoh said to the people, Go to Joseph, and whatever he says to you, do it.
55 Quand tout le pays d'Égypte fut aussi affamé, le peuple cria à Pharaon pour avoir du pain. Pharaon dit à tous les Égyptiens: Allez vers Joseph, et faites ce qu'il vous dira.
55 Nuair a luigh an gorta ar chríocha na Éigipte go léir, ghlaoigh na daoine ar Fhorann ag iarraidh aráin; agus dúirt Forann leis na hÉigiptigh go léir: “Téigí go Iósaef, agus déanaigí mar a déarfaidh sé libh.”
55 Y cuando se sintió el hambre en toda la tierra de Egipto, el pueblo clamó á Faraón por pan. Y dijo Faraón á todos los Egipcios: Id á José, y haced lo que él os dijere.
55 Da nun das ganze Ägyptenland auch Hunger litt, schrie das Volk zu Pharao um Brot. Aber Pharao sprach zu allen Ägyptern: Gehet hin zu Joseph; was euch der sagt, das tut.
56 And everywhere on the earth they were short of food; then Joseph, opening all his store-houses, gave the people of Egypt grain for money; so great was the need of food in the land of Egypt.
56 La famine régnait dans tout le pays. Joseph ouvrit tous les lieux d'approvisionnement, et vendit du blé aux Égyptiens. La famine augmentait dans le pays d'Égypte.
56 Nuair a leath an gorta ar fud na tíre go léir, d'oscail Iósaef na taiscí go léir, agus dhíol an t‑arbhar leis na hÉigiptigh mar go raibh an gorta dian i dtír na Éigipte.
56 Y el hambre estaba por toda la extensión del país. Entonces abrió José todo granero donde había, y vendía á los Egipcios; porque había crecido el hambre en la tierra de Egipto.
56 Als nun im ganzen Lande Teuerung war, tat Joseph allenthalben Kornhäuser auf und verkaufte den Ägyptern. Denn die Teuerung ward je länger, je größer im Lande.
57 And all lands sent to Egypt, to Joseph, to get grain, for the need was great over all the earth.
57 Et de tous les pays on arrivait en Égypte, pour acheter du blé auprès de Joseph; car la famine était forte dans tous les pays.
